Our best option for a grocery store within 100 miles of my house, we are grateful and blessed to have a Whole Foods nearby. We often have groceries delivered and are a part of the cult of 365. Makes me feel like I am in a major city well cultured and connected as a human being going here. That is all. Namaste.

I like this Whole Foods location, especially for produce. Sometimes other places like Kroger can have subpar produce but mostly Whole Foods can be relied on for it. The prices are generally not too bad on the Whole Foods brand of products either and they usually have a few other alternative brands for any product. My only star deduction is that the aisles are kind of tight and when there are a lot of people in the store sometimes it can be annoying to navigate. Overall, I would recommend checking this out!

I try to go to the food bar a few times a week for lunch to find healthy alternatives to fast food. The tray are mostly empty except for a few dried up sides or have fried foods. Other cities have 5 different food bars. Having just renovated this location why didn’t they fix this problem

I've had so much trouble with this location. I tried to do an Amazon pickup as my item wasn't available at the Mason Store. I couldn't find the store at first but arrived within my time window. In the meantime, the lady running pickups kept calling me and cancelling my order, even though I never checled into a parking space or told them I was there! Today I tried again and they cancelled my order 5 minutes prior to my pickup window! I had to turn around and go back home! The staff was rude even before I said anything to them. So unhappy. Guess this is how city folk treat people and it's sad to see.

I would give them 5 stars but their cashier who was working Monday Memorial day afternoon she needs to have better customer service to all customers and not just certain people.

We visited Whole Foods on Friday 1/26/24 around 4pm. Upon checking out at the self checkout, I asked the very generous employee about the prime member sales and he explained it to us and we had a few complications with the app and he walked us through it. I wish I would’ve got his name but he had very unique earrings and glasses. He was very helpful, super nice, communicated very well and even gave my son a sticker.

Rudest cashier ever. They didn't have prices on their drinks so I walked up to a group of 3 associates talking. After none of the 3 acknowledged me for a couple mins I asked if they could help me figure out the price. The old, grey haired cashier said "I'm currently busy" and proceeded to chat more with the other 2 employees. Before she has to run it through the register bc she doesn't know the price either. Inept and what made the situation worse was no manners. What a gross interaction with 3 employees. Do better

The food side of Whole Foods is fine. Pricey, yes, but the options are tasty, the store is clean and the employees are great. But this location went from having Amazon lockers to being an Amazon Hub with pickup counter in the last year, and that's been frustrating. The counter hours are inconsistent, plus they're nowhere to be found on the website or on the Google listing. Those spots only note the store hours, so a reasonable person would assume that the Hub hours are the same, right? Nope.I've gone anywhere from 30 minutes before closing to 3 hours before closing and have been shut out of picking my Amazon items up. I'm sitting in my car typing this because it has happened again. There are no signs at the Hub counter saying the hours or "Sorry we missed you" or such, either. It's been a crapshoot trying to pick things up in the evening after work. We're well into the digital era, and this is one of the biggest revenue companies in the world. Have WF/Amazon leaders *really* not figured out that they need to post the hours to all their services everywhere?

Clean store with a large variety of choices for organic non gmo foods. Eco friendly products for the household is also available. Several gluten free food items including cake! Also you can order your items on Amazon and have them stored in the on-site fridge here. I also thought the Amazon meal kits available was nice. They also have miniature carts for children.

It has a great selection of hot food and things to take with you to go as an alternative to eating out at a restaurant! The sushi was fresh and the pizza slices are huge and delicious!

Quite a nice store with a lot of variety and selection. Prices are higher than other stores as this is a more high end establishment.

Super hip to this location now. I used to prefer the Rookwood/Norwood location for the layout, customers and employees. Kenwood location recently became my favorite. Cool and helpful staff. Parking lot isn't as hectic and the store is usually a little more quiet inside. Self checkout is small...but the person who's stationed there is always really great.

Great store with a variety of food, although it can be pricy. The main issue is the parking lot. Spaces are too tight and always full. I usually have to park further and walk longer because it's quicker and easier than finding a spot, and one you can get into, with a larger vehicle in their lot.

