I would’ve given zero stars, except it wouldn’t let me post it without clicking, one out of five stars. But this is terrible customer service. I called ahead to bring my dogs in for a quick nail trimming and was told that we can just walk right in and get their nails trimmed without an appointment. When we show up the lady said that they don’t have time and that the call center doesn’t know what their schedule is at the store. I will never be going back to them. The ladies were rude and trimming nails takes two minutes and they refused to see us after driving all the way there. Then suggested for us to drive to a different store further away.

Don’t call the store with any questions. Apparently they really don’t like that. I asked if they had a specific prescription food in stock. He kindly went to check, but when he told me they didn’t have it and I asked about ordering it, he turned angry and said he didn’t know and hung up on me. Hey Petsmart, I’m so sorry I’m in a tight spot because my usual prescription food company messed up the shipping and now my sick cat won’t get his food in time. I really had some nerve to ask about shipping. Don’t worry, I won’t call or come again.

Eastgate Ohio do not recommend taking to get your dog groomed there. They don’t no what they are doing !!! They admitted it was someone in training that had just started. Long story short she was horrible and does not need to be a groomer!!! She came out with bald spots and her head looked like a lions main. She was only 8 wks old and just went in for a clean up and trim on her nails. Take my advice don’t go there!!!

Staff are very friendly and patient. Usually someone welcomes you to the store when you arrive. And offers treats if you have your dog with you. Store keeps good stock and is clean.

The employees here are great but I don't like that they put doggos in the kitty area. I cannot bring my kitty in for him to pick his toys like the doggo owners do if they put the dog adoption in the kitty area. There is plenty of room in the doggo area... please help with this!!

I love this petsmart but after today i dont anymore, i found a dead fish in the betta section. Why does every petsmart have to have the bettas in such tiny plastic containers. Anytime I see a betta in any store its heartbreaking because they always are always not moving at all and just terrified. Why hasnt this changed yet???

Always a friendly store. Staff truly is interested in your pet. We have probably been there 4-5 times in last 18 months because it is 20 miles from our house but will go when in the neighborhood. They also have supplies for various types of pets which makes it more likely for us to stop in. Last trip was for Dubai Roaches. Just adopted the dog below from the rescue group.

Went here to look at the hermit crabs. Bought a terrarium and other supplies along with the crabs. The associate that helped up was great, and the store was immaculate. Also, I use this location to get my dog bathed and nails clipped. They always do an exceptional job which is surprising knowing how big and energetic he is. Great place for all your pet needs.

Just found out today they no longer price match unless it’s a local brick and mortar store (I guess I get the brick and mortar part but, Pet Smart is a national chain and therefore should price match other national retailers). Now that this is the case we will no longer be shopping with Pet Smart. Their prices are ridiculous and they are usually out of a lot different dog foods. Also, no one that works there know where anything is and the most of store managers or departments leaders are rude and unhelpful.

Not a fan of big box pet stores and their treatment of leopard geckos. That being said... the Petsmarts I have been to are def the best at Leo caret and needs that I've seen of aby big pet store. They have a lot of great stuff as well. They will also March any sale price listed on their website

I last took my dog to Petsmarts grooming in February. The workers were rude. They never gave me the haircut that I asked for and purposely didn't trim his ears or tail. The last time we went, they nicked him on his testicles and gave him an infection. He had to wear a cone for two weeks and we had to pay for the vet bill. My dog never liked going here, but I figured it was just because of anxiety, please listen to your pets.I cannot stress this enough; DO NOT GO TO PETSMARTS GROOMING!

The ladies were very gentle with my attachment issues for my puppy, being on the spectrum. They managed to get him groomed, trim his claws and even ground the back ones. It was his first time so I find that amazing. I recommend you pay the extra for express service if you don't want your dog kept in a cage for up to hours before grooming though.

Associates were very kind and knowledgeable. We had to purchase a few things for our road trip back home. They helped us put together our crate at the store, we fly into Cincinnati to purchase a puppy from a breeder and had to drive him home to Texas in a rental suv. Great service !!

Great supply. More than other pet stores. We have a very specific diet (allergic to beef, poultry, egg, grains, gluten, soy, and wheat!) we have to get our pup, which leaves us with super limited options. PetSmart always seems to have the most variety. Which makes it great to be able to switch up our guys food and give him some variation on flavors! As for some of the customer service....meh. But that won't stop me from getting the product that I need.

I love the selection and savings. Here I've found the best selection and prices for cat food, litter, and everything you need. Their prices are better and even more so with their rewards ("treats") program. After a few orders it was easy to convert my "treats" into some significant cash off my order. I use the app and pre-order online and it's super quick. I wish I'd found them sooner!

They always take good care of my dog I only had one issue where they cut his tail too short
