Nice coffee choices (A few are always down). Older brown skin lady (manager I guess) always seem to have attitude every time I was in there. Other staff seem decent (some occasionally weirdly wanting you to bag your own multiple items🤔). Let me not forget about the receipt paper shortage culture & the younger brown skin girl I saw once or twice that says “cause ppl don’t usually ask & it cost to much for paper”🙄 as if she personally takes the trips to the office store herself. Light skin girl with braids has always been cool. Light skin guy cool sometimes, older white lady decent & speaks every time at least. What else, O & always expect it to be 9/10 dirty in the coffee/drink the later it gets in the day.Might want to higher some1 just to come in & do that a few times a day maybe.🤔🙃

First time ever going in thortons, was greeted properly by the manager ( didn't know she was at the time ) but even though she was busy doing cleaning, she still made the time to help me with finding what I wanted, outstanding service if ya ask me.was very nice and answered all my questions ( how I found out she was the manager ) very nice person and I'd say an asset to the store cause most other stores the people are rude and the stores are dirty, she was cleaning when I interrupted her and still went out of her way to help me. Other managers I have talked to were in office or outside smoking and had the other employee's doing the cleaning, I will frequent this store because of all this, very nice experience.

It’s some ghetto little girl at the register with the nastiest attitude ever. The line was long and I understand you don’t like your job baby but I didn’t do it . Lol wrong person . Also start taking personal hygiene and personal presentation seriously. She looked like she just rolled out of bed .

We've been 3 times in past 3 weeks, all the Employees have been very nice, friendly and kind about waiting on us, helpful, so no problems getting our gas! Thank you all.Those 3 stops at Thornton's, Reading Rd. & Tenn. Ave. have had the best prices on regular gas, out of 30+ mile trip's, one way and we were checking the prices in our travels! Thank you for that, also Thornton's!!!🤗🙂

Just saw the one and only beautiful mature employee I admire and love . She was sweet , kind , charming and above all just showed a genuine character about herself when servicing me at Thornton’s as a customer . Continue much success being the brand of what customer service is here in Cincinnati.

If you need to pick up gas this is one of the more cheaper options in the Norwood/Bond Hill area. Definitely not the safest gas station and I'd advise buying gas from the pump otherwise you're going to have a long queue inside the shop. The staff are friendly but usually there is a crowd in the line and it really isn't worth the wait. There are a lot of sketchy patrons and the entrance and exits are an accident waiting to happen when getting onto Redding.

They called the police when my brother’s car broke down and him and his children were waiting for their ride. Very little sick and disgusting people. I will not go here!!!

Horrible experience! I work less than a quarter of a mile away from here and I came in and went into use the restroom and then employee screamed at me and told me that I need to get out right now and was extremely rude I will never visit this again. I went outside to call and confirm that I had the correct location to report the incident and the employee came outside and proceeded to yell at me for calling which is completely unprofessional. The door was unlocked and not labeled closed and I will recommend my company not use their services again!

If you want to be harassed every time you go to get coffee or gas this is the place, always flee infested coffee area, always a wait in line at least 5minutes, always looks like a drug drive through at gas pumps. It's a embarrassment to 45237 and ghetto

I've never had any problems there. The line's be a little long but it's one of the only places in bond hill still open 24 hours.

Convenient location for gas but SOME not all employees are very getto and rude also to many bums begging. That location draws out very weird and aggressive customers also. Proceed with caution.

This gas station is never open after 11pm there is a sign on the door every night saying they won't open till 7am. They need to change the hours on this there web page

They held 50$ on my debit card for 25.00 worth of gas beware... couldnt eat dinner cause of your company.. Thanks Thortons..... wont ever return....!!!! Could have went to 50 other gas stations around that wouldnt have cleared out my account...

So far, never had an issue. Plus it one of the few places that has Flex Fuel in the area. But because of the cheap prices, it's often kinda crowded but I can live with that.

All I needed was a cup of coffee an change for the air machine. Clerk was very nasty and rude. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Doubt that I will be shopping there again.

Stop to get gas 10/29/2020 using my debit card at the pump. It’s now 11/5/202 I still have not got my $100 they held 😠 I didn’t even get to get gas because the pump and it was off line so why is it taking so long for my money to get put back on my card when I didn’t even get to get gas
