When I first started with the pharmacy I was get real medicine than someone changed my profile to receive generic medicine. These generic medicine gave me some type of reaction and I had to go to the hospital.I didn't tell the pharmacist and refused to receive that same type of medicine.I asked the pharmacist to place the information on to my profile that I had to be hospitalized based off of whatever type of medicine that was...Some of my medicines went back to the original medicine I was receiving and some of the medicine was added and changed to the medicine that made me sick.I spoke to my doctor about the situation. My doctor then informed me that I could refuse the medicine they made me sick and that the pharmacist would have to give me a medicine that would not make me sick.The doctor changed the prescription to see if that would help me.And I'm not sure who individually but my profile start getting messed up and changed from automatic refills.So I would have to update the pharmacist with all my medicines and put them back on automatic refill.At first I did not see it as a problem but today I have had to do this over five times.Then I tried to get added on to their new program where you receive all your medicines once a month.I was told it takes between 30 to 45 days to receive all of your medicines and I was given a date to come and pick up my medicines.I came in on the date in which I was told to come in to find out there's someone had said on my file that I called and canceled and none of my prescriptions were ready and I had to redo my prescriptions on automatic refill again.I'm not sure what is going on with the staff if they think this is a funny situation LOL but I take my medicines very serious I would like to keep them on a regular basis and I do not feel like I should have to play these types of games with the pharmacist I do not feel safe to even pick up or receive any medicines at this point of time from pharmacy location.It makes me wonder if they gave me the medicine or purpose to make me sick.I'm not sure if this is stimming off the fact of being racist because I am a black woman maybe I was making them feel like I was demanding because I got sick from the medicine and I refuse to take the same type of medicine I took a picture and wrote down the brand because my doctor showed me how to do it I was being told by my doctor to inform the pharmacist and then it became a problem I don't feel like this is the place to go if you are a black person trying to receive medicine from this location I always thought the pharmacist is the main person for you to trust because they are giving you your medicine today I look at things differently and I am scared to go back to this location and pick up medicine that made me sick I wonder if they gave me medicine to make me sick.

Keep telling me my refills are ready, then tell me when I arrive that they aren't ready or there's an issue with my insurance. I've left several times without getting my critical medications. No excuse at all for doing business this way.

I went to the Northbend store and wanted to use cash app. Madison was a life saver and helped me to use it. Very helpful and nice.

This is only pertaining to the pharmacy. Was told to wait for my prescription and quoted 15-20 minutes. I’ve been here over an hour. Place is a mess. Customer service is trash. The lady running the place is more disorganized than the 20 yr old cashier.

I had to backup 4000 photos to many usb drives and Carly helped out so much and 2 other girls helped put to but I didn't get their names .Great customer service and everyone was so nice ,u don't get that any more these days.

I went to Get my flu shot and got the best service with friendly people who were so busy but yet they were so pleasant and the gals behind the counter were amazing! It was like watching a well oiled machine. Something I haven't seen in a very long time.Thank to all the great people working in the Pharmavy.❤️🙏❤️

We're "frequent flyers" at this location. Love the 20% off for AARP members on the first Tuesday of the month. Also the photo department is great. Very easy to order online and projects are ready in no time. Have been ordering holiday cards and calendars for some time now and they turn out great at a competitive price.Recently, my holiday card order was sub-par. Very dark and nothing like the photos I edited on my computer. Maria and Gloria were extremely helpful, friendly and professional in getting the order right. They are quality employees!!!!!!!

Usually, I'm ok with Walgreens. Especially their photo department. The last couple of times I have ordered cards (2 different stores), no envelope has been included with the card. Of course, I don't realize it until I am home. I don't know if it is an oversight or if they just don't come with an envelope. They should come with one!

Thank goodness for Nathan working in photo department because the other girl working there was rude. I only had two pictures to print but she decided to take another customer that took a lot of time. And we she was done with the other customer she just walked away, didn’t even have to courtesy to say, “Someone will be right you miss.” Luckily, Nathan came back and checked me out. Another issue is that when I first walked into the store, the guy at the register didn’t welcome me in. He just stared at me and then returned to whatever he was doing on his phone. All I can say is wow.

Nice variety, but pharmacy is NOT 24 hours! They're not very good at filling prescriptions either. I was forced to go back to Boudinot for my medications.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to.Issues with prescriptions every single month. We even call ahead to make sure things are in order and when we get there we find out we were lied to on the phone. If it weren’t for the insurance that I have I would be done with Walgreens all together. Definitely done with this one. As soon as open enrollment is on… I’m out!

We love this location, but, unfortunately, one rude cashier routinely comments on and tries to talk us out of purchases."You don't need that" and "I don't know why you would want something like that," she says...every time. This person has scolded me on cold-brewed coffee.More than once, I walked out and went elsewhere when I saw this person.We shouldn't be shamed for purchasing goods, and personal healthcare items should not be commented on. We once witnessed this employee ask a customer why she needed so many blister protectors! A little decorum is needed at this store.

I am usually someone who never posts reviews like this, but this location is ridiculous. Don't come here if you actually expect to have printed photos. I was denied my photos being printed, because of "copyright infringement". I was trying to make a wedding guest for my friend. There was a photographer watermark on the photos I was trying to print, so fine. However, my mother went to the same location a few weeks later to be turned down for the same reason for entirely different photos of an entirely different couple simply because the photos "looked like they were taken by a photographer". Another Walgreens location were able to print our photos no problem. Avoid this location for all photo needs.

I gave Walgreens 5 out of 5 stars up until the last 2 years. Since they went with the call center (instead of the actual store) I have experienced longgggg delays in calls & getting answers regarding my prescriptions ! Please note “I DO NOT BLAME THE WALGREENS ACTUAL STAFF, PHARMACIST OR ANYONE OF THE KIND PEOPLE who work at the actual Store. This is one more “OVER REACH” by the actual corporation that owns Walgreens. Shame on you for ruining your Chain of Stores & once again looking out for the “Big Money - Top Guy’s ONLY”. Changes are coming to all chain stores but I’ll be moving my prescriptions to a Cincinnati Owned Store !

Yesterday got appointment at TrHealth clinic in Walgreens at 5403 N. Bend Rd. Montfort Heights Cincinnati Ohio, which is 3/4 mile from my home. I could not get into my family doctor nor any other close office. Nurse Practitioner Jamie was great. She was very friendly, helpful, efficient, and treated my minor ailment with prescription I got at this Walgreens pharmacy. Good visit.

This has got to be the worst location. They don't answer their phone and the pharmacist and technicians are not helpful at all. I just picked up a prescription and the medication is expired.

Went to the pharmacy drive-through. Waited 15 minutes at the window and had to call the store to get them to send someone to the window to wait on me. No apology. No remorse. Made me feel like I was bothering them.

Customer service was horrible charged me twice for one transaction They wouldn't fix that saying that It would fix itself all by itself right but no ! my check bounced that was going out because of this and it cost me another $30
