They did not have my prescription ready when they promised, and what I mean by promised is that I spoke with the pharmacist herself and she said it would be ready at a certain time. An hour later, and they had no idea I even existed. No one is there to help and so unprofessional. I will never use this pharmacy again.

My doctor call a prescription in this morning.I went about 1 they told me 2 more hours.When I get there a young Caucasian man comes to the window and asked for my prescription he tells me it's not ready and it'll be ready sometime tonight. Then tells me I am not the only customer very nasty with a attitude. Not good customer service at all. Should always be respectful to others

I'm just a little bit confused, I've been waiting for my prescription is to get filled for a week and a 1/2. I was told that there weren't going to get filled today no one never calls so as a customer. Should I come in and feel my own prescriptsend?

The outside lot has bushes need trimming and the lot is full of trash.You would think they would care about the property as well as their customers.

Not sure what is going on at this store's pharmacy but they don't seem to have things in order. First they tell us our insurance cards don't work without actually running them to find out. They told us another person earlier in the day had the same insurance company and theirs didn't work so ours won't work either. (We called and found out ours are just fine). Then they forget to prep what was needed for our vaccination appointment and made us wait an hour while they prepped. Not quite sure what is going on at this store but they certainly are having issues.

Store is decent but you need to show up to the pharmacy for them to start making your prescription. Stopped by to get text alerts and just went back 3 hours later in case it got messed up and I didn't get them. Then when I show up they just go "give me ten minutes to fill it". Not sure what the point of the text alerts are if they won't fill it untill you're there.

Literally just now called this store before driving another 35 minutes to see if they had something in stock for my daughter. the stores I went to closer to me had already sold out. This was the response i got immediately:Uhh you would have ta come in fa that (full attitude) and then just hung up on me. What wonderful customer service. This location has always been terrible

So I asked the clerk if Walgreens accepts manufacturer's coupons and she says yes. So I go out to my car and get my coupon and come back in to purchase the item. Then during checkout she refuses my coupon and leaves me without my medical supplies even after saying yes Walgreens accepts manufacturer's coupons. What an uneducated staff. Store is always dirty and there isn't anyone working half the time. This location needs new management and a change of staff or maybe educate staff on how to perform transactions do people can receive what they are free to receive. What a joke this place is.

So I wanted to come here and make this quick review because I needed my medication very badly and the previous day my friend and I went to CVS and it took them so long to get the medication it was such a horrible experience. I had a wonderful experience here. I really enjoyed it, Britney and Tish helped me get my medication very easily, swiftly ,efficiently and cool, calm, collectively so thank you to you two you guys rock! 🤘🏻Keep up the great work; If I had the money I would’ve tipped! 😅

Be careful and forewarned when using this Walgreens Pharmacy. This comes from a customer of well over 15 years to the store.The pharmacy will not double-check new medication dosages versus previous dosages. This resulted in the pharmacist on duty filling a prescription that was old and no longer usable by our son. They refuse to accept responsibility for their mistake. Also, a drive-thru pharmacist blatantly lied to their manager about this customer calling them a curse name. Then refused to address the lie with their employee. Why would a customer of over 15 years damage their ability to pill their prescriptions and shop there by calling a pharmacist a curse word ? That makes no sense ... Be warned. They would get zero stars for this unethical business practice it were possible....

This place is very convenient but it can use work on customer service exspecialy the younger employees. Lot of people begging for money outside off and on. It might seem petty to sum but I really don't like me name being called out loud when scanning my rewards card but I guess that just store policy. The prices can be a little high on some products but it is only 5 mins away that about the main thing I like. Some employees not all can be passive aggressive.

awful location the mgr is awful and incompetent, not helpful at all, the location is messy , the staff is rude , this location took my money from an online order then claimed they never got the order , the mgr would not help with the order despite having proof of the purchase the amount paid and the time the order was placed, now It is Christmas Eve I do not have my Christmas gifts I ordered and I am out of $200 . I would give zero stars if I could. There are Walgreens locations on every corner so drive the extra 5 mins to a different location and save yourself the trouble of dealing with this place and the staff

It's a very nice Wagreens. The staff is very nice and they have all the Walgreens stuff. It can be a bit tricky to get out of... Mitchell is a very busy street.

Never. Have a problem yeah they may be busy a lot of times but what pharmacy isn't though specially doring different hours of the day..I never have a problem with em though...
