Stopped to grab a few things on my way back to Chillicothe, I had been holding in from using the bathroom to grab the kids food. Walked in and asked to use the bathroom my boyfriend had just came out from using and they looked down on me, told me it was out of order as I was standing there pee dancing. This is a wonderful location with outstanding customer service representatives. The store is well stocked with many items you use every day as well as a lot of extras. The also offer many digital download coupons and mobile coupons. You can receive text message & emails for special upcoming sales.

My husband and I literally come to this store every day. When I place money or coupons or whatever in your hand, when I have my hand out for you to place my change, receipt, or whatever I'm asking for, you should never look at someones hand like your disgusted and proceed to place my things on the counter. At 8:24 this morning that's exactly what you did, but you didn't do that to the man that checked out before me is it because I had a different skin color than he did.. Never again

I come here often for cleaning supplies. Great selection given the size of store. Prices on them and toiletries are great. Not a place you'd want to buy food from price wise but it what it is - a souped up convenience store.

Employees are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about products. I always enjoy shopping at the Tarlton store. The employees here are the best! I'm especially fond of the older lady with glasses, she's a tiny little thing and has worked here for at least a year or two, the lady with short blonde hair and glasses and the new girl who just moved from Columbus. They're definitely a huge reason I come to this location. They make me feel like they actually enjoy talking to me! Keep up the excellent work ladies!! Thanks for everything!

Nice store but items are thrown about and employees stocking the shelves taking up a lot of room so customers can't maneuver very well. It would help if you had employees face the products.and clean the merchandise that has been scattered.

I've always gone to DG to shop but today I was really upset when I walked out. My husband went in to get a few things. I forgot that I needed some cigarettes so I went in to find him. We went to the register and the cashier rang up our things. I told him that I needed a pack of cigarettes and he asked for my ID but I had left my wallet in the car. My husband started to give him his ID but the cashier refused to let me have the cigarettes because he said something about a third party transaction. I tried to explain to him that this was my husband and he was paying but he kinda got an attitude with me. I told him to forget the cigarettes and grabbed up the bag with our stuff in it while my husband paid for the things and really I was starting to get upset about the whole thing when the cashier told one of the bosses that I was walking out the door and I hadn't paid for the stuff yet! I don't like being called a thief. Especially since my husband was standing right in front of him holding is card up to him. I was standing right there and wasn't even trying to leave!! I don't like being called a thief and I don't understand why my husband of 16 yrs can't pay for my cigarettes! I won't be going into that DG anymore that's for sure. BTW I m 56 yrs old!!

Super cluttered, dirty looking, and unorganized. Several items I was looking for didn't match the tag with it or even next to it. Super frustrating. Aisles are also crowded with boxes of new shipment. Don't like that location because it always seems to be a mess. The one on North Court Street is the best, to me. People at N. Court are super friendly too. Guess I'll stick with that one.

I am at the Lancaster Pike Dollar General around 4 times a day. The employees are the best. My little buddy Diesel wanted to take the ride with me tonight. They get you checked out quickly so i had no worry taking him with me to sit in the car.

I like our dollar general that is close to my home, they have stepped up in getting the shelves organized and clean up some of the clutter in the clearance aisle. I just wish I had more money to spend in there! Lots of good deals!!

used to be my favorite dollar general store in Circleville, a lot of nice staff but lately when I go they are always out of half of what I want so then I have to leave and go to a different store and there are carts stacked high with merchandise blocking the aisles and a lot of empty spaces on shelves and apparently they don't have anyone to clean their floors because they are filthy, been dirty for months and months and just keep getting dirtier, it's gross, skip this store and go to the one on north court street

Found everything I needed plus great customer service. I did feel bad for the workers today, as their front door was broken, so it was super hot from the air coming into the store. Hope you get it fixed for them!

Clean store, young guy that's cashier was extremely welcoming and very nice. Public restrooms, you have to bug the cashier for the key that's attached to the giant ruler and the women's bathroom was not very clean.

To much in aisles new personeal not friendly need not be in this business..... Have gone to this dollar store Lancaster pike Circleville for 15 yrs more....... And new personnel CANNOT deal with public!!!!Will go to north court st.....its further but worth it.North court store they so nice manger's our great( Manager Allen..asst. Are great!!... Thank you

After previously taking Apple Pay, I come to the store to find that they replaced their machine and have no plans on bringing it back, even though there was still a sign for it. Even the general manager had no idea what was going on. This new management has very poor service! I’ll be taking my business somewhere that knows what Apple Pay is.

The store is always a mess and it is very hard to get thru with a cart. I understand that it's ppl who come in that destroy it but isn't put back together. Merchandise carts are always blocking aisles as well.

Dollar General is my preferred store when I am only after a specific item, a small list of items, on my way home from work, and the rare case of an emergency quickly buying what is needed and return home to the rescue and save the day and be the hero.We can all relate to reaching for a new roll of toilet paper from under the bathroom sink. Within seconds of reaching for a new roll, you almost instantly realize your situation and immediately feel overcome with panic, despair and helplessness. After several grueling moments spent weighing your options and a few choice words mumbled under your breath you accept the realization that your situation has just became an emergency. One that is going to get others involved in your private affairs and at their mercy to provide the much needed paper product your lacking. You call out to beyond the closed door begging for someone to come to your rescue.Most of my Dollar General trips are caused while fixing dinner. You realize that you are missing necessary items, and need them ASAP in order to finish the meal. Other times you suddenly find yourself in need of storage bags, aluminum foil, or trash bags and going to the store becomes necessity.

If this DG is in Ashville, wasn't happy at all with it. Stock carts blocking the merchandise and shelves empty. Two employeesat the front registers talking about another employee in front of customers. Did not thank me and made me feel like I was bothering her. Won't return to this one

I really dont understand why the shelves are never stocked.everything is piled up.I asked for vanilla carmel coffee creamer they told me they were out.an half the shelves were empty in the store but boxes piled up that has not been put away for I dont know how long its been like this but they need to get people who want to work an stock shelves.

decent store but other day I was parked outside , looking for directions on my phone and a clerk was emptying trash and she took it upon herself to take a pic of my license plate and my truck because I was parked and sitting I. My vehicle lol, I asked her if she needed something and noticed her phone was out and she took a pic and she said no was just checking why I was parked there and said because I can and it’s none of your business anywaysThis is how you treat customers at your business than I will no longer be a customer of yours dollar general

Parking lot and store are filthy.The "manager" was talking to a cashier...cashier wearing a mask..manager not wearing a mask! As I was exiting manager was right outside the entrance dragging on a cigarette and talking to someone. Yucky experience every time I go there.

This location has products that my local location didnt. I done my super bowel party shoppin here and save a buncg with in store discounts a specails & my couponds saved almost $35. This location takes ebt cards as well.