Whole Foods Market: Where Organic Meets the AbyssMadison Road, CincinnatiThe rain fell that day, a steady drizzle that clung to the city like a guilty secret. And there, nestled between the mundane storefronts, stood Whole Foods Marke t- a portal to another dimension. A place where kale whispered forbidden incantations, and the scent of freshly ground coffee masked the cries of lost souls.I stepped inside, my umbrella dripping like the tears of a forgotten deity. The air hummed with mystic energy. and the fluorescent lights flickered as if winking at the cosmic joke. The sign above the butcher section read, "Meat and Fish: Freshly Harvested from the Void." I hesitated, wondering if I'd stumble upon a Cthulhu fillet or perhaps a Nyarlathotep cutlet. Alas, it was just organic chicken breasts. Disappointing, really. The aisles stretched like wormholes, each one leading to a different gastronomic plane. Here, the artisanal cheeses whispered secrets of ancient cows. There, the bulk bins held grains from forgotten civilizations - quinoa from Atlantis, lentils from Lemuria. And the produce section? Oh, my friend, it was a psychedelic garden. Kale, the gateway drug to kale chips. Avocado, the philosopher's stone of guacamole. And the dragon fruit, well, that was just showing off.But Whole Foods had its quirks. The absence of popular name brands was like a temporal glitch. No Coca-Cola, no Doritos, just rows of kombucha and chia seeds. The checkout lanes were manned by sages - cashiers who scanned your organic kale chips with the wisdom of ancient librarians. And the customers? Eccentric souls in hemp sandals, their auras pulsating with chia-infused energyAnd then, the prepared meals. Ah, the siren song of the hot bar! Vegan lasagna, its layers woven by forest nymphs. Quinoa salad, each grain a tiny oracle predicting your next Whole Foods purchase. And the sushi - well, that was a cosmic joke. As I bit into a roll, I swear I glimpsed the face of Yog Sothoth. Or maybe it was just wasabi. The cashiers smiled, their eyes knowing. "Paper or reusable bag?" they asked, as if offering passage to the afterlife. I always come prepared with my own bags. And as I exited, the automatic doors whispered, "Be well, traveler. May your kombucha never go flat."So, my fellow seekers of organic truth, visit Whole Foods Market on Madison Road. It's not just a grocery store: It's a sanctuary for the gastronomically curious. And remember, when you buy that $12 jar of almond butter, you're not just paying for nuts - you're paying for a glimpse into this cosmic pantry.Disclaimer: The author is not responsible for any eldritch encounters or kale-induced visions.

Don't shop there much, but to pick up Amazon orders. Nice and clean. I found some things now that I can shop for.

Not a place I normally grocery shop but it has a great bakery, organic choices and friendly clerk's. Expect to pay more but it may be worth it for particular items you can't easily find elsewhere. As a bonus this store is also an Amazon Hub and Prime members get extra savings.

Very friendly staff member was able to answer my question. I enjoyed my time shopping here. The items I bought were good quality for the money. I was pleased to be able to nab a hard to find product in the area I'm from.

When your bf have shellfish allergy and you can't bring it home. Wholefood shuck them for you and have them on ice tray. ( consume within 2 hours, they remind you everytime)So I have those bad boys in the parking lot. Fresh- juicy- meaty. Make me want to go back for another dozen. And not the the fresh produce keeping me coming. Customer service is always great too.

They always have the best desserts. Tiramisu is amazing. The self-checkout means you can get in and get out in a lickdy split.

Amazon returns: young girl was very cold and unsmiling, refused to help me take what I was returning out of the cardboard packing box. Minimal communication about how the process worked. First time trying this. Not up to the standards of Whole Foods' environment.

They treat their workers terribly. can't pay a living wage, can't communicate properly, management usually struggles to even do the job they yell at you for not knowing how to do. Workers are just numbers to them, not a humans. Treat people better please

Although it has been challenging to shop at this particular Whole Foods location during the renovation, they have worked hard and are improving every day. The selection is magnificent for someone who has a lot of food allergies and other issues. I have been particularly impressed with the young people who work there who will take the time to help you find special selections or offer advice when you need it as to what foods might the accessible if one has dietary restrictions.

It’s 9:03pm20 minutes ago we spend $165 on food and sat down to eat. No announcement they were closing; no nice reminder- heavy set manager comes up to use and says we have to leave, we ask for a few more minutes to finish up, and he says well I have to send my staff home. - there are literally still 15 employees cleaning and breaking down and here we are finishing our food in the car!

I knew it wasn't just me. After reading the reviews its very clear that this location is RACIST. It has gotten to the point that perhaps we should form a collective lawsuit against this store. The evil stares, no greetings at all. I spend thousands in this store and I should not be treated like a criminal. I will not leave this just with a review but will begin to gather others , start a boycott and eventually sue for discrimination. I am so upset and disgusted that I have no energy to give on how me and my 2 small children were mistreated! This isnt over you will be hearing from my lawyers. Do better! Its almost 2024 this isn't the 60s! The nerve of a cashier WORKER looking down on anyone!
