they always have my picky cats favorite food in stock. I appreciate their bring your own bag policy but almost always forget about it - the ten cent upcharge gets you a super good bag though, great for cleaning out the litter box and not falling through. they have good deals on cat supplies and a good rotation of clearance items. I love coming here and stocking up and spoiling my pets

We have tried to take our pup here to get groomed 4 times now, and every time they cancel the day of. Whenever we've tried to call they do not answer the phone, or return voicemails. You can only get any scheduling/rescheduling done through the app. It is very frustrating that they don't seem to care about the client experience and offer any type of discount, or better communication when cancelling day of to their members.

I always enjoy going in here to look at their items of choice. I like to dress my babies and even though the clothes are pricey they are durable I guess.

I found a staff that was willing to listen to the food need of my pets. They guided me to Hill's Science Diet dry food for my pets' hairball problems which is excellent. Thank you to the staff of experts.

Normally we go to Waterstone for our pet's services. However, they have been without a groomer for a few months. We have 3 dogs covered by Petco's insurance and rewards system. Last month, we took our dog, Shooter, to this location for grooming. Due to our not pre checking in early, the groomer stated we were late and refused service. We complained to management who then rebooked us. Then today we took the other 2 dogs to be groomed as our new puppy had to have her 2nd set of vaccines. I called Petco to verify if this would suffice for her grooming and they verified it was and booked her. Due to Vetco's vaccination schedule and package, our 3.5 month old puppy had not received her rabies. The groomer here stated he wouldn't take her because she didn't have the rabies vaccine. I alerted him to the vetcos vaccine schedule so then he stated she didn't receive her distemper so he still refused her. I proceeded to request the manager, again. This time she refused to be accomodating. She stated Petcos policy is not to groom any dog without it's rabies, despite their veterinarians not giving it to them till they are a year old. I then asked her for the District Manager's contact information and she refused. I requested she take my information and she refused. I requested corporate's information and she stated "we do not carry that information in the store. You gave to Google it". I told her that's unprofessional and not helpful and she hung up on me. I've never had any issues at Water stone. This location has filthy employees with poor hygiene and even worse manners. I understand that area has a lack of education but a company this size should train Managers to be professionals. I would like someone to contact me.

We went in to look at female guinea pigs. The associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. We already had 5 guinea pigs but never got from a pet store so wanted more information. She was very nice and didn’t seem to rush us

They have a wide variety of reptiles and all types of feeders for animals.this were were I get fruit flys and accessories for aquariums and terteriums.way better selection than any other box reptile store.

Great selection of fish, and very nice and welcoming employees. however, i was very disappointed to see that the employees are not educated enough on proper fish care.when dealing with fish, you should know to never add straight tap water. you should in all cases, add de-chlorinator before adding the water to an enclosure.i bought a few fish today and when the employee was transferring the fish into the travel bag, he also added tap water. not even being in the bag for thirty or so minutes, we soon found traces of chlorine damage on said fish.please train your employees on how to properly care for fish :(

We were not approached by any staff for help or questions. They are also more expensive than other stores. Not to say you don't get what you pay for. We adopted a puppy from here and have come here ever since.

My first time ever taking a pet to a groomer! The staff was super helpful in explaining the way the services work and what that entails while reassuring me that they will provide the best care! Our experience there was wonderful; her stylist did a FANTASTIC job with her and they worked to ease her anxiety as she had never been to a place like this before. I am overall impressed with the attentiveness and care provided by everyone that handled my pup. Steven did an amazing job with all of the services we had done and I couldn’t be any more thankful!

Meg is so amazing! She works at the Winton Road location. Me and my boyfriend went to buy a new tank and everything that goes with it for his turtle that needs an upgrade. She is extremely knowledgeable! In her home, she takes care of 9 tanks including a 200 gallon tank! She even made sure that we were getting everything at a great price, and we ended up saving over $200! She even helped us load up our car and take back our cart. She is sooo interested in what she does and she goes the extra mile for her customers! In the future, she wants to open her own reptile store which is super cool! I hope this review finds you well, and I hope you achieve all of your goals!

The manager was very helpful. He definitely went above and beyond to ensure that I was informed about the different types of high quality dog food. He even signed me up for a rewards program to save money with my future purchases. I am grateful for his thoroughness and patience with me.

The staff are so helpful. We rescued Whinkin', Blinkin' and Nod, three baby squirrels. The person who helped me whipped out her phone and helped me get what I needed with a quick lesson on what they could not eat. I felt much calmer when I left.Thank you

I'm never ask if I need some help with anything,I always have to go and find someone to help me. I'm in Saltwater business, the tanks are never lit up so I can see the livestock when I'm at the store.and on top of that y'all want to charge me for a bag to put my items in two . that's just plain bad .

I love this petco location so much. Always friendly service and every associate genuinely seems to care. One associate made my day by making a wookie call when we bought one of the Star Wars line of dog toys. My dog also always comes back from the groomer bright-eyed and bushy tailed - he clearly loves his groomer! I hope this location thrives. I'll never go back to Petsmart.

Prices are typical for a pet store. I think most things are overpriced but that doesn't mean i dislike the place. I love that they have litter you can buy in bulk, you save when you recycle.

I've only been to this location once, so I would like to preface my review with that disclosure. I left without purchasing anything, because I was shopping for feeder insects, and most containers of feeders were filled with dead insects. Looking at the reptiles, I noticed the bearded dragon looked sickly and he had a bad eye infection. He needs a vet visit, i felt so bad for the little lizard. After seeing the dead bugs and sick animal, I left without giving the store my money. I didn't feel like the insects would be healthy enough to feed my own pets and didn't want to support a pet store that doesn't care enough for the animals it sells.

Looking for a cat brush, I was disappointed. Not much cat merchandise here, but then again, I guess cats don't need material possessions as much as dogs. But guess what? I found a "dog" slicker brush that worked great to get the knots out of my father's cat's fur. Slow checkout and apparently only one person working in the store area. At the checkout, but moving slow. They charge ten cents for a bag. Then give you a large, sturdy plastic bag that will endure decades longer in the landfill than a regular thin plastic or paper bag. So This might save money for Petco but is not helping the environment.

Meg was kind enough to help me out today at the Petco store #02837 on Winton Rd. She really went out of her way to show me around and tell me everything I should need for my pet snake even told me little tricks she’s learned from being a reptile owner herself. I really appreciate your help Meg I will definitely be back to this Petco in the future.

Every time I have come in here the reptiles have been kept in absolutely DEPLORABLE conditions! It only keeps getting worse as well! Make this get around as much as possible to get the crew here properly trained or fired. This is absolutely REDICULOUS!
