I really like Lowe's and this store though when it was built it should have been built bigger. It is a decent location they have pretty good deals and even clearance items. They also have Craftsman if your old Sears fan. I used to know the store management and many people that work there unfortunately I do not so I can't recommend anything in particular but Scott's Miracle-Gro ortho are carried there and certainly worth it. They also will discount things sometimes up to 90% unlike most places that stop at 50

customer service poor, looked for someone to help me get some flowers that were too high up to reach noone available for assistance! Then I went to checkout next in line the sales clerk looks at me and says I am closed for lunch not I apologize for letting me stand in line nothing!! Very Disappointed been going there for years not anymore!!

I wish it were closer to my house as I enjoy how ell organized everything is. I buy all my lighting, fans, tool storage and major appliances here. Really impressed with sales staff knowledge of appliances and alternatives. Delivery and installation is always a great experience, too. Would probably be my go-to store for everything if it were closer to home.

Lowe's always has the best selection of appliances, lights, and construction materials, just to name a few. The employees are friendly and very helpful. The store is always clean and organized.

Always amazing! There are three faces I know I will always see and they know their stuff! Last week I think a higher up was in so my cart was put away ( it was heavy I left it sit about 20 min ) while I went and grabbed smaller items. Employees were there when I came back and realized it was mine and reloaded all my backer board for me. Just doing their job in the first instance I understood, in my mind they went above and beyond to help me reload.

Pretty nice experience. Corey from hardware was very knowledgeable on ripping down some plywood for a tablesaw stand in building, and knew to take into account the kirf of the saw blade at 1/8 inch. Y'all need to pay him more

Guys refused to put the dryer where it needed to go. Tried to say it wouldn't fit but yet I have had a washer and dryer replaced in the past years and they made it through just fine. Was absolutely terrible. If it wasn't for me needing the dryer as bad as I do I would definitely be returning the item and not going through them again. I had to have somebody else come.out and move the old out and bring the new in I'm beyond mad.

The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. We ordered flooring in June of 2022. It was entered under the wrong persons name therefore we didn’t get that resolved and scheduled for install until September 2022. The pergo flooring ended up being defective. I have been going back and forth with Lowe’s customer service, talking to a different person each time. Notes never got entered correctly in the system and I couldn’t get the store to directly communicate what was needed with customer service to get a new install because Mohawk honored the warranty. It is now over a year later. I spoke to executive customer service who told me I would get a full refund two months ago, and this store did as well. Now I am being told I would get less than half refunded. I can get the flooring replaced again but I am facing horrible customer service at this store level and I do not trust that another year from now that I will still be dealing with the headaches of horrible customer service. Please save yourself the headache and do not go through this Lowe’s for flooring. I have dealt with a couple good people here but unfortunately the lack of responsiveness and overall lack of accountability to me the customer makes this a horrible experience.

Lowes is always a painless experience for me, whether it be help with mixing paint, grabbing the right tool for the job, or the incredible selection and deals on appliances and fixtures, I know Lowes has my back. Friendly knowledgeable staff for the things I'm too dumb to know about lol.

They now have mulch straw in smaller than the large bail. It is formulated to work better than the traditional straw for putting over new grass seed.Good selection of toilet replacement parts.

I am both a landlord and a gardener, so I visit home improvement stores often. A recent subpar visit to Home Depot down the street reminded me of why I prefer Lowe's. The store is brighter and easier to navigate than Home Depot, and their credit card options are better: Lowe's credit card gives you a 5% discount on everything (or 0% financing, but I rarely use that). Home Depot's credit card has the financing option, but no regular discount. That discount makes a world of difference when you buy as much as I do, so going to Lowe's is a no-brainer. The two store's prices are comparable (usually identical) on most items I buy, so it actually matters.I have always been pleased with the quality of Lowe's products, including their own label, of which I bought a few plants this year that are doing well. I'm new to gardening this year, so I've had lots of questions for their employees. Things were a little chaotic in early spring, when their garden center was being set up and things were still being moved around. Employees did not always know where things were when I asked them, but what made this okay was the fact that they figured out where it was so I could find it. Once or twice I accidentally called on someone in a different department (one time, flooring, just because he was passing through the indoor garden section), and they still helped me get to where I needed to go.Parking is great, too. Even when the store is booming and there are lines, it's still easy to find a parking spot relatively close to the store. All cashiers I have dealt with (inside, at returns, and in the gardening section) have been super friendly and helpful. This store is just overall a nice place to go to and I would highly recommend it.

Found what I was looking for in less than 5 minutes. To pay for it took 30 minutes at self checkout. No humans at any registers to take my money and only 3 self checkouts open. Not very satisfied. Higher some people.

Good products. Good prices. Really friendly staff. We come here often. My daughter fell and hurt herself today, which wasn't anybody fault at all...total accident...and the staff at Lowe's were compassionate and helpful trying to help us clean up and be comfortable before making our drive home.

As a plumber I use this lowes every single day and I’ve voiced my opinion plenty of times spoken to multiple reps why is it so hard for lowes employees to leave flat bed carts by the toilets I waist 20 minutes every time I come into Lowe’s to buy a toilet here I am today in the back for my 200th toilet this year and still have to go looking for a cart. Even 2 minutes to get a cart 200 times is a lot of waisted time y’all claim to care about your contractors. These toilets can be purchased elsewhere

We recently purchased a Samsung dryer. We paid for delivery and set up. Two young men delivered the dryer and took my old one, the whole process taking less than 10 minutes. They didn't hook anything up and when I questioned them they said I did not purchase the connection parts. Not even 5 minutes after they left, we discovered they took the electric cord we needed with our old dryer. I called the driver and told him. He couldn't have been very far. He said he would return it. Well that was yesterday. I still have a dryer that is not hooked up . my husband went to Lowe's and all they said was basically "Sorry for your luck" and gave us the number of the delivery service. Where is the Customer Service?

Had a very good price on drywall we purchased 350 sheets and they delivered it 600 feet off the road uphill gravel across bridges with fork lifts!! Guys went above and beyond to get the material here we needed at a cost effective manner

Each was pleasant, efficient, and made my morning brighter, setting me for a great day. Each of the ladies helped me return a heavy portable air conditioner, answered questions knowledgeably, and expressed a sincere apologetic attitude that merchandise didn't fulfill my needs.Outstanding service!

I go to this Lowe's all the time for my needs. I usually walk around the store looking around before I actually get to what I need. I am always greeted and asked if I need anything. I also appreciate the Veteran parking and discount Lowe's gives. I recently went in to get a new ceiling fan. I was asked if I needed help and a gentleman came over to help me. He probably spent 30 minutes explaining everything to me. He did not make me feel dumb or incompetent, but answered all my questions with complete patience. After helping me he left the store for the night. I asked the woman helping me check out if he was off the clock while helping me and she informed me that he was the manager and had been off for almost 3 hours but always stayed to help. What an awesome example of leadership! I am thankful for the help and am always pleased with this location!

The miracle grow potting mix that is inside is full of fly’s that you shouldn’t buy. They are everywhere when replanting a aloe plant. Should’ve gotten the cactus medium outside, because this is ridiculous! I’ll deal but it’s a lesson miracle grow is a subpar product. Don’t buy it
