Store was very unclean making it difficult to shop. Employees walked right by several pieces of garbage on the ground unphased. Prices on shelves and items didn't match when rang up at the register.

My “backyard” Target has gotten better every year I’ve lived here. Great staff, even in a challenging hiring market. Always clean and well-stocked. And the cart guy is the BEST!

I went yesterday to this Target. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had before in a store. Look at the pictures how messy everything was. Clothes, shoes, bathing suits, even the fitting rooms were messy as hell. Ive never even seen a Walmart this bad before.

I purchased a t.v. dinner here recently I never have any problems with the store but the dinner I bought had hair in it it was packaged so I definitely believe it was there already when it was sent too the store the dinner is called Sukhi's Frozen Chicken Tikka Masala - 11oz

Target customer service has left a nasty taste in my mouth .Yesterday at around 4pm while shopping I’ve missed place my keys which most humans have done before. I went to guest service a the young lady stated that no one had turned In keys ((she look in a drawer by her register)) so I proceed to retrace my steps. I even approached the young lady again asking her is she sure she didn’t see the keys on a orange string she state no .The whole time I’m looking for them no one offered 2 help 2hours passed at this point I called a locksmith cause where my keys at I go back to the department where I was at the worker In that department helped look she goes up to guest service’s open the drawer in pull my keys out like wow so I just literally waste 2 hours of my day so now I want to see the manager cause I feel like she knew my keys in was there in the mist of me talking to the manager she yells you should have never lost your keys it ain’t my fault this was the worst display of customer service I ever seen. so I go back to target the next day at 9am the manager take my complaint and gave me a 10 dollar gift card but at this point you can’t pay for disrespect I won’t be back to that location Cause they got the Kia girls working there

Left with more than I needed, but overly satisfied with what I got...birthday "send homes," thank you cards (fancy ones), and random pocket sized toys for my son...perfect timing. I was unable to pick up my 1 ordered item bc it wasn't ready, but I was able to switch it from "pickup" to "drive up" which was SOOPER convenient!

Visited on Xmas Eve morning to look for a specific item. According to the Web site they had it in stock and it was on the shelf. The store was a mess probably due to being early in the morning. Target has decent quality of products. They had plenty of staff at the store to help.

doesn’t answer the phone at all. called every department. the store looks like a bunch of angry parents ransacked it on black friday, but everyday. also the amount of stealing is outrageous plus the amount of empty boxes in the makeup aisle because people stole stuff and the opened used products they sell is humiliating for the entire corporation

Great Staff! I'm a regular and we all know each other on a first name basis. The staff at Guest Service was awesome! The manager Sean and I think his name is Alex were kind and very friendly, will always recommend ! :)

I love target but this one is the worst location you can go to. Most of the items I come for anyways out of stock. Even though it says otherwise for this location online. And what is eft at this store is just thrown on the shelves. You’ll see the same trash on the floor or shelves that were there last week. Such as half drank pop bottles or candy wrappers. Remind me to never come back to this location

I am not a shopper of target so much and yet I was reminded of why. It seemed cleaned but felt kinda empty not of customers but from employees and products. It reminded of shopping of the kmarts when they started going under in our area. I couldn't find what I wanted or an employee. Finally, Ifound a machine that was super touch sensitive that I spent to much time deleting to find they didn't even carry what I needed in store. Only online.. Note to self and everyone else TARGET in western hills does not carry deadbolts and I guess at ten in the evening there is no staff anywhere to be found helping the store or customers ..

This poor Starbucks barista is the only one working on this Friday evening with a long line forming. The floors were disgusting. Targets makes way to much money to not properly staff their store and to keep it clean.

I usually am a big fan of Target and don’t experience any problems. I spend a lot of money at this specific location every week. Today I went in to shop with my 12 month old. It’s raining heavily outside. I go in and there is not one single cart available. I stood there to wait for an employee to bring more inside as I can’t exactly grab a soaking wet one from the parking lot and plop my baby in. I also can’t pull off a $300+ shopping trip on my own with a baby that hardly stands, let alone walk, and no cart. An employee approached me and asked if I needed help. I informed her that I did and asked if anyone was bringing more carts inside. She rudely told me that no one would be doing that and I could grab a small basket. I’m super disappointed as Target is usually very mom friendly. I’m walking in the door to Walmart now which is where I will be taking my business from here on out.

I frequently do Shipt orders at this location in the evenings and it is always a difficult process with one female. She is always very rude and gets agitated very easily. I'm certain everyone who works there knows who I'm talking about. While trying to back up my items I was ordered to use a checkout that was cluttered with returned or unwanted items despite there being a dozen other lanes that I could have more easily bagged up at for no logical reason. Most recently when I went to leave I was told to have a good day or don't that she didn't care. I don't know what her issues are but she appears to be a very angry woman.

