They are so nice and welcoming. Offer my pets treats and samples. The best part is that they have affordable home made dog food that they sell by the pound. It has helped my Maltese red stain eyes so much and better than wet dog food for her teeth.

I received my first food delivery this week and my dog loves it! They delivered the food in a reusable tote that even came with a welcome note and a flag. The price is very reasonable and I am so excited to have fresh food delivered for my dog. Why didn't I order pet wants sooner?!

Discovered Pet Wants over the weekend and absolutely loved it! Staff were so nice and helpful! Using the paw wax for my dog Stella every day with the harsh weather conditions and the salt on the roads. Will definitely be shopping here again!

What began as a gift for our dog while we were visiting Cincy, became an obsession for him! He loves the Shiny Dog Liver Sprinkles on his breafst kibble! Our pets used to refuse anything except Purina Naturals. We popped in and got a pound just to carry us over a couple months ago and the pets refuse to eat anything but Pet Wants food! The snack options are delightful and clean eating for pets. They offer supplements and toys and various kinds of kibbles. Staff are always so kind and helpful. And so affordable!! Drop $100 at Walmart for four pet items, or stop here and get lots of good things to spoil your babies!!!

Twice now I have found whatever this is, in their beef stew. It’s hard as a rock and sharp. They’re lucky that I’ve caught this before my dogs ate it and it cause any internal issues. Definitely won’t buy it again.People I dealt with in store were very kind but upon seeing how rudely the manager responds to reviews I won’t be back. A review said they were rude and the manager says “maybe it’s you… don’t come back”. Now that’s rude and unprofessional. The correct response should have been to invite the customer back to try to make up for the bad experience and state that is not the service they wish to provide to customer.

We loved visiting Pet Wants Cincy with our dog. We were visiting the market and decided to go in and get our dog some treats. She enjoyed picking out treats from multiple baskets in her reach. They had lots of toys, treats, food and dog accessories. The staff greeted our dog with treats and lots of love. We bought new toys and treats during our 2 visits. We will definitely be back. I received a gift certificate to this local pet company, and "Alex" generously gave me a $10 credit toward my first purchase which stretched my dollars even further. Since I'm currently well-stocked on dog food, I decided to use the certificate to purchase some grooming aids (pet shampoo and a dental product) as well as a few toys, and after checking on Amazon, all of these items were less expensive at Pets Wants Cincy. The package was delivered right on time to my front door, and my puppy already loves his Sonny Sloth toy.

On Sunday after the market closed I realized my puppy would be out of food tomorrow. I walked her past the store around 8:15 pm and the very nice gentleman asked if she needed anything for her and sold us a bag of food after hours❤️These are the best folks!

I've been going to Pet Wants now for almost 3 years and I've never been disappointed. I first started out with switching my dogs food from brand names to Pet Wants Chicken and Rice blend. My dog never really like the old foods and would sometimes not eat. But she really loves the chicken and rice. Then I started to get their natural treats every time I went in especially the homemade jerky which is great as a small reward treat by pulling the jerky apart. Now I had just signed up for their reoccurring delivery services and got my first deliver this week. The set up was easy and their new online portal is very user-friendly. Although the food is a little more expensive than the name brands, it's absolutely worth the switch. Highly recommend!

If I only had to deal with people and not technology, this would be a 5 stars. I had issues with their website and how often we wanted a delivery. We settled for a smaller amount and more often than our first choice. Then after our first delivery I discovered that I had ordered Dog food instead of Cat. (It took me 4 times trying to get our order right before our first delivery. Three of the 4 I specifically remember getting the cat food, so not sure what happened and I got dog.) Anyway, I called the phone number and Alex was VERY helpful and friendly. He fixed our order and will bring us an order on Monday to correct the error. Our cats enjoy the food but the people are what makes this a great place. We first met PetWants in Hamilton and the manager spent time with us explaining their food. I haven't met someone yet, who wasn't helpful and friendly. As for price of the food, even with delivery it is less expensive than what we were paying at Petsmart. Better food, better price. AND helpful people.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the "Pack Leaders" at Pet Wants! After 'joining the pack', I received my first delivery today. This is SO awesome!!! They also included in the bag a very thoughtful, hand-written Welcome card with the order. Talk about great customer service!!!Not only is their service great.....the food is the best!! I have been feeding my Yorkie, Teddy Bear, their food for years and years. He will be 10 years old this month and is still very active, rambunctious and has been extremely healthy his whole life. I credit that to the incredibly natural and well made food from Pet Wants. He loves it too...he eats the chicken and rice food.I have been to their store at Findlay Market many, many times and they are always friendly and helpful. But, with my Mom being sick, I just haven't really had time to get down there, so this delivery service to my office was absolutely perfect!!Thank you again to everyone at Pet Wants and as always, Teddy Bear thanks you very much too for the quality food!!!!Debi

