Wonderful customer service, super quick and supportive. My dog had an issue with one of their chews and they stayed in contact with me over the course of a month checking in and giving me additional details and information. The same representative helped me through the whole process so I was able to build a rapport with them, very much unlike most other companies. I’ll definitely be using their freeze dried treats in the future since the rest of my experience was so good with them.
