This store used to be one of the best Dollar Generals in Circleville until recently the staff that they have hired have no clue what they're doing charges you for a product that you're not even buying and then doesn't even know how to refund you for the extra items shelves are never stocked anymore and the employees are just beyond rude I've had the worst experience there today where both employees had no clue what they were doing at all and I got charged for stuff that I shouldn't have even have got charged for it and then when she couldnt figure out how to refund me after sitting there for 10 minutes I finally said forget it I'm leaving and lost out on my money because the employees are not trained properly

I shop here quite often. This has changed the way I go grocery shopping because I can get in and out quickly here when I need laundry detergent, snack bars, pain reliever or greeting cards! This location is always clean, well-stocked and parking is very convenient. Employees always do their best to check you out quickly and they always greet you when you walk in. Prices are legitimately less than competitors and their Saturday coupons are fantastic!

Not a bad little store. They usually have sale items in the front and a clearance section in the back too. There is a nice selection of basic food items, household products, pet supplies, health and beauty and personal items. There is also a limited selection of clothing, party supplies, toys and holiday items. The staff is polite and helpful...even when facing very rude customers. I like the low prices, but don't like that I always find something that has no price on it, or the shelf, and I have to find someone to ask or be surprised at the register. The store could be a little more organized in some sections, but all in all it is a win for a quick trip or a few necessities.

It's quick, convenient, and the staff is really great. It's a dollar store so you kind of know what they have regardless of location, but I've always found the staff to be the best at this establishment compared about any other in the county that I've been to. Their manager, Allen, is a great friendly guy to talk to when he's helping to manage the store

This was a clean and well organized store, staff was nice and helpful, aisles were well lit, shelves clearly marked. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars were the floor tiles were outdated and well worn, otherwise seemed to be well.managed and I would shop here again.

out of so many things as usual, can't get through most of the aisles because of big carts full of products blocking most of the aisles as usual and prices of items are labeled with current and correct prices, so you don't know that the prices are higher than what they are labeled

It was awful, the worst yet. Dollar general is usually a big part of my weekly shopping.But not after today. The staff was awful not friendly nor helpful. My husband and grandchildren waited in the car because there were long lines and we were in a hurry. Needless to say they waited so long they fell asleep (very hot today).When i finally did get to the car turns out the very rude cashier didn't even put all my stuff in the bag. This was just the last straw. I caution you if you go to this dollar general please make sure your not in a good mood cause you won't be when you leave,.OH YEA and don't be in a hurry either .and after today's experience i imagine most of them are the same .

Today Thursday March 12th this place was slammed to say the least during my trip there, there were only two cashiers available. The lines were clear to the door and down aisle ways. The store was sold out of most essential products including toilet paper, rubbing alcohol most canned meat products numerous beverage items. This is by far my favorite Dollar General location in Circleville Ohio with very friendly helpful staff. As far as today they were definitely very overwhelmed they could have used more staff on hand to help wait on customers or to put out inventory in the stockroom because the two ladies on duty were not able to leave the registers due to the amount of customers in the store. I appreciate & thank the women two women there working today about 5 p.m. you definitely deserve raises, praise and promotions.

Nice store. I'm in there several times a week. Receipt gives you a coupon for $5 Off of a $25 purchase to use the following Saturday. I also have the DG app with lots of coupons. The employees are great at this store... super friendly and helpful!

It's convenient are the prices are good and usually the service is pretty good. Sometimes it can be a little slow but not often they have a variety of things and I usually can find just about anything in there and since it's not huge I can run in get what I need and run out very quickly.

Very disorganized, cannot even push your cart through the aisles because of all the boxes from products not being restocked and then when I was checking out the clerk did not even look or pay attention to me because he was too busy talking to the other worker about getting a dog so nothing even work related. Very unprofessional.

There are at least 3 Dollar General stores in a very close vicinity of each other. All three stores are very different when it comes to product on the shelves as opposed to sitting in the aisles still in boxes.

Very clean , brand new location in Circleville, moving from the one over by Carnival. Pretty typical for a DG store but seems larger than the last one and many others I've been in. No problems, prices are reasonable.

Of course we all love"The Dollar General Store". This one is close to my residence. I would say I'm at this store at least every other day. I always buy all my cleaning products here (laundry soap, liquid and sheet fabric softener, dishsoaps ect.). These items are so much cheaper here than at our only other option in Circleville, Wal-Mart. Make sure to download the Dollar General app. There are always digital coupons on items I have to buy anyways.

Very poor customer service for one. My nephew was looking for a certain ball and the clerk in the same isle was extremely Rude when he asked her where to find it saying, " I told u where, over here" as she points. Her actions and words toward a 5yr who studders, was uncalled for.

Just happens Dollar Generals is in the right places not a whole lot of shopping options around and they're still fairly priced they have a wide variety of things and it seems like it's always a Quick Trip in and out
