Purchased a male Pomeranian for my Mom as a 75th birthday gift . Super happy with Little Man Juan! Very smart and happy little guy. Already potty trained! Perfect size and great match for my Mom. The only thing I didn’t like is you’re required to have your puppy looked at by their vet within 7 days to guarantee it. I live in Indiana, my Mom lives in KY, and I purchased the puppy in OH. This location is by my job off Kemper Rd in Cincinnati and I would have to take the puppy to work with me for a full day just to be cleared/warranty. With the price of the dogs, I would recommend a 30 day window especially if there are no worries regarding the puppy’s health and safety. Unfortunately, I did look up the breeder from my paperwork and there were a lot of articles about him being a puppymill breeder, that did not sit well with me.

One of the most professional businesses I've seen by far. So kind and loving and takes absolutely beautiful care of the dogs. She has so much pride and joy in her business and it really shows. I definitely recommend puppy country to anyone looking for there next companion. Every dog is cared for so well she is honest and will never let you down. Clean facility. I have brought numerous puppies from the store. Ashley and her staff are very informative. Willing to help out in anyway possible always very friendly. Puppies are always in really good condition. Kennels were clean.all 3 times I went And purchased a puppy .Puppies were in good health She has a little kennel out front for the puppies to play in, so are they are not kept 24 seven in their pins I have never seen before it. Any other place . So what are you waiting for? Go up and And see the puppies well worth your trip

0 stars!!!This review is an addition to my husbands.We got our puppy from here and we received her with an upper respiratory infection and the poor thing is still trying to fight it off. We’ve given her antibiotics and was dehydrated when we got her as well.This place is puppy mill central. Stay away from here and please, please find a good responsible breeder that you can go directly to and ensure you’re getting a puppy from someone who cares.This place is a joke and the owner doesn’t even have the guts to reach out directly and address issues. So sad that she has her employees do her dirty work and make excuses for her.Not a good way to maintain a client base and build on that with word of mouth. We will be sure to tell everyone we know to stay away from here.Hope this helps you make a better life decision and give your hard earned money to someone who cares.

This is more than just a pet store, the animals are their family. We recently got an English bulldog from them, well taken care of, all shots and vet appts, micro choked and so much more. I highly recommend

I purchased my Pomeranian through this LLC. Ashley Shelton is wonderful to work with, incredibly empathetic and caring, so is her sister. Ashley put my girl on reserve for me and allowed me to come in before opening to pick her up due to my own personal scheduling difficulties. Bunni is such a sweet and loving pup. She is not nippy at all, she’s very gentles and sweet and smart and loving. She’s exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

Can anyone say puppy mill puppies.This place sells puppies from deplorable conditions for ridiculous prices. You call them and they sound nice and knowledgeable, you get there and you see these poor pups sitting on an ice cold floor shivering in the corner. Really sad.Will not be buying a puppy from this place now or never. The owner should be ashamed exploiting baby animals in this manner. Don’t waste your money. Buy a puppy from a reputable breeder.Do your research.Talk to a trusted vet first and don’t give this place a penny of your hard earned money.I’d rather get a dog off of Craigslist. At least you can meet the people that own the puppy and see the conditions in which they are born and raised.This business is of no moral standards.Shop elsewhere

We got our golden doodle Callie about six months ago from puppy country and have had a great experience from start to finish. Ashley showed me pictures and videos of where Callie and her siblings came from and it was so nice with heated flooring and everything! She was able to ask any and every question we had. Even after getting Callie, if I ever had any questions she would respond to me no matter what time of day it was. Ashley still contacts me today checking in and seeing how everything is doing. Best decision we ever made and I am so thankful for my smart, beautiful girl!

The puppies were so happy and excited to see me, the place was clean, and the staff was super friendly the whole time I was there. Ive been to several pet stores, and there's no way id be able to afford their $7,000 dogs- this place is actually not robbing people. Definitely gonna recommend puppy country.

