If I could give them 6 instead of 5 I would ,Bee was absolutely wonderful ,personable, helpful , I not only have been more than satisfied ,I will only get my pet supply’s from this store from now on , I asked so many questions about the baby bearded dragon that was in store , I had been looking at him for a week but didn’t know where to start , she helped educate me and showed me what I needed to fully take care of a baby beardie , she really showed me what a compassionate person looks like when it comes to these animals/reptiles ,she really made me so happy with the decision that I made adopting my new friend ,I cannot recommend this place enough ,very clean ,very easy to get in a and out,the prices are reasonable ,thank you so much ,Bee I will be back !

This is only the third time we have been in this store, but have never had a bad experience. They have a great selection for the space they have. Also work with local shelters to find animals a home, which is always a great representation for the brand. Employees are always helpful and friendly.

We have known Katie for 5 years & moved wherever she goes as she is OUTSTANDING, AWESOME, & full of KNOWLEDGE & my dog KNOWS where he is when we pull in the parking lot & when Katie is NOT there to greet him ...well the trip in the car isn't the same! Also, Will has FANTASTIC Customer Service & tries very hard to make & meet your pet needs!! Those qualities are so hard to find these days, that's why we stay where you get that kind of help!!😇

Betta fish have bigger containers than most big box pet stores. All Fish seem well taken care of. Small amount but well-stocked reptiles. Food options for reptiles and fish including live crickets. Friendly employees too.

The location did not look very clean. Upon arrival and I entered the store with my animal the first thing that was said to me before hello good day or anything if you have to get back outside right now go out go out go out they kept shouting. And I'm thinking what is going on. Why are you yelling at me that there must have been 15 dogs inside the building already. I step outside and then a lady comes out and gives my dog a shot in the parking lot yes gave my dog a shot in the parking lot she said she did not want people inside to see her giving shots now I'm even more confused. Okay, I'm finally ready to go in. After a few minutes, I started walking the store location and looking at their dog food products, and I have to tell you the prices were blowing my mind. The first thing I thought of was is this the only pet food store in the area because how do they survive at the cost of these Goods. I am sorry but when people enter your store you should say hello how are you I'm so glad you decided to stop here today not yelling get out get out and I don't know who your cleaners are but you need to fire them because they are not cleaning very well lastly have you walked into other competitors stores because if you have it you need to and look at the appearance and look at the customer service personnel and go comp shopping I will not visit this unit ever again

Didn't get to explore the store much, but we loved using the self wash pet station! They supplied everything, including towels. And we got an awesome deal as part of their rewards program, too. We'll definitely be bringing our old girl back next time she needs a bath. I was slightly disappointed with their frozen foods for reptiles. We also have a ball python, but they didn't have the size of rat he eats, so we weren't able to get his food there, too. Just out of stock, but they do have those supplies too, which not every pet store carries.

Pet store with almost everything you need for your domesticated animals. I think they are a little pricey but that’s typical of specialty stores. The staff is very friendly and I heard they have an amazing grooming service.

Was told over the phone that they did walk ins for nail trim with no appointment needed. We ventured out in the freezing cold only to be told they did not have any availability for nails.

I had a misunderstanding with the groomer about the pricing which wasn’t not explained to me when I came in and I believed that I booked a basic bath for my dog over the phone. I tried to nicely work something out with her since I’m going through.a Lot right now and I’m stretched really thin as a single mom of three and sole provider for them with no help from my family who live 3 hours away. I work full time and had just paid rent which took most all of my paycheck so I was trying as nicely s I could to explain I physically didn’t have the extra 30 that the groomer tact on to my bill she was super nasty and mean. I would just like to put it out there that when someone is going through a really difficult time you don’t know who that is and to be nice to your customers because I would’ve been a regular but now I will never go back. She did Good job just don’t ever disagree with her.

I went for the grooming it was a GREAT cut he looks amazing, although I booked an appointment and didn’t say anything about the spa treatment and when i looked at my account i noticed that there was the spa treatment added and no way to take it off. I called the store and they worked it out and they took it off. When my mom dropped my dog off she even said “we just want the trim and bath”. My groomer was AMAZING I booked with Jennifer but unfortunately I was told my total was going to be $50 but ended up being $70 because they STILL ended up doing the spa treatment. When I brought it up I was told that it was already done so I went ahead and paid for it since it was done. (I’m not upset with the lady who rang me out either I completely get it the service was done and he looks great Im just mad it was added on when I made multiple attempts before hand to take it off)

I had just had hand surgery and needed cat litter and and food. The employee greated me, immediatly dropped what she was doing to help me load my cart and then carried everything out and loaded my car all with a great attitude and a smile on her face. It was a great customer service experience.

Nice staff, good selection of pet products. But the best part about this place is the dog wash. It is so easy and well worth the money. Buy the pass, it brings the cost of a wash down to $5. Very cheap for the convenience of washing your dog. The tubs are waist high and very easy to use. Well worth it!

Super friendly staff at this location! As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and so was our pittie. The entire self-wash experience was easy and quick to use. The self-wash area is beautifully tiled and each bath basin is raised so you aren't bending over too far while bathing your pup. (Tip: Make sure to buy the wash card. $25 for 5 washes makes each wash 50% off. Great deal.) The selection of food and treats in the aisles is excellent. If you have questions or need recommendations the staff will quickly jump in! Overall a great trip and will be back for any future dog needs.

Very over priced, difficult parking lot, no automatic doors which is really needed for handicap people, out of stock of basic items. They did have a great coupon 25% off. Thankful PetsMart accepts competitors coupons so I could get my Iams dog food.

This is a good store with great staff to serve your pet's needs. This last time though they did not have the dog food we needed so we had to go to the Cold Spring Kentucky store which was the next closest. Not a major problem, just a little inconvenience.

Glad to finally see a pet store actually keeping HEALTHY animals in CLEAN enclosures. Management and staff very helpful with my questions about my own animals. It’s a further drive for me but the pet stores near me don’t hold a candle to this one.Visited 6:30p 05/26/2023

Every time I have one in here I have found great deals on cat treats even the raw. This place has always been helpful the employees are always great and the selection is always stocked. They also take the time to make dog nuts which are basically dog donuts and they're too cute plus my pup loves them! 💜
