My car wouldn't start upon leaving the store last Friday. I sat in the hot parking lot waiting for a friend, when the owner of the store came out and assisted me to try to jump my battery and then got tools to help me remove it when we realized it was bad. Thank you so much, Shawn. You really helped me by just stopping to ask if I was ok. My hero

I save my 5 stars for places like this. Such helpful people, they go above and beyond their "job title" to just be helpful and customer service oriented. In addition, the store is clean and well organized. Worth the drive, even from Dublin.

Excellent customer service every time I go there. Very nice family! They even loaded up a screen door that wouldn’t fit in my car, drove it to my house, and made sure it fit. I’ll always give my business to them before leaving town to look for something. UPS desk inside makes Amazon returns a breeze!

The guy that was working when I went was looking for a customer to help. He knew his way around the store and what they had there. He was nice to deal with. That's the first time I've been to that store, and he's pretty much all I have to judge the store by. My experience there was a good one that made me glad I went. I'll probably be going there again.

I called the Circleville Ohio location to see if this store carried a specific product since I live close to this store it made sense to call first. The person who answered the phone said they did not have the product I was asking about. I hung up and googled online where I could buy at local ace stores and the Circleville location showed as an option. I called the store back to ask again If they had the product and gave the part number and the same representative happened to be the person to answer the phone. She looked up the product by the number and said that they did in fact carry it and after I asked her to look for it, she put me on hold to go see if she had it on the shelf. When she returned to the call she asked me what the product was again and I asked her what she meant, because I gave her the info and part number. She told me again she didn’t have it but thought it might be in a new delivery that the store received that same morning. I asked her if she mind looking since I needed the product and called twice. The representative said sure and put me on hold to look. After several minutes waiting another representative returned to the phone and said “ what are you looking for?” I was astounded.. I repeated myself and the part number again and was again placed on hold after being told the same info. That the product might be in a new delivery that they had In the back. After several more minutes the person said he did not see it anywhere and to call back later. In short, I needed something that the store had, that I was first told they did not have and when I found out myself they did carry the product they made no effort to show any sort of customer support or satisfaction. I asked for a manger and was told that I was speaking to the manager which was the initial person to tell me they did not carry the product and then just passed the call to someone else. This is the definition of what you should not do to a customer.

I got there 15 minutes before they closed needing to find some plumbing parts that I didn't even know if existed or not.. anyway the young man who helped me out opened 30 different packages with me trying to figure out a solution for my problem! which we did at the last second. my thanks go out to him!! above and beyond when it comes to service! I highly recommend this place

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Service is given like you will never receive at Home Depot or Lowe's. In Circleville it's Sutherland's or Ace if you want good customer service and good advice.

Ace is truly full of awesome Customer Service and they always have what you need. We went to 2 other places to have keys made and none of them worked so 16 keys later we went to Ace and they made us keys and they all work! Thanks Ace Hardware.

I am an Ace Rewards member and recieve thier $5 off coupons ( with a $20 purchase) in the mail every month. I went to use my coupon today and the purchase had increased to a $30 purchase. I am already paying 20 to 25% more for items I can buy at 3 other locations in town for less. I believe in supporting small local businesses, but this was not a good thing. I ended up putting 2 of my 3 items back. I will think twice and long and hard about shopping at Ace in the future.

Very helpful staff, went in looking for gutter clips to hang Christmas lights, they didn't have the pnes I was searching for; but they wete nice enough to give me some pther stores that might have them. Very friendly and helpful.

Staff didnt care to help. That doesnt sit well with me. They just told me there was no such think of what I was looking for as I showed him a picture of it on my phone he says I tried. But he really didnt he just belittled me.

I sent one package and on my tracking reciept was a coupon for "free coverage on shipping items up to 100 dv" which to me and unless im that dumb, to probably others sounds like free delivery coverage.. Meaning free delivery. It says no where on the coupon that it is for insurance for items in the box. It only states free coverage on shipping items up to 100 dv. To me, it seems like false advertisement and they should probably change the label or honor the free shipping since they did not put specifics or fine print specifying its insurance not shipping. Im not happy that i was expecting to get what was stated on the coupon and then told it was something entirely different. Then they want to charge me 15 dollars for shipping even though they made a coupon that is misleading.

I really like this shop. Its perfect for DIY kind of people. Even though it's not a half-acre hardware emporium, you'll be surprised with the useful hidden gems, you can't find elsewhere.

I got a duplicate key made, because the manager said he couldn't order the original Craftsman tool box keys & I was told Ace could order them, so I don't know why they couldn't be if so?

Always very helpful! I never know what anything I need is called, and I go in and describe what I’m looking for (often poorly) and they always manage to figure out what I’m looking for and always have it in stock! :)
