My wife and I are nearing the end of our third dog training class led by June and cannot say enough in terms of how happy we are with the experience. June is incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating/understanding, and friendly. Our dog, Kona, loves June and has learned a lot in each class - they're definitely the highlight of her week!

My Shih Tzu has been getting groomed at PetSmart for the past three four years she is due to be grown this coming Sunday they have done a wonderful job I can find everything I need for her. Associates there are very nice and polite and kind. + knowledgeable

Arrived here looking for some toys for my energetic pup. Petsmart has a great selection of toys for all sorts of animals. The prices are ok. Dog treats and select toys can be pricey, but they do offer variety.

They have a 50% off Christmas cookies for dogs sale right now and I didn't even bring that in they showed me the coupon and they let me know that they had it and they were super helpful and nice and I love taking my dog there

One staff member in particular really new and cared about the fish we purchased there. Extremely helpful for a new fish tank keeper understanding how many fish of each type I could have in my small 20 gallon tank. Grateful for someone that cares about the fish and really helped me, pictured.

Always check Petsmarts website as prices may vary from store. Found a pet spray on their site for $7.91 but in store it was $15.99. They price matched it to their website so I grabbed a few more since the shelves were fully stocked.

This rating is based on things that I can't find in Lorain...my little grandpup Yoda likes to eat on a plate they had a saucer plate for dogs for his snacks and a smaller ceramic bowel couldn't find this in Lorain and they had cute rain jacket

It's an amazing place, but one time they gave me 3 hamsters, they said a mother hamster had them or something and they couldn't sell them, they all died within the week... I named all 3 of them... my favorite of the three lasted the longest... I miss them...

My go-to place for food and supplies BUTI told all my friends about Skout's Honor alcohol free hand sanitizer and it disappeared.And Banfield was unable to put my cat's food prescription into the computer!And it makes me sad to see the dirty litterboxes for the rescue cats.

Since Sydney Grace left the salon customer service has been terrible. I’ve always called whenever I needed to cancel an appointment. It wasn’t until managers Angela and Justin took over the salon that I noticed a huge change in the hospitality of the place. I over slept for an appointment and called at the time that the dog should have been checked in. After speaking to rude Angela who states she has been with the company for 14 years and I hope she sees 15 lied that I was actually speaking to her and placed me on hold for 6 minutes while I waited for another very unprofessional associate by the name of Justin who took the phone. No one understands third shift life and accidents do happen. I do not recommend this place and will be calling corporate to speak to these associates about proper customer handling. These people act like they own the place!UPDATE…On 12/31/22 I scheduled an appointment with a groomer by the name of Cathy who is absolutely AMAZING! She answered all questions and succeeded my customer service standards. They should hire more like her. The bad apples are still employed with the company unfortunately.

I just finished the puppy classes with my puppy and we had a great experience with the trainer Lesley. We learned a lot and teaching my puppy to listen to me in a chaotic environment is invaluable! I signed her up for the intermediate class starting soon to continue the learning.

Love this place. Please carry more stuff for birds
