Staff were friendly and efficient the week before Christmas. Wait time was minimal with free parking. Located in the Kenwood Mall area across from Dillard's and next to Mitchell's Salon . Easy access to The Container Store from Galbraith Rd.

An absolute unit of a store with regards to all types of containers. Ended up snagging a nice little laundry bag. They have everything from small containers to large garbage cans to… well… if you have something that needs to be contained they can help.

Nice store with every type of storage option you can think of. There's a small clearance section towards the back of the store. There's a lot of unique novelty items available for purchase.

Wow what an experience! Really enjoyed browsing and this place is perfect for when you don't want to drive out to IKEA.We got help from Kesley, Rebecca, and Brandi. Very helpful and excellent customer service from these 3. We'd come back just for them.Don't get me wrong, things are expensive here BUT you get what you pay for. We tried using different brands or hodgepodge mix and match container solutions for our spaces AND NOTHING WORKED. Just save up and come here.

I love the Elfa line. I was disappointed that the shelves that I purchased were not available and since the store has since changed vendors, they may not be available in the future.I wanted to expand my bookshelf space but will now have to use a different style of Elfa shelving. Nevertheless, I love the Elfa products.

I adore the Container Store! They have so many helpful little organizational gadgets and tools. And when we needed a very specific shelf size, they were the only ones within a 50-mile radius to carry the exact size we needed. I especially like that we can order exactly what we need before we drive to Kenwood to get it, since we're nearly an hour away.

The manager just yelled at me because my 2 year old didn't have a mask on! The aisles are also so small you can't even look at the products, they are supposed to be "one way" but nobody follows the directions so it's a cluster .... the manager was very unprofessional.

They have everything you can think of. The store is well organized. However, some of the items are overpriced. I probably will visit IKEA, Big lots or dollar stores to get something similar to what I want.However, they do carry a lot of selections. And some of them will blow your mind. For example, there are several products that have flexible combination or interlock which I seldom saw from other stores. So if you don't have a budget, here is definitely a container heaven for you to shop ❤️

Great store that has friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. From the moment you walk in the door to exiting, being greeted with a smile is guaranteed at every turn. Very well organized, American made quality products with a large selection for your organizational needs. It's a must visit and promise a great experience along with finding things you never thought you could live without. If you want to keep things in order this is the place for you. As an added bonus cleanliness is an A+.

What is the Container Store, question ppl asked me when I was going. It's a container, storage, organization, help with house ( and life) store. It's a, solution to everyday house and office problem, storeWent here a couple weeks ago. The lay out of the store was awesome. A lot of items had display models so you could see and feel the products. The thing that I was surprised and pleased about the most was prices. They carry different options for different items which allows there to be affordable options and pricier options . and as with anything ( so I've heard ), the higher the cost the better the quality, you get what you pay for.I went shortly after Christmas so stock was in short supply but they were busy restocking and associates were helpful even while trying to get items back on shelves. Only issue I had was trying to find the store, it was a little tricky but fault may lie with Google maps lol ;)

Absolutely love the container store, even if I don't buy anything I enjoy looking at the huge selection of every possible type of storage container or device you can imagine. Everything is very reasonably priced and a majority of the items you won't find anywhere else but here. I probably only am able to go once or twice a year since I have to drive over an hour to the nearest one, but I always look forward to it.

Every organizers dream come true! I like this location specifically due to the layout an friendliness of the staff. I never leave without something to help clean up my home. Their pops program is a great customer program as well! It holds all of my coupons and information for me.

I LOVE this store! And I LOVE all the merchandise !! What I don't love is the MUSIC!! Every time I go, I think I'll be able to handle it! And EVERY time I leave after not getting past the front of the store because of that blasted music!! I was going to go today, but then I remembered...THE MUSIC!! Not gonna do it! No, thanks! So, two stars was generous when I think about that blaring music! Sorry!!!!

Can not believe it’s been two years since my Elfa Closet was designed and ITS STILL CLEAN! I went to my design session thinking I knew what I wanted but the designer figured out what I needed! I mentioned that I followKonmari so she added more drawers to my closet than I thought could fit. As a result I’m still in love with my closet. THANKS CONTAINER STORE.

Everything you might need. A well lit, bright and cheery store. The biggest problem is too many choices and you end up wandering around looking at things you don't need, but are tempted to buy.One complaint is the checkout. Two registers that get overwhelmed on a busy day. Many people buying multiple items slow up the checkout.I would suggest another register or more assistance in bagging the items. The person at the register takes to much time bagging, checking, and getting payment. Get that person help.

...I’ve never met such unprofessional younger workers. Couldn’t even hear the person checking me out who was trying to communicate something about prices. I had to yell. They just stood next to us chatting loudly. When the women checking us out asked for help on the register, they were so nasty to her. Geez. I’d hate to work here. How were these young ladies hired???? It was jaw dropping. Ugh. How disrespectful.

I went in for quick purchase and there were 2 register lines. After 5 to 7 minutes 1 of the cashier chastised me for being in the "wrong line". By this point in time the other line had grown by 3 or 4 people. I did call corporate to file a complaint but all they did was have the store manager contact me the a phone. The store manager feigned ignorance of the whole situation or that corporate even contacted him. Store usually has great products and I often come in for products I use regularly, but I will not do that anymore.

Lots and lots of containers. I was specifically looking for a plastic container (wanted Polypropylene for it's durability) to use at tradeshows. Found a nice two compartment container, nice size, to hold typical supplies needed for a booth. Friendly staff, was asked twice during my parusial, if I needed any assistance. Plenty of parking right in front of the store. You can find inexpensive containers or fairly pricey ones, but as usual, you get what you pay for.

I mean, this is your typical mall store that is completely devoid of any emotion or personality. We went there and search of some containers and found some. We later went to target and found similar containers of slightly lesser quality for about 1/4 of the price. All in all, an OK trip

I love this store. The workers are so plesant and helpful. I definitely have a new addiction. Everything is so visually simulating in the store . I could spend hours here just thinking of all the stuff I'd like to organize.

Although they can be pricey, they offer the Best of the Best in Storage, Office and Travel items. And they have Gadgets Galore. I can't tell you how many times I've said, "Somebody should make something that does Xxxxxx" and then I go here and somebody has made it and it's here.
