Do not get your prescriptions filled here. It is by far the most inconvenient place I have ever filled my scripts through. Chronically understaffed, and even if you call your scripts in and use the drive through, there’s always some moron who didn’t, and they let them sit at the window while they fill the scripts. I have been filling my prescriptions here for 3 years now and have yet to have a good experience. Absolutely terrible and inconvenient. The only reason I do not change pharmacies is because it is right next to my work and home. But even still I am considering a farther away option because it has only gotten worse.

This Walgreens, I'm particular is always pretty nice. Nice staff, it's clean. Bummer they need to lock up 1/2 of the stuff. I wonder why , bc in other stores , everything is out in the open.-- they need to do something about the panhandlers that hang out front.-- if I come to print out some photos, I don't want to be Hustled I to buying some incense outside .

Waited over 5 minutes after pressing the assistance button to open a case and no one came. Went to the front to find someone to see three workers just standing by the registers not doing anything, even through there were many announcements that assistance was requested. The cashier was nice which was why it's not one star.

I was in need of a 24 hour pharmacy between work in Northern Kentucky and home 40 away in Northern Cincinnati. I was bummed that the Clifton store no longer had a 24 pharmacy, but the young man, Reefe, who took my call went above and beyond to try to find one that would beer open at 4 in the morning and didn't require a 30 Miller round trip out of the way. I'd gives itt five stars if I was just rating Reefe, but the store loss a start for discontinuing the 24 service. (In all honesty I hadn't used the all night pharmacy since I went to college down there, and that's been well over at least one decade 🤭 ago)

Pharmacy staff is great. Even though they are extremely busy they will always help. Had an issue with my father's insurance paying for the prescription and the young lady I think named Lauren offered to contact his doctor to change it. All while they were swamped with vaccinations. Saved him a lot of money!

Customer service is obviously not a priority here. A totally unfriendly unprofessional place but they can get away with it because it's so close to a college where they have no choice but to come here, but if you have a choice then take my word for it and go somewhere else.

I’ve been coming here nearly 8 years and today I had the worst experience yet. There’s an adderall shortage. Most people know this. So I ALWAYS call first to make sure it’s in stock. The woman who answered the phone was SO RUDE. SO RUDE!!! For what??? She was short with me, refused to look for me prescription, and made me feel more like a burden than a patron. Wish there was literally ANY other Walgreen’s I had access to. I’m tired of being disrespected by these people who think they’re better than everyone else.

Really upset about the way they wasted my time today. I wanted to buy a perfume, and I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to unlock the counter. After buying it I looked at the product while I was still at the check out counter and realized it was a body powder not a perfume. I literally hadn't moved after paying but I was told I would have to come back to return it for a refund because I didn't have my state issued ID on me even though the return would go on the same card it came from. It made absolutely no sense and the only thing I could think was that it's a measure to stop/discourage returns. Once I've made my return I won't be coming back.

The pharmacy is frustratingly bad. There is a systemic pattern of me receiving calls that my refill is ready, I visit the store to pick up my prescription, then they tell me it’s not ready. The pharmacy then instructs me to wait some time then to come pick it up inside, then when I go inside, nobody has been working on filling the prescription and I have to wait again. They have also only partially filled my prescription, then when I travel back to the store to pick up the rest, they attempt to double charge me. Overall, a frustrating pattern of incompetence.

Don't have a frustration with the stores with the corporation, everybody's really nice but if you don't have insurance on file they always back order your prescription so you have to always double call to make sure it's okay

This walgreens has a great selection and staff. I only have to remove one star because of what's going on directly outside their store, which isnt really their fault but they could probably make better. Every time I have gone to this location, the staff has always been very kind. However many people will sit directly outside the building and come up to anyone approaching the store asking for money. This is also an issue with the Kroger directly across the parking lot. If you deny them money, say you dont have any, or try to keep walking and ignore them, they will either follow you or yell slurs and harass you. I've always been someone who tries to give when I can, but this location has become a cesspit for the rudest people who will kick your vehicle if you can't give them anything.

Every time I get there, they can’t find my details, or it takes 3 hours and 6 managers. I got about 7-8 robo calls for my refill this week and placed the order, an email confirmed it was ready at 9pm last night- great. went at 6am this morning and they’ve already put it away/don’t know but it’s not ready. I do not matter here. This is every single time for the last 4 months. Headed across the road to Kroger.

It’s so frustrating when pharmacy staff clearly doesn’t care to actually help. I requested a specific medication and after a week of not hearing back I went back and found out the request was never even made… I just don’t understand. Make sure if you use this pharmacy you are extremely clear and make sure they actually put your request in.

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had yet. I don't know if it's because they have so many people rotating in and out of that store. I was puton hold for three times and each time I was taking off hold I was given a different a different answer. My question every time was can you please call my doctor so he can substitute so he can substitute the prescription each time they came back with a different answer. Worst customer service ever

Stopped by early in the morning. Not very welcoming. The sales associate (Victoria) was too busy talking to the security guard.she Didn’t say anything when I was heading to the register. She Didn’t say anything when I was leaving out as well. It wouldn’t hurt to even smile and say hi. I don’t expect a full conversation anyway . . I plan to go to CVS next time. The elder men are more attentive and welcoming.. save your time. Check out CVS instead

The employee's are shady. I saw the cashier steel money from the register and give it to a "customer". I put customer in quotes because he did not buy anything. I do not consider this an act of kindness because an act of kindness requires self sacrifice. The cashier was steeling from the Walgreens not showing compassion. Also, the person who "helped" me seemed annoyed that I was asking for help. I have never had trouble with Walgreens in the past so I just assume they hired some bad people at this store.

Great place to run in and grab smokes without the hassle of the lines at Kroger. They also usually are very helpful in locating items or even to give recommendations on everything from Burn ointment to cosmetics. Open 24 hours so weather you happen to need a prescription from the emergency room filled at 2 am or just have a hankering for ice cream this place has you covered.

They have the best customer service ✋✋hands down in the entire area and are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Great selection of items, can get your photos done quickly and the pharmacy staff is helpful to boot! Definitely go there over going to CVS.

It'd be more if there wasn't only one cashier available. And at any time of day that is a BAD IDEA when there's a long line of people. Still clean looking otherwise. CVS has more than one cashier available across the street after dark. Hopefully the limited lanes open doesn't trickle into daytime.

Terribly rude pharmacy staff, was denied a C-19 vaccine despite current health insurance, even when it’s free to the public and no insurance required. Walked to CVS and they got me in and out in 20 minutes.

The best pharmacist in town. Everyone working in the pharmacy are helpful and kind people. The counters and the clinic are clean and well maintained. If you have a problem or question ask the main pharmacist (Darryl) he will help you out.

The most unethical low standard no integrity or accountability having staff I have dealt with. Specifically Spencer the Store manager and Michelle Craig. I was told by the store manager I would he banned from the store for no reason what so ever. I asked got contact information for the upper management and was hung up on repeatedly by both individuals named above.

To many people harassing you by the door or in the parking lot following to your car begging for money, smokes, etc. Walgreens really needs to handle this problem. When you tell the management about it they just blow it off. I won't stop if i see the beggers outside. I use to stop in daily until they opened the new store. The panhandling has gotten way out of control.
