I always use online ordering and curbside pickup. All I can say is this PetSmart in Western Hills has the most accommodating staff - they are always courteous and polite when they bring my order to the car. If something in the order is not correct they immediately fix the problem and apologize.Best service around! My cat, Snowball, says thank you!

Got my puppy groomed here with Mya and she’s the best!!! She is so sweet and knowledgeable and took great care of my puppy!! He loved her and I will definitely be bringing him back for her!!

Whether I am looking for supplies for my Turtle or dogs I can usually find what I need here. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. My dogs enjoy coming to visit and always find something special for them when we go. It is a great place for the turtle supplies too, from tanks to filters to basking lights. If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in there were no customers I wasn’t greeted at all. I spoke up and greeted first. I informed Laura of my dog name so that I can get him checked in. She asked for my dog shot record and I gave it to her. Apparently they only accept shot records from the veterinarian and not from a breeder. This was my dogs first appointment and I explained to her that as a first time appointment it would be nice to explain that over the phone while appointments are being made. I explained to her that that is something that needs to be explained in detail especially since there are many breeders who give vaccines. She was very nonchalant at the situation and very inconsiderate of my time. Then she told me if I can’t get a record within the next 5 minutes they can’t take my dog because they about to close at 5:30p. I would have rescheduled anyway, however she wasn’t being realistic no way. I was amazed to see that she was the lead with the attitude she had and the way she talked to me. Once I do get my dog an shot record from the vet I honestly wouldn’t even take him to their grooming department. If Laura spoke to me that way I am sure she talk to the other employees the same way; which is probably why they are hiring now !

PetSmart has those items ready for you to pick up, just order ahead!I needed a very large dog harness for my puppy, his collar was choking him on our walks.I also found some doggie hoodies for him 😁Very happy with the in-store selection of products and toys!

My pet has been with Banfield for 12years.They were awesome. I could call , talk, pick her up , take her to them whenever and for whatever I needed them to help and care for my dog. since she was 1 year old. Also, They helped me with her final care when she got sick and transitioned. As I said ,Banfield in Western Hill s Plaza, "you were awesome " thank you for taken care of Sue. Ms. Bailey.

Store floor is disgusting: Pet urine, general garbage and foot tracks all throughout the store. The front of the store looks terrible, tacky with the open racks of orders and a host of other items; messy and disorganized. No dog treats offered after purchase either. Why would I shop here versus any other store that has my pet’s food? It would be nice if the company invested in the cleanliness of their space like before and took pride in it.

Phillip is an awesome manager and deserves a lot more than I'm sure he receives there. He helped me when no one else would, and his knowledge of turtles is superb! My turtle died 3 days after spending $300 on a tank and etc, and he refunded me for everything we bought since we had our receipt. Thanks, Phillip, you're amazing!

This place has ALL your pet needs! Birds, fish, dogs, cats- food, toys, treats and over the counter meds. They also have beautiful cats for adoption! They are all beautiful, I wanted to take them all home!They also have a grooming station and veterinary clinic there.

I'm pretty sure everyone has heard the phrase. "When it rains, it pours." Well that's my life right now. And the manager Phillip helped me out tremendously!!!!! If I could give him a 1,000 stars I would!!!! Outstanding job! Whatever Petsmart is paying him isn't enough he needs a raise. He truly helps his customers and goes above and beyond!!

Grooming salon used some fragrant spray on his face leaving him with red runny eyes for 3 hours after and his face smelled like perfume. Only took him there because I had a free puppy bath coupon which they did not honor because I scheduled online and chose bath and brush. I didn't see a choice for puppy bath but no consideration was given by staff. For $50 I'll take to an independent groomer next time.

I would give zero stars if I could. Had to call five times with the line just ringing until it hung up on me just to find out if they had what I needed before taking a trip to the store and wasting my time and gas for them not to have what I needed and all they had to do was answer the phone, It's sad I've never had this problem until now. This store will be losing me as a customer.

Always have just what i need for the babies and more. What i love about this petsmart too is their vet is here too. So when they are being seen for their checkups i can also get what i need there too in one trip. Putting a petsmart and banfield in the plaza is probably the best thing they did. We love it!

I like the new location better. Staff seems nice and helpful. They seem to be running out of a lot of dog treats, but its the holidays and we all try get our fur kids lots of delicious snacks 😋 🐕

The employees were very nice and helpful. The prices were average in comparison to other pet stores. One item I needed was an online only item so I would advise to check with the store first to see if what you need is in stock!
