We get our dog groomed here. Dog grooming is great. Always on time for us (disclaimer - we always go early in the morning so they are never backed up. Don't know how on time afternoon appointments are.). Very satisfied.

Dropped my dog off at 12:15 pm and am now waiting on her at 6:15 pm. I would not recommend this Petsmart to have your dog groomed at… yes the comp me the price but it’s having my dog caged and finally get groomed. No bathroom break etc

Ask For Karley!!!! She and the entire team, treats Cassie very well. She is exceptional and caring. The staff here are extremely professional and kind. I feel very comfortable leaving my fur baby in their environment. I loved the roster for the days appointments with the dogs names. I met a gentleman who had his grand dog Gunner there because his son was away serving our country. This is a nice place.

Very unprofessional. I ordered curbside pick up. Had been waiting around 10 min. Made a joking comment to the man on the phone (I called to make sure the app had checked me In correctly since it had been longer than I’ve normally waited) that I shouldn’t have to wait till his line died down or id be there all night he got snippy with me hung up. Then 5 more min went by and a guy in civilian clothes was coming towards my car didn’t think anything of it bc he looked like a shopper. Had his hood up etc. turns out he came to the back of my car and sharply pushed the card towards my trunk. I rolled the window down when I noticed I was going to say sorry I upset him. Even tho I didn’t do anything wrong and he got snippy and walked to his personal car and left. I then had to unload the cart 44 lb bag and 30 lb bag food and then take the cart back. I did go inside and asked for the manager. And she said sorry but he was a manager too. I SHOP here 3-4 times a week. And I told her I’ll never be back. Absolutely pathetic how they treated me

Remington just completed puppy training and VIC was an amazing instructor. She was so patient and really took the time to answer our questions. Love PetSmart and shopping with Remy to pick out all the essentials (and then some)

Went looking for rubber ring dog toy, (shown online but not at the store) also wanted sanding disc style toe nail trimmer with a stop guard but none in the store just Dremel like open disk style. Also checked Rx dog food we get by mail order and found it is more expensive at PetSmart plus we would gave to drive and get it. So 3 strikes makes an out and I won't go there again for anything for my dog

Fantastic is an understatement!!! Emily Rock it. She was very patient. We tried on 3 different harnesses for new 80 Ibs Rudy. She lead up to understand sizing kennels and the best products. Even with very active dog she very good about controlling the Conversation and Our questions. Great job

Took my dog here for a grooming appointment, and it was the second time I have done so. We know he has a heart murmur, and communicated that up front at the first appointment. Due to this, they were able to expedite the service. However, when we booked his second appointment and arrived, they called our Veterinarian (which they did not do the first appointment) to check the level of the heart murmur. Our dog is not medicated and our vet has not said it was anything to worry about. After speaking to the vet they refused the service and turned us away. While I totally understand the policy, they don’t want to be at risk for hurting any animal, however, they should be consistent in their quality checks. What I want to know is why was this time different and they called the vet, when the service I booked was the exact same and with the same person? Be careful.

I have been coming to this location for about a year now for supplies for my cat. I came in today for some pet supplies for a rabbit I plan to adopt and had all of my questions answered by Sierra who works there. Incredibly friendly and helped me make some great purchases for my new furry friend. I will gladly come here again!

Poor customer service at times with the Dog clinic inside of PetSmart. They did not refund our card when I returned home with our dog after a nail clipping. He had suffered an injury from his back right paw. I wasn't informed and wheb I opened up the back of the SUV there was blood everywhere. I understand accidents happen but no one noticed that our dog was bleeding for and hour before pickup .. When I called I was hung up on, (which again maybe was an accident..) but finally reached a manger who said they would refund the 15 bucks but never did. Again, our dog was fine in the end once I have her first aid. I was disappointed in the staff's care of my dog and lack of follow though.

From MN to OH for 6yrs. Petsmart is an has been our ONLY groomer. Besides one occasion they were booked and I took my pet elsewhere and they cut her paw it bled for days never again😣 back to PetSmart where we can get Satisfaction Guarantee!!! And no wounds LOL😂Love Em !

Highly recommend Sarah. Our usual groomer had to cancel due to family emergency. PetSmart Colerain was able to get us in and Sarah did a fantastic job on our Goldendoodle.

I went to petsmart bc petco was out of our dog food. They didn’t have enough staff at cash out and had to wait forever to check out. Petco does a order ahead and a great discount to do so. I wish petsmart did the same. Saves us $15 per 30 lbs of dog food at petco

I will not be going back. I have always gotten good service until today. They refused me service because my dog would not walk into the door by himself. He was shaking, refusing to go back with them. It was as if they did something to him last time he was there. I have even witnessed groomers yelling and pulling the dogs hair to get them to hold still and they weren't being bad. My dog goes back to the vet with less to no trouble than he did today. I will be following up. Do NOT recommend!!!!!!
