The older cashier was not helpful at all. She was very rude and seemed like she did not want to assist me at all with finding stuff for my puppy. I didn't feel very welcomed in the store at all. She made my joy of being a new mom decrease rapidly. Hopefully friendlier staff is present if I ever have to come here again.

The store doesn't have that great of a selection of dog toys, and treats. There are almost always better deals online, than in the store. The kids working the counter were nice, but you can tell this is a part time job for them and they don't really care. I asked a couple of questions, and was told to check the website. It's not a terrible pet shop, but it's far from the best.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a pet store! The cashier stared at me the whole time I was in the store but never offered to help me! He asked another caucasian customer if she needed help and even smiled I pay attention to great customer service because I am a mystery/ secret shopper and we are paid to observe and report customer service. I'm glad they are actually going out of business because they need immediate training in how to care for customers!

Super helpful staff gave us lots of useful information to help us select the best cat food for our picky senior girl who needs to lose a pound or two. She gave us several options, and a coupon for 1/2 off of a single small can so our kitty could sample it. The associate also told us about their return policy, just incase Miss Picky Eater didn't like what we'd selected. I really got the impression that the associate really cared about our pets. A great experience I recommend to anyone and their furry children!

May not be the biggest store but the staff is great and knows more than some vets I've been to. John helped us find a food that wouldn't make our dog have an allergic reaction and it was exactly what we needed. He even showed us a few training tips that have made our dog 100 time better. Will definitely be signing up for training classes!

They had approximately what I needed (Purina One hairball control cat food for the roommate's cats) but nothing extra I wanted (pumpkin puree for my dogs). I get my regular supplies delivered from a local company, so Petco is more like a convenience store to me than a regular stop.

My first visit to Petco was just okay. Their selection of food, treats and pet supplies was somewhat limited compared to other big box options. It also was not as clean and up to date as PetSmart. 3 stars for just OK.

A fair enough place to get supplies for pets, though the selection is much smaller than I'm used to, especially the reptile stuff.Can't complain too much though, staff was nice and they had exactly what I needed, though no options.

Sad to see this go. They’re moving somewhere else but this was a great location while it lasted. Staff was always incredibly helpful and there was a nice selection of products that amounted to a good deal after their seemingly endless sales and coupons.

I was not impressed, I went in for something they said was in store and they didn't have it and maybe I should try a different Petco about 25 to 30 min away. Then to top that off the customer service was not that great.
