Don't know why all th negative reviews. Maybe I came in the morning on a weekday , or bc it was raining & kept herds of people away.- it was organized, staff was out, picking things out, & off & reorganizing them.- it was clean..- looked fully stoked, the Men's clearance was mediocre, but I didn't come for that.- the toys were plentiful.- it was a basic TARGET store.- the lanes were kinda blah. As stated in other reviews. All lanes closed , except for 1 & there was a line forming quite long .

My Target pick-up today was super fast and easy. But this review is mainly to say that ALL my Target curbside pickups have gone really really well - from initial order through the eventual pickup Fast, accurate - and kind delivery that makes me glad I stopped by. Yea Target!!

I absolutely LOVE Target! From clothes to home decor, they always seem to have just what I need, at a reasonable price. Online ordering is a snap, and they usually have my order ready for pickup in a day or two. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.

I love this location. Even after the remodel. However, my biggest gripe is this location almost ALWAYS has long lines and only 2 cash registers open. I understand it may be due to short staffing, so I still gave 3 stars.

I like a lot of the staff members from getting to know them over a period of time. Jeanette is definitely a stand out employee amongst all target locations I’ve attended in multiple states. She went out of her way to make sure I was aware and knew how to take advantage of all the perks target has to offer. She showed me how to scan items to see the best price and she made sure I activated my target circle to see if I had any earnings available.

I’ve never been to a target where the clothes or other items are basically thrown on the shelves or left on the floor. It looks like a tornado went through the place. Unfortunately this target is pretty trashy.

I found everything I was looking for here plus you can order your Starbucks drink here inside the store !!! ❤️The shoe section had a lot to choose from. I got a cute pair of summer sandals with memory foam for only $25. Great deal. Plus I really loved the jewelry. I wanted to buy ALL the jewelry.

Ordered the Cole & Stone spice carousel. I love to cook and looked forward to having all the spices together and all the spices handy. Disappointed....all the spice jars were missing including the spices. The rest of the box empty.

this place is often extremely chaotic and a little messy. my least favorite thing is that i regularly get items for pick up and drive up and their drive up team is very inefficient and rude. last night when did our first drive up in forever (we’ve just been doing pick up because drive up takes forever here for us) and they not only waited for all the cars to be there - making us wait for an extra 15 mins and we had somewhere to be - just to avoid going outside again. and not only that, the guy that gave us our order didn’t put it in the back seat like we wanted. he literally just rushed and kept handing my boyfriend stuff and dropped a heavy bag in his hand. not to mention that bag was improperly overstuffed. (i used to work at a target fulfillment department and we were shown to not bag stuff like that because the bag could break) and that’s exactly what happened. our bag did rip and break. luckily we were home. ridiculous.

Love Target, my style. The gentleman that waited on me was smiling, didn’t ask to many questions and said what he had to say. After I went in and said what and why I had to return the purchase. Easy and quick.

Attempted on Dec 13th to buy cat food on sale @ 20% off. Didn't ring up properly..I asked the person working the self check out, why it didn't ring up right..this person, (who another lady had difficulty with prior to me), showed me on their phone it was on sale. I said I know, I am asking why it didn't ring up properly. This person repeated over & over it didn't ring up right, why?? Acting irrational & rude. I asked to speak to someones else. This person snatched a paper from the cash register & pointed towards the service desk. Later this person came over to the service desk asking the ladies " Is everything OK over here babies?" I just wanted cat food & this person was unnecessarily rude. Attempted to call Manger & got hung up on.

Had to run in for a few things. Easy to get in and easy to get out. Nice target. Layout is easy to navigate as well. People very nice. Had to utilize the self checkout due to not enough lanes being open but hey it’s COVID. Be kind to all.

Like any Target, this one had great deals. However, it was SO extraordinarily busy that I commented to my husband that it seemed like Black Friday. Cars were lining up on the street to get in the lot, people were crossing in front of cars every two seconds, etc. This type of craziness led to many sale items being fully out of stock. We managed to pick up a lot of great deals (half off sales on coffee, and everyday low prices on furniture). We went literally for just coffee and left with $200 worth of items. Our cashier, Tonya, was a sweetheart. Overall, great store, but I recommend going only when the rush dies down and everything is back in stock.

This place is so unorganized and chaotic. Clothes all over the floor you basically are shopping off of the floor. Clothes that are on the shelf are balled up and wrinkled. Pushing a cart through the store is awful because you keep running over hangers and clothes on the floor. I would rather shop at Walmart at least they have some level of organization and the clothes aren’t in piles on the floor!!!!!!! It is amazing to me how frustrating the shopping experience was at this target location!!!!! Higher prices and an awful experience is a no for me! Not to mention the lack of competence of the service desk when you ask for help with a gift card. SMH do better target.

As much as I like & go to this target location very often, I can't emphasize the checking out experience. About 3 check stands are open while the rest 7 are closed. The self check outs are the ones people tend to go to the most which fills a long line. Still, this target is organized until it's not so no surprise there due to customers. It's clean as well, haven't seen anything alarming. Huge parking space which can get somewhat filled but usually only in front of the store.Went from 5 stars to 3, have to add more cashier's to move the lines.

We went to the Oakley location. The store was nice and neatly arranged. I saw quite a few employees around the various departments. There were plenty of cashiers for checking out, especially as it was just about closing time.

One of the most disappointing and frustrating Targets to shop at. 90% of the time the aisles are blocked by boxes and carts waiting to be shelved. They put their stuff out super late in the season compared to others.

There was 1 check out lane open and 2 of the 4 self check out open the store was not busy. When I began my turn at self checkout my 5 and 6 year old children with me were very excited to scan their treats and the baby item they had each selected as a gift. While they were taking those items from the cart I began scanning other items (our total was 15). The self check out employee began to loudly say maam 3-4 times before I realized she was addressing me. In an unpleasant and loud tone she then asked if I could see there was a long line and only 2 of the 4 registers open? Before I could address her she then said the kids were too slow. There were about 6 people in line behind me and they were all staring. My children were upset and we were all embarrassed by the encounter.While I understand it's important to keep customers flowing through checkout I do not appreciate being embarrassed and made to feel as though parents of children are not welcome to shop at target. My kids were very respectful through the store and excited, this encounter really soured their experience of gift shopping. If this is the experience offered we will take our business elsewhere.

Had a great visit at the Oakley (Cincinnati), Oh location that ended with the kindest, most pleasant cashier Al. He was funny, careful with my items and a very conscientious bagger. A+++

My disabled brother bought a Cellular One phone from Target. It is very important for him to have a phone. The phone would not work after many multiple phone calls with the technician. Our other brother who works in the tech industry spent hours on the phone with the technician with no success. They recommended we bring it in to the store. The technician told us the time to come the next day, however she did not show up for work. I called eight different Target stores to try to find another technician. NOT ONE SINGLE ONE of the stores answered their phone with multiple attempts.... Not just the technicians. The entire store!! This has been the worst service I've ever experienced! We will be returning the phone. I'm afraid he has been ripped off.