I moved into the Mt. Auburn area in January of 2016. Since my mom had mentioned she knew one of the owners I thought I'd check it out. My dog has that houndy skin allergy issues all throughout the seasons and nothing was keeping it off. Vetting was getting to be a bit much. Overall his skin allergies would stress me out because I knew how uncomfortable he was. I thought maybe having locally made food will help. So because of Pet Wants food along with amazing tips from the staff, my dog hasn't had any issues in the past four months! So happy dog equals a happy mama!! I have been so impressed the the knowledge of the staff along with how pleasant they all are. I was even given samples to see which my dog preferred before purchasing anything. They do offer scheduled delivery in my zip code but I honestly love walking into the stores and talking with them. If you live in the area I HIGHLY recommend stopping in and seeing what they offer.

Pet Wants Cincy at Findlay Market is helping so much. During the pandemic the food my cats had been eating since they were kittens became hard to find and eventually they stopped making it. I tried every other brand on the market, even the premium “raw” foods. The quality and availability were sketchy and unreliable. Everywhere had the same story: global supply chain issues and worker shortages. Not until I discovered Pet Wants at Findlay Market did I have a stable, reliable source of pet food my three picky kitties could eat. They have so many options and the staff is genuinely interested and engaged. They helped me find which options my cats would eat and now they have my order ready for me to pick up every time I go in. I love everything about Pat wants. I used to feed my dog raw meaty bones and not only oh, if done Right, can be rather expensive but it's also messy and you have to be really committed. I fed my animals for over two years that way but when I discovered pet wants first I started supplementing and eventually I switched completely to Pat wants foods. My dog's maintained their health indicative of their shiny coats, less shedding, less matting & the same calm demeanor that they had when I fed them raw. Pet Wants food is fresh with no preservatives, no chemicals and it's processed at a low temperature to maintain many of the enzymes that are present in a raw diet. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful and you can trust any of the products that they sell.

A wonderful gentleman with beautiful blue eyes explained why my big dog, Ducky, might have allergies because she bites at “hot spots” on her paws and underbelly. He provided a free 1lb sample of fresh dog food that might help. That sample helped tremendously and we’ve switched to pet wants food. Im thrilled to support this business.

I have been feeding Pet Wants for a little over a year now and I am so happy with the product. Lately I know the Cincinnati location has been growing, and as a result they have had some computer issues. A couple of my orders were incorrect. I called, and the man who answered my call was extremely friendly and understanding. They fixed my order for the next day and credited my account for the price difference. Thank you to the staff at pet wants! Their customer service is incredible. We opened a 55lb bag of chicken and brown rice before we realized what it was (or dog is allergic) and they were able to exchange the whole bag for us. We truly appreciate it, especially since we know they can't sell that food once it's been opened.

I cannot express how much I adore Pet Wants! The food has changed the quality of my animals lives! We always get our girls a cow ear everytime we pick up their food for the week. Sometimes we treat them to the freeze dried snacks which are awesome and there is a great selection! There are a variety of things to choose from for cats and dogs that your animals will love. Also if you have a dog with anxiety give the CBD options a try, it really helped ease my great pyrenees into our home!! The staff here is incredible and they care about animals so much. Convert your animals to pet wants! You will not regret it!

How could you not like this locally owned store? The staff knows what they are selling and believe in the product. The management believes in their staff and pays well above the minimum wage for starting employees. That shows in their commitment to the store and their patrons. Such nice people. Oh....my dog loves the food! All natural ingredients made locally.
