I drive from Chillicothe to this CVS because I can't stand my local one. They're been very helpful in situations where the other pharmacy was not. Personally, they've always treated me with compassion and I don't feel judged for my medication.My only gripe is the operating hours. Saturday and Sunday is a big day in retail. and I feel if anything they should be open even later on the weekends, not closing early.

I listened to the women talk bad about their co workers and how they smell like dog piss and act like Ken from the Barbie movie they didn’t brother to tell me about my medicine being on back order or to give me my inhaler that I needed just gave me one thing and kept talking bad about either other also listen to the tech say how she being a petty Betty and not answering the phone because some called the wrong number . I hope they all get fired and I will be taking this issues as far up the chain of commands as I can . Very unprofessional

I've been going to CVS for YEARS. I'm not sure what happened, but the service is AWFUL. None of the pharmacists or other employees behind the pharmacy seem like they give a damn about the people that they serve. Good luck getting any help from the pharmacist if you have questions about medication 🙄They act put out to help you. I feel like I'm bothering them.If you are in work where you are of SERVICE to people (usually going through some scary stuff) and you can't humble yourself enough to care about the people you serve, why are you in this work?It's only getting worse. I wish we had more options, because I'd leave CVS so fast. But my insurance doesn't allow me that option.

Love my neighborhood CVS! This location is always very clean and the staff is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. I do not have experience with the pharmacy, but I do frequent the photo department and shop for my personal care items at CVS.

This is the worst pharmacy.... I went there 4 times for my sick mom's prescriptions and not only did they "not have it ready" for 4 days in a row... when I talked to their actual pharmacist he basically told me that he didn't care with the worst attitude. Terrible pharmacy all around, Def seek other places. There's a reason that they have 2.7 stars.... horrible service. I've dealt with them for 2 years now and it has always been like this the entire time.

Everyone in pharmacy is rude. Especially the Pharmacist. He will make you wait without acknowledge. They don't say thank you, hello, nothing. Terrible customer service.

I will never go back to this pharmacy. My son's medicine was called in and sent over twice by his doctor and the pharmacy tech still said he didn't have it in their system. He was very rude and acted like a tweaker extremely unhelpful. I will never be getting anything filled there again.

My medication is a week behind now because of them not filling it on time. And on top of it I am physically dependant on it so the last 3 months I had to go a day or 2 without it. The only reason I gave a 2 is because the staff has at least been polite to me. I am locked to CVS because of my insurance. They have one more chance to keep my business then I am going to drive 20 more minutes to another CVS every time.

I don't know what it is about this CVS, but everyone in the pharmacy is *awful*. My prescriptions are NEVER filled when my doctor sends them in, my auto-refills are never on time, and everyone is incredibly rude.Today was the last straw, my husband has suffered 5 strokes in the past month and his doctor sent some prescriptions yesterday to the pharmacy. I call today to confirm they are ready (because I don't want to wait 1hr+ in store), and of course they are not. Also - I was given a quote for at least 2 hours of a wait, and that's only if they 'expedite' it. I'm over it, and will be taking my scripts back to the CVS in UA, even if I have to drive 40min + further.

If you're filling a prescription, go elsewhere!!This pharmacy was understaffed over the summer, and has since increased staffing,, but hasn't hired a single polite person.Everyone is rude, they don't care about you or your medical needs, or the needs of your family or anything.They chitchat behind the counter, ignoring customers until someone decides "to not be busy", even with several people in line.These employees, and managers, need training in having contact with customers, and having a professional attitude in general.If my current medication wasn't tied to this pharmacy, due to restricted substances, I'd go to Wal-Mart or Kroger.I'd even prefer driving to Walgreens in Chillicothe than ever spending my money here.

I have never come across a pharmacy like this CVS in my life you have 7 people working the pharmacy and you still have to wait hours for your Prescriptions. You can never get them on the Phone either. They are very Rude. I will be going elsewhere after this.

