I love this Walgreens! The staff is VERY friendly and personable, and the location is perfect for me. I understand that this and the other Walgreens are both downtown, but for some reason the location closer to the interstate always makes me feel like a criminal due to me carrying a backpack (I work downtown and carry my laptop/lunch bag in my backpack)... As I said, I get it that a lot of people have given them issues in the past, but I do not like feeling how I do when I am completely innocent. This location at 406 Main St. does NOT make me feel this way and instead makes me feel welcome and comfortable and I always buy my product(s) from them.

Convenient store where there are few alternatives downtown. Staff has to deal with businessmen, lawyers, and homeless. The are professional and friendly in my experience. Look for yellow tag specials for discounts. Best of its kind downtown.

Walgreens is a good place to have close to the office. If you want something close to your place of work, then this is a good place to go now and then. It is a large Drug store and has a lot of things that you may need while you are away from home.

This is by far the worst Walgreens in the Cincinnati area. Every time I go to pick up my prescription their pharmacy is unexpectedly closed.

Some of the front line employees at this location ruins customer service. Unprofessional, snickering at customers, and overall ghetto- not surprising. No longer shop at this location.
