I went in for three vaccinations that I had scheduled online. I had to wait 30 minutes, but it was not their fault. They were very busy and there were issues in trying to input my information - issues due to a national cyber attack on pharmacies last month. 😳 The staff was very friendly and professional. Alexis gave me my vaccines and I was on my way. Thank you!

Changed my medication pick up date, so now I have to wait an extra 2-3 days for meds I need! I keep getting different answers,I will definitely be changing Pharmacies! I definitely don't recommend this store!

they deleted my friends review when she said she was being harrassed by the cashier. it stated:i came here to buy tampons and richard asked me what size i use. when i said i didn't want to tell him because that's weird, he said "you prolly use super extra large anyway, i didn't want you anyway"

My husband was discriminated against when he went there for his covid test, that was scheduled online. RepTold him he couldn't get his covid because he didn't have the symptoms. His symptoms were stuffy nose headaches which are signs of covid.The covid test is 198 but insurance would cover the cost. He was told to come back tomorrow. Spoke to Gary, he didn't apologize for the way my husband was treated. I won't spend any more of my money at this Walgreens

Need to send excellent Kudos out for Rob who is the checkout clerk I have interacted with many, many times. He deserves a raise!!! He is a wonderful customer-facing associate. Always positive, helpful, and makes you feel great about shopping at Walgreens. Great Job Rob😃

Service at the photo counter for all offered services is greatly lacking. They handle FedX, product pick ups, returns, photos etc and do it with an attitude. Everyone seems irritated anytime Im there. Cashiers up front are good.

I had two very helpful conversations this week with Gary, one of the Pharmacists. My questions were medication related and he was so knowledgeable, patient, and informative. Thank you, Gary! I always have a great experience at this Walgreens. The employees are ALWAYS so helpful!

The pharmacy staff is very impatient and unwilling to help. I continuously get texts that things are ready to be picked up & I arrive with that not the case. This is an ongoing issue with this specific Walgreens. Additionally, after stating my name and date of birth the tech asked me to speak and spell out the scripts. Which I believe is a huge violation of my privacy. Every other Walgreens I’ve used have always been discreet, helpful, and kind. I will be switching as soon as possible. I’m not someone to complain but this location deserves to be written about.

Came in for the covid vaccine.. the girl who gave me the shot was very rude and smart mouth. I really couldn’t hear her through her mask. Better customer service please. Who wants a mean person giving them a shot!

It’s best to plan ahead and be sure you have ample time when visiting their drive thru pharmacy! It takes way more time than it should. They need to review their tactics and be better… techs always seem wildly untrained.

I really like shopping at Walgreens for things that I need. I also know that my dog loves the treats that they have that you can buy. The photo department is very helpful. You are always greeted with a hello from the cashier that's close to the door. They will also help find things for you if you need the help.

I was in there today and I watched a woman angrily yell at a manager berating her and treating her poorly and this manager had upstanding composure and professionalism. The staff is friendly and kind, the store has everything you need. But that manager (Theresa) definitely showed me I was shopping at the right place.

I feel like it's going on a year they just couldn't get my prescriptions together..always one issue or another. suppose to be auto refill..sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. sometimes I get all three sometimes they aren't done yet days later, sometimes I get 2 of three and told have to come back for the last one. I give up...moving on to another pharmacy... I feel like if they can't get it together why would I trust they are giving me the right pills... no thank you.

This pharmacy is horrible! My DDS called in my prescription around lunch time so I could pick it up after work. Stopped in at 6 pm was told we haven't even started working on it. Said they were open till 10pm & it would be ready by then. Called at 7pm still not ready. Called at 7:30 pm still not ready. A person could die while waiting for them to start working on it! I will never go there again...

The lady that works at the pharmacy is the rude person ive ever met. I have a disease that makes me take certain type of meds. Everytime i seem to come into this location on Bridgtown and race she always treats me like a staright drug addict cauae of my meds she works at the pharmacy and her name is Jenny if there is anyway to avoid her by any means necessary do so!!!!!!!!

Stopped by here on Saturday to redeem some manufacturer's coupons for some items they had on sale/clearance. Got in & out right away & the cashier was very pleasant.

What a joke!!!!! Bad management No first communion cards at all last time I was here and now no wedding cards AT ALL. Not one single one. This place has went down hill so badly over the years and it continues to get even worse

Every time I go to Walgreens for monsters or cigars and my meds there so polite and kind and giving and I'm working with my job coach to work at Walgreens down the street from me on glenway I gotta say this Walgreens keeps me up to date on my meds I gotta say there very polite 💯