Gave them my debit card to keep so I just need to pick my medication without problems. Fir done reason I still have to use my card every time I have to pay for one. They say they can't save it. Sucks. Wish I could go somewhere else but my insurance only pays here. Sucks

Clerks are very polite and respectful. The store is always clean and shelves are always neatly straighten. Pharmacy employees are very polite and helpful and go out of their way to make sure that you don't have any questions or concerns about your prescriptions.

Will be doing something ASAP for how this woman MELISSA spoke to me.over my prescription. And she said she's actually a pharmacist..wow.She def needs a new career perhaps...not knowing that my family member works for.the state.And then smarted off to me when I came in to get her name in front of everyone...terrible service. CVS will be notified as well ASAP...I'll update outcome..may take a few...but I don't give in to easy....I might add I've taken same exact medicine for 9 years.....lol..

Our 2 children have special needs and the staff there were very friendly (especially Lexi and Jamie) and allowed my children to use their bathroom. We also purchased items in which they gave us a great instruction on how well the items are used. They are great employees and that is not to go unseen. CVS would be proud to have them as employees.

I just walked out of there this morning after visiting the pharmacy. Grumpy and disgruntled people working in the pharmacy does not begin to describe it and I was the only one there it wasn’t as if they had a line out the door if you’re in the area I think they need Starbucks immediately. I honestly felt like I was bothering them. Give me a break.

The automated phone system does not work. There is interference on the line, when you call you hear multiple people talking at once and the npc can never hear your words OR your keypad selections. And it never lets you speak to an actual person because they are so understaffed. Impossible.

Bright, clean, well lit store with wide well stocked isles. Pharmacy is fantastic as pharmacy staff are kind and veryvery helpful. CVS employees are friendly and helpful.Store has CVS brands next to name brand items for easy comparison. The bathrooms are fair but that's not why you go to CVS.They also have a photo kiosk and party supplies.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to! They are rude and never have my autofill correct.Call them and they are telephone tough guy rude, so showed up in person ready to snatch someone up and they changed their tune. Better check themselves before they wreck themselves!!🤬Nuff Said!!

Beautifully clean, organized CVS, staff go out of there way to be helpful, pharmacy staff are also fantastic. This has been my CVS and pharmacy for the past 5 years and I can tell you a bunch of rise above the crowd individuals work there.

I’m very disappointed that it took over 3 hours to get my daughter’s prescriptions filled. She had oral surgery today and was without medication for 5 hours afterwards. By the time we received the medications she was in excruciating pain. I’ll never fill another prescription at a CVS again. I have transferred our prescriptions to another pharmacy already.

Well they either loose medication or don't know what they are doing. This morning I came in to get medication filled was told 15 to 20 minute wait after the 20 minute wait I get told 10 minutes or longer more of a wait . Doesn't seem like anyone knows what wait times are and they are definitely pretty damn slow on top of this

Beyond terrible customer service at the pharmacy. I’ve been trying to get ahold of the pharmacy by phone for 2 days and they will not answer. I drive to the store and they have the drive thru closed. I go inside to get my daughters rx and they tell me it’s not ready and they don’t know when it will be ready. So a complete waste of time driving to town just to have to come back whenever it is ready. The 2 ladies who I talked to at the pharmacy were rude and didn’t try to help out in any way.

I have been with CVS for over 10 years.... I will NEVER use their service again!!! Pharmacist with big front teeth and long blonde hair told me yesterday to take my prescription to Walmart as she was too busy to fill it....very rude and downright mean...if cvs can't operate properly during the pumpkin show then it's time to give it up...the so called pharmacist was the ONLY one"working"... she was very disrespectful and absolutely shocked me with her attitude!! I don't want someone like that taking care of my meds...so circleville beware of your CVS pharmacy!! Took my prescription to Walmart... great service and very attentive people. Goodbye CVS!!! Would love to get 6 on your side at that store...hmm.... great idea!!

I've never been told by a pharmacy that offers pickup windows when you fill that you have to sit inside to make sure it's filled on time.. lol what a joke. Run away

This CVS location was amazing! All the staff here were extremely friendly and helpful! Everything I needed for my little one was in stock and check out was quick and I was on my way. Thanks for a perfect shopping experience!