I really wanted to take the time to give a big thanks to Nick with customer service [Exchanges and Returns] at this location. He was so incredibly kind and empathetic today. He was quick to resolve my issue and help me with my exchange, and extremely understanding of our situation-- even the parts that were out of his control. I believe in giving credit where credit is due!!! Today I was in this store looking for school and bday items for my grandson, while doing si I came across an item that I wanted, but wasn't happy with the packaging. I decided to ask a few questions regarding online ordering. I first spoke with Aaron, who was extremely helpful and pleasant. Aaron turned me over to the manager Alex, who was just as helpful and pleasant. These young men actually went above and beyond to assist me with getting the item I was looking for. I also want to mention another employee, Isaiah who was also pleasant and helpful, not only to me, but other customers who came in. Honestly the whole service desk on this day displayed great customer service skills!!!! Kudos to Alex, Aaron, and Isaiah. THANKS 😊

In store pickup right by the front door, prompt service, red card discount plus unexpected coupon. Took a minute to figure out that the coupon only works for in store pickup, but that is just because I don’t read. Worth forgoing the free shipping on orders over $25.

This is the worst Target I have ever seen. The store is filthy, there is barely any stock (& what stock there is is in piles on the ground or in a completely different section. The management does not care a whit about customer service and the security guard was using incredibly foul language to complain about customers on his walk-in talkie very loudly. I was also charged twice and when I pointed it out to the manager on my banking app she told me it had nothing to do with her and to “figure it out.” When we got home after that awful experience there were security tags still attached to clothing rendering them unwearable. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. Take the extra time to go to ANY other Target if you want to spend your money with the company.

After just returning from a shopping trip at this location my surprise at the excessively deteriorating conditions would not leave me. As we walked into the store we were burdened with the question of do we go back out to get a cart or get dirty and clean the trash from the last remaining empty cart in the store. After cleaning the cart and wiping the handles down just in case we went through the pick up line dodging left and right around the carts full items balled up and thrown about from returns to go back on the shelves. (Judging by the store conditions they will never make it there.) As we walked through the store the amount of clothes and other items lining the floor was beyond anything I have ever seen. The shelves looked like something out of a third world country with empty and disheveled merchandise all over the place. After going through the self check out line (the because it was the only option) we spoke shortly with the attendant who was extremely pleasant and helpful. At least that much. We went next door to TJMax to find an item that Target was out of and it was like we were in paradise with clean lanes and merchandise hanging in its correct place and shelves neatly loaded. What a disappointment from what is supposed to be a step above and the anchor store of the entire strip center. The store management and Target corporate should be completely embarrassed by what they present to the consumers of our area.

love this store, there is lots to look at and they have such a nice selection of pet supplies! my only complaint is that I was a bit put off by the AT&T man, who, while pitching us a phone plan, said that he knew someone on the west coast of Canada and that they owned Harriet Tubman. This was very strange to me as Harriet Tubman was not relevant to our conversation about switching phone plans. 4 stars!

Let me set the seen:We live five minutes away from this location. As embarrassed as I am to say it, we make so many frequent purchases at this store that some of the staff and us know each other on a first name basis. We had an issue tonight with two kids present, where Nick had made an entire scene at checkout, SNATCHED Disney gift cards out of both my mother and sisters hands and told them that because I purchased my gift cards just before them, they could not purchase theirs. They had called security on my family when simply asking for someone to explain the policy on gift card purchases per person. We also had our two children with them and at one point security raised their voices, made a scene in front of the entire front half of the store, and frightened our girls. Nick and someone else were over heard saying “I already told them they couldn’t make multiple gift card purchases.” It was extremely intense considering we just asked for clarification on the purchase policy. They made us feel like we were doing something wrong when we just wanted to purchase our gift cards with our target red cards to take advantage of the 5% cash back for being a card member. I have never in my been so embarrassed and upset, to even have other guests in check out saying “I don’t understand why these ladies can’t just buy their Disney cards.” I know big corporate doesn’t necessarily care about customers that have frustrating or degrading experiences as such, and it doesn’t mean anything to anybody when a customer stop shopping at a store they previously frequently went to.. but we are to disappointed and hurt that we were made out to seem like we were doing something wrong. To upset our kids, and scare them, it was not necessary. To make a scene, over a question, and then for the staff themselves to not know the policies themselves and have to go refer to a pamphlet to read their own policies. Shame on this store, for not only not having their staff informed on policies of operations and sales, but for feeling the need to belittle a family who already gives Target more business than any other store around the West Side. Lesson learned.

This Target drive-up service is extremely efficient and fast. My wife always places pick-up orders, and I can swing by on my way home from work. They are very efficient, fast, and reliable! My wife and I love this Target!
