The ease of ordering and pick up plus the discount for ordering online is amazing. The ladies who work this location are simply the best. They are so kind every time I walk in and always willing to answer questions without hesitation or a hint of annoyance. I know not everyone loves to work but they never show that they don’t love their jobs and customers feel welcome there.

I was disappointed when I went in there not because anything happened with the staff they were fine but looked at a 42 inch dog cage that they had for $150 and then found out that PetSmart had the same cage for 79 I didn't realize Petco was so expensive so because of this I'm sorry I can never go back.. no sense in throwing good money after bad !!

Josephine, the person that helped me at the North Bend Road Petco location Cincinnati,, was absolutely wonderful. She took her time and let our puppy choose her own toys. She talked to me about training and we're going to sign our puppy up for 12 classes. I walked in the store to get a bag of snacks. I walked out with $40 worth of toys & information on upcoming dog training. That should attest to her sales ability. We are completely satisfied with our purchases. Josephine is definitely an asset to your company. Please let her know she is appreciated.

Staff here is incredibly friendly & caring. Carl loves coming here for training with Nate & they have a good selection of treats, toys, and everything. Everything my dogs have from collars to the star wars hoodies has come from here. 😂

This place generally has whatever I'm looking for, and it's a small spot in a strip mall. Easy to park. Not far to walk. Not too many aisles to search through. Way more convenient than the big box alternatives.

Refused to honor the online price. Had it ordered online before I got to thr car. Delivered directly to my door. Online is always cheaper than this store but they always honored the online price. Only out the gas but $10 is $10

The store wasn't busy Louie and his wife were able to get themselves some cookies quickly. They are cookie fiends and were having a cookie crisis. They got their fix, although it wasn't their favorite brand. I should add that Louie and his wife are tiny Chihuahuas 🐶🐶 🐾🐾 and had a hooman chaperone with them 😁.

It's so overpriced. You can definitely get most of the items somewhere else for less and still great quality. This store specifically the workers are rarely anywhere to be found not really welcoming as you would think for a smaller sized pet store where you literally have to walk past them to enter.

Friendly staff, clean store. The store was clean, stocked and we'll organized. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to find what we needed quickly - to quickly for our dog that would've preferred to continue sniffing the bones!
