He was great at answering questions and knowing what else I might need. Plus, when I told him we had a reservation nearby at Sacred Beast for dinner, he said, “Oh then I recommend you get the vanilla chai because I make the vanilla and the chai myself.” The owner of Sacred Beast later told us she picks up treats for her pets here and that’s how she met Ethan and tried his vanilla and chai tea.I got a cow tail treat for my friend’s schnauzer and they loved it!Great neighborhood store!

Everything here is great, from the customer service to the food! My dog’s eyes practically pop out of her head when she sees the Pet Wants food come out, whether it’s the Beef Stew or the Salmon Kibble. This is a HUGE deal because my dog has historically been indifferent at best when it comes to eating. She usually gets more enjoyment from flipping her bowl and spilling kibble on the floor than actually eating said kibble. When we have any food from Pet Wants in her bowl, it is consumed expeditiously! My cats also loved the cat food I got them today. I’ve yet to buy something here that my animals don’t love!

There are no words for the level of customer service at ANY of the locations I have visited. It is a whole other lever of service. I am so glad I found this place. My review won't do this place any justice because I am just a customer, but I hope it helps. I have a Labrador and a German Shepard, both are very food driven. But ever sense I moved to Cincinnati and was fortunate to live a block away from this place, I gave it a try. From the very first day we moved in, on our first walk of the neighborhood, we stumbled into this store and OMG. We can't go for a walk now without these two literally pulling me in that direction because they know they will be treated with a COVERED SMILE and a TREAT. They absolutely love the switch to the PET WANTS BRAND. They were getting Fromm dog food and the transition was simple and painless. The energy lever has improved and they can't wait to eat. When I needed a diet plan for my Lab, they offered tips that were free and saved me Vet a vet bill. Now my boy is clearly feeling better and happy. When my GS had a sick belly, they offered FREE tips and WALA, all better 24 hours later. I don't plan on staying here long, but I do hope they are were ever I do move and if not, I hope they will ship. I eat well, and I want my dogs to eat AS WELL. Thank you PET WANTS. Your level of customer service is Outstanding.

Highly recommend Pet Wants for so many reasons. The quality of their food and the love for pets by the owners and the staff is a an understatement. I've been a customer for over 10 years. And my last dog lived till she was 16 and a half because of this healthy food. My new dog is doing super well on it. The staff is so amazing and I've been there a long time. It just shows the loyalty of this brand.

Great toys (favorites are Ziggy starfish for dogs and the little catnip bomb toy for cats) and my sisters dog who has tons of allergies does great with the colostrum supplement

They provided a food that finally put our pups digestion at ease, helped her gain weight, and gave her a beautiful coat. We've had our 4month old puppy on it and have had zero problems that normal store brand foods give. Truly a great product at an affordable price! Both our dogs love it!

I waltzed in here the other day with my pup and it was just the best experience. My pup has been having some huge digestive issues (she’s super picky and I was trying to make her food at home which was not going well). Anyway, I felt so so welcome — The owner/staff gave her some jerky as she gave me a super transparent overview of their sourcing and food making processes AND some free samples to see if she would like them.. which she has just DEVOURED both the kibble and the beef stew. We also walked out with some of that jerky which she adores as a midday snack. Honestly so grateful I found this place bc I’m not a chef but I want my pup to eat good quality food she loves. Also she’s had just the best bowel movements (lol) since switching these last few days which is amazinggg. Big thanks to Pet Wants! You’ve got yourself a regular :)

I don’t usually write reviews, but if I could give Pet Wants more than 5 stars I would. I switched my kitten to their foods after getting spayed and losing her appetite causing her to lose almost a whole lb. Since then she is eating a lot more, is a healthy weight, has an extremely silky coat, and is constantly happy and playful. I’m not sure how much of her good demeanor is due to her improved diet but I’d like to think it plays a part. They’re great to talk to in store, they have lot’s of products and make great recommendations. I’m planning to move relatively soon and I’m considering having someone pick up food from pet wants and ship it to me across the country because I would feel awful taking my kitten off a food that she enjoys and is so good for her.

My Gilly was having intestinal issues and had been on prescription food from vet. We tralked about it one day at Pet Wants and they recommended one of their selections and her appetite improved with no adverse reaction. We have moved on again with another switch as she aged with more great results!! Trust them! Also, stew is great.

No one loves pets like the fine folks who work here! They always ask about your fur babies they are all always so pleasant and personable. The food is so good that my Pearl refuses to eat anything else. I love this place!

We feed our dog who has a chicken allergy the Salmon and brown rice. She is healthy, happy and her fur is SO SOFT. We love Pet Wants because it's not an outrageous price for a reliable product.

Charlie is so healthy because she has fresh food that has all the healthy ingredients in it. She loves her food and the beef jerky treats!!! We can't keep enough of this in the house! Probiotics are keeping the rusty stains away entirely!!! Thank you Chele and Amanda for creating Pet Wants!!!!