This business purchases puppies from puppy mills and sells to you for a ridiculous price. You get puppies that are not cared for properly, mistreated and abused. Very sad situation to know that the owner won’t even step in to rectify a situation with a client about a serious problem. They sure put on a good front over the phone but when you go in to the store the puppies are kept on a freezing cold floor and right after a bath too!Please do yourself a favor and go find a new addition to your family from a reputable breeder. This business is solely about the money, not the caring purchase and transfer of healthy, well taken care of puppies from a breeder to your family. So sad.Buyer beware. Don’t buy a pup from here. Please

We love Puppy Country! Ashley was great in helping us pick out our mini golden doodle, Dutton! We told her we were looking for a hypoallergenic dog, since I suffer from severe allergies and asthma. As soon as she showed us Dutton, we fell in love with him! She explained that since his dad was a poodle and his mom was a mini golden doodle, he might be better with my allergies! She was right! We couldn’t have picked a better dog! He is part of our family! Definitely will be going back when Dutton is ready for a friend!

We purchased our cute fluff ball, Belle, a few months ago! She is a mini golden doodle and has been the best dog! She is so smart and such a loving dog! We some concerns the first few days we got Belle, but the owner was quick and fast to respond and even messaged to check on her a few days later! She even reached out just the other day to just check on Belle and see how she is doing! We have had nothing but a positive experience!

We came across Puppy Country online when I was window shopping for puppies :) I of course found a puppy I NEEDED. I sent a text with questions about the puppy I was interested in and had a response within 5 minutes. It was a Sunday and my husband and I had a very busy day and weren’t able to get to Puppy Country until late. Ashley had already closed for the day by the time I was able to get there and she drove all the way back to her shop and met with us, not knowing if we would decide to bring our puppy home,but of course we did and we also were able to get a cage, food, puppy pads, toys, and anything else we could possibly need for our new puppy. He is the cutest puppy and very healthy and well taken care of. Couldn’t be happier with our decision to bring our baby home and my grandson is absolutely crazy about him.

I had an amazing experience with Ashley, at Puppy Country LLC, she was very prompt on answering my questions, and very professional. I’ve been looking for a Havanese breed for a while and when I saw this sweet face, I knew I wanted him to join my family. He’s absolutely precious, and an absolutely sweetheart. Just walked in with my husband and sat in there for 30 minutes waiting for someone to come out from the back to help us find a new friend for us but no one came out all you could hear is them screaming at the puppies in the back very disappointed and will be getting into contact with the higher up’s this place is not the place to go!!!!!! I would have better luck finding a puppy on the street from a stranger than these people that didn’t even come out to sell there puppies to us!!!! Then they lock the doors right after we called 3 times no answer and now they are leaving as I am writing this review this place SUCKS

I definitely recommend Puppy country. The customer service she provided was excellent! First of all the place is beautiful and it smell so wonderful in there. There’s a lot of variety to buy for your puppy to take home that day. She was very patient with me and my kids and help of find our perfect match! We are very happy with our new family member Sparkles! I’m definitely returning to buy Sparkles birthday cake mix for her 1st birthday celebration!

We had to let our teacup poodle go to the Rainbow Bridge in September, 2021. He was 12 years old and we were heartbroken. We started searching for another teacup poodle. We got scammed online and someone from Nextdoor recommended Puppy Country LLC. We took a chance and called. We talked with Ashley Campbell (no relation to us) and she was great. She understood how easily you can be scammed online and told us she could help find us another puppy. Within a day, she had found us a 9 week old toy poodle. The place is well taken care of, has a variety of items to purchase, is very clean and the puppies seem to be happy, healthy and well socialized. We loved working with Ashley. She responded to us when we texted or called her and we knew that Puppy Country LLC was the right place for us. I have told several people about our experience and will continue to recommend Ashley and her team!

We were able to visit the puppy and play with him before we made the decision. They actually were able/willing to hold him for 4 days while we went out of town for the weekend! We bought our puppy Peaches from Ashley back in May as a mothers day gift for me. And she has hands down been the best dog we've ever had, peaches is sweet and playful, but also chill when you want to just relax! She is also amazing with my boys! Ashley was so sweet and stayed late for us to be able to come and look at the puppies and is easy to reach and talk to if you ever were to need anything! Loved our experience with puppy country and our fur baby!

When I met my now husband, he had a 14 year old Pug. He knew he always wanted another Pug when it was time. For the last few months, I've been looking...responding to ads in the newspaper, on FB and word of mouth. We couldn't find any available. A FB ad popped up for Puppy Country and I messaged Ashley. She was super responsive and found us the perfect Pug to join our family. We got information on the parents, he was checked by a vet and given shots then went home with us later that day. Her shop is clean and the puppies are happy. We have been very pleased with Ashley. I know a puppy is not for everyone but if that's what you choose to best fit your family, I highly recommend her.
