Currently sitting here waiting for a customers order through Uber eats.. I got here at 8:17 and it’s not 9:10 I’ve watched multiple people who got here after me already receive their orders and pull away. I’ve tried calling inside the store multiple times with no answer no matter what extension I press. There’s no organization at all at this store for pickup. It’s absolutely ridiculous and really screws over delivery drivers because if we cancel we won’t be compensated at all.

Generally well kept and clean, this place is currently going through a revamping, so there's a little bit of confusion about where things are. But overall, a good store, lots of variety, from food to clothes to toys. Definitely recommend!

I would give zero stars if i could ridiculously needs new management! The scan and go is card only. I should never ever wait in line for 30 minutes because they can’t hire employees. I will take my business to meijer for now on!

Things were good here over the Holidays but not anymore. There are at least 15 self-checkouts but only 3 are open on a busy Sunday afternoon. Also bought something in the Electronics department first but the woman couldn’t scan my other 3 items because she said she was too busy/the only person in the whole department. This forced me to wait for 15+ minutes to do self-checkout. I get that staffing is an issue everywhere, but there is absolutely no excuse for only having 3 self-checkouts open. Avoid this location like the plague.

Since transitioning from my Walmart Plus membership to using services through my Straight Talk phone plan, I've encountered numerous issues with Walmart's delivery system. Despite their efforts with Walmart Spark and Walmart shoppers, there have been consistent mistakes such as receiving items meant for others and having items missing from my orders. Walmart Spark's accuracy stands at only 40%, leading to frustration and inconvenience. Having to request refunds for undelivered items is not just a hassle but also a financial strain, particularly when on a tight budget. The lengthy 7 to 10 day wait for resolution adds to the frustration. What disappoints me most is the lack of communication and accountability in Walmart's delivery process compared to services like Shipt. It seems as though Walmart allows their delivery personnel to operate without strict guidelines, resulting in inconsistent and unreliable service. Despite Walmart's size and resources, their delivery and shopping experience fall short, making it seem like an added benefit rather than a quality service.

Sam Walton is long gone and so are his values. Was faster to just drop my items wherever and go to Target where there were actually employees working the registers. Maybe Target managers don’t get increased bonuses for understaffing the store like Walmart and Sam’s Club managers.

So much more to look at, find & buy!! Loved shopping here weeks later. Delivery isn't by Walmart- outsourced & tried 3xs - 1st 1 hr late by driver, 2nd order canceled by driver & had to reorder & the 3rd driver was 1 hr 30 min late & left order behind hospital reception desk, while I was at front entrance!

Better than the typical Walmart experience. This one was clean, and most of the customer service ppl were alright. Four stars instead of five because I had asked nicely for a worker to watch my stuff very quickly while I used the restroom after I had checked out. She said No. Otherwise, great time once again at Walmart!

I visited the Vision Center where I was treated as a wanted customer. The Vision Center Staff @ the Ferguson Rd. Location was very professional and Kind. I rather take the 1 1/2 hour bus drive rather than a 5 minute walk to location on Colerain Ave. EITHER LOCATION ON COLERAIN FOR THAT MATTER. It’s unbelievable how different the customer service is.

This is a very convenient location, and the closest Walmart to my home, but in a bad part of town. High crime, and high theft there so I will no longer go there in person, ever!I get Walmart home delivery of my groceries and unfortunately everything has to come from this store because it is the closest location to my home. I ordered these ribeyes and decided to cook them in a cast iron skillet. They were delicious!The one consistent problem I have with home delivery of my groceries from this location is that the organic produce is often very old.

Can't stand the way there are ALWAYS people in the parking lot, coming up to cars, asking for money. They way the inside of the store has been rearranged is really annoying because I used to know exactly where everything was, and now it's like a "where's waldo" everything I enter. Plus, they ALWAYS have people in the main isles bothering customers about Duke Energy or Cable TV, and when you try to say you're not interested, they still don't wanna let you walk away! I seriously hate going into this store!!!

I and my family most certainly ny children extremely love love walmart to death lol always have once my daughter found out what all they be having in stock on just regular days there she was hooked 1st walnart visit lol as were the rest of the family as well so yes we ALL as a FAMILY just super loves every and anything Walmart always lol

Just spent 274.00 for a tv and vacuum and while checking out was treated like garbage . I was scanning the tv and the lady kept raising her voice and then yelled at me because I didn’t find it fast enough she was standing right by me and could have easily walked a few steps over to show me where to scan it . It was embarrassing to be yelled at like a child . My husband told her to quit yelling , she didn’t reply at all. I’m a paying customer and this isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with rude employees at this location . I’ve also met plenty of nice employees . I spend to much money and try to be kind to everyone , if she doesn’t like her job she shouldn’t be there . Don’t take it out on me . I don’t usually write reviews but this seems to be an ongoing problem at this location. My money spends anywhere

So trying to get a job here is so hard for no reason the hiring manager Communication skill are by far the worst I never seen. They never have cashier the lines are so pack when they only have 4 cashiers. It’s ridiculous how it is you guys need to hire people immediately.

Went in to buy a baseball cap since I forgot mine at home while traveling. No registers open except for self checkout, and of the 20 or so that they had, only 6 were “open”. Of those, an employee was messing around with 2 of the open ones, so I had to wait 10 minutes for them to finish up. I then was asked to show my receipt while leaving since a $10 ball cap is such a prized possession that we must make sure I don’t accidentally walk out without checking myself out properly. Garbage store, garbage management.

The Ferguson Avenue location has been restructured and cleaned up. It looks really nice and much cleaner. More employees on the floor and they actually know where to find things and can answer questions. 👍

Walmart on Ferguson Rd looks amazing with the upgrade, I didn't recognize the place when I went inside ,😄, self check out lanes Installed, they keep the store clean, more stock on shelves, looks like a new store, 2 thumbs up Walmart on Ferguson Rd.

I used to hate this Walmart because of the long waiting at the checkout lines. Now that they have installed the self-checkout kioses, checkouts are easy and fast. Now, we are talking businesses.
