By far the worst Kroger ever . I do online pickups here and lately they have been terrible employees do not care about what you purchase and handle things poorly . I had two gallons of milk and one was busted open at the rim of the lid.! They had to have known there’s dried up milk on the sides of it.! Highly disappointed will be taking my business else where .

I went to this Kroger during my lunch break to pick up a small cake for my daughter's birthday. The lady at the self checkout (the code to her checkout on my receipt is 555 around 12:39pm if that matters) was extremely rude and invasive and mentioned she felt sad for my daughter because I didn't have "Happy Birthday" written on it and some of the icing was smashed on the side (which was not a big deal); I told her I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to have happy birthday written on the cake, and she told me that was a poor excuse nit to get the cake decorated, among a couple of other rude comments. Little did she know, I bought a plain white cake because I have decorations to place on the cake when I get home, plus the icing on the side can be fixed. My daughter is going to LOVE her cake. It seemed like she tried to belittle me over a cake, to where she should have minded her business, let me SELF checkout in peace and continue on my limited lunch break in peace. Needless to say, I will not be attending this Kroger again. Great customer service is a thing of the past, I guess....

Store is very neat and organized, carts always set by the entrance for you to grab and shop. Some Staff here are very friendly and helpful.

I came to this Kroger instead of the one that’s by our house on North Bend Because I was hoping for a better selection of items. The store in fact did have a better selection, but the employees were terrible especially at the self check out when the woman from the next self check out over kept watching me and my five year old because I was letting him help me check out groceries like we were stealing then, and another employee came and watched us at the self check out like we were going to run out of the store and not pay. The woman employee in fact, walked from the other self check out and grabbed the apple fritters that were already scanned because they were stopped on the belt and acted Like she was going to rescan them until I showed her where they were the last thing I scanned on the screen. I will never come back to this Kroger again. It was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Kroger and that’s saying something because the Kroger that’s by my house is a very old Kroger!

Worst customer service. I went in to make an exchange for different sizes of two pieces of clothing, and I had the tags and receipt for the original items. I went to exchange the items for the same items just in different sizes and no one is at the customer service desk. The people working self check out act as if they have no idea where their manager is (as managers are the only ones capable of exchanges). I have to wait around for 30-45 minutes until they track down their manager that simply just takes my old bag and gives me a new one for my new items. No additional transaction or having to scan the items that I’m returning/getting. Anyone could have done that. There is lack of communication within the store when guests need assistance. The guy working self checkout just kept saying “you just came in at the worst timing, life is all about timing” when he could’ve called their manager to the front in the first place, and instead he continued to mess around with his coworkers. I had to track another employee down to have them call the manager up after I had to wait.

I went there to shop and to pick up their deli fried chicken. As usual, they were out of it. I also find their deli meats to be more expensive than the products at my local butcher shop. This did not use to be the case. I also don't generally wait in line as long as the butcher shop.

NEW LOCATION. ... has just about anything you need or want and very well stocked.Very clean, employees are well trained and I have nothing bad to say.. I'm very glad they upgraded the new location...This place has everything... Starbucks, a pizza place,,, a chicken place... a BAR..OMG... WOO HOOO....If you can't find it here you didn't ask someone or didn't try very hard... they have every freekin thing you can think of even clothing...

This store couldn’t be any better for this area and Green Township. Especially with all the new technology, gigantic inside for new items, like new foods, bigger selection of clothing and even nicer bathrooms even though they’re impossible to find without the help of at least two employees directing you. BUt…. It’s just a shame that a brand new Kroger store with all of the bells and whistles and huge financial potential can have the most incompetent management out of all the Kroger’s I’ve dealt with including Price Hill, Western Hills, Ferguson Ave to name a few. But once again they failed again. I ordered a pickup at 12:15 and received the confirmation text at 12:17. The confirmation text is a great idea because it let’s customers know their pickup order had been received and will be filled that day. I chose a pickup time of 4:00-5:00 from the options they had left. So at 3:45 I pulled in the lot and I received a call from the pickup team saying they were running an hour late. I did call but basically how in the hell does it take 3 1/2 hours or 15 minutes before it should be ready to decide to call the customer and inform them??? They should’ve known they were behind hours before, based on things like the number of pickup orders, lack of employees or even the size of my order. But no as usual this location is run by an absolute asinine mgmt team who never gets involved and doesn’t interact with employees working or customers. They’re usually hiding or just out of site. The bigger problem is corporate could care a less about anything except making money. The smaller grocery stores are the ones with top notch mgmt and employees. I know I’m done with this incompetent grocery store.

Nice Kroger with plenty of parking, I often go here to get food and etc. Only issue is that it looked like a couple of the employees were having a heated argument with a customer the other day in the parking lot. I understand issues may arise but I'm rather disappointed, hopefully this issue with the employee, (I believe his name was Derek?) will be taken care of. Seeing as this employee has pointedly taken issue with a customer to the point that he was SHOUTING at that customer, I believe he has anger issues and should be removed from the staff here. I don't think it's safe for such a person to be working in at Kroger, if he isn't removed to elsewhere then I may just stop shopping here all together, as it just doesn't feel safe for me. Such a shame as it's a wonderful store and all the other staff are so friendly.

Sat in the pickup lot for 20 minutes, finally an employee walks out and tells me to come back in an hour because they are short staffed and too busy to keep up with customers. I then went in the store and spent 15 minutes finding someone who knew the store manager. The manager listened and was polite, restating how short staffed they were, and I walked out the front door 🤨

Just left there. I had to use self serve or wait for twenty minutes on the two lanes open. So I go through the self serve with the belt. Scan a few things when I get a yellow light and beep. Five minutes later the person comes. First thing said....you have to fix it, you have to clear the belt. Never offered to help....but put it on me. So I decided that my fix was to go somewhere else. As I'm about to exit she yells that there is now a bagger....the same person she was previously talking to. I'm not employed there and I'm not your emoloyee. Im your CUSTOMER! Former customer. Called customer service they didn't care either. I know they have a visitor tomorrow...guess everyone was busy cleaning to help a customer?

For a store of its size it is often out of stock of many grocery staples. The produce section is usually picked over and the produce is not of great quality. The checkout lines can be hit or miss in terms of speed and many of the baggers are not well trained. The old store seemed to be better run.

Going downhill without any brakes! Checkout lines are always 4 or 5 deep. Their "fresh" produce is rotting before the expiration dates. We've stopped buying sandwich meat there because their own Private Selection and Boar's Head is over $10/pound unlike our small local store carrying different brands.

The New Kroger is very nice. It has the same layout as the Kroger in Harrison. A nice selection of foods and clothes. There are also some homegoods available too. The isles are well spaced out and there is a nice flow pattern. This location also has a bank, minute clinic and a Starbucks. It is open from 5am till 1am. It Kroger is now on the left side of the Cinemark. The gas station is in the same old spot but they made it bigger and easier to get in and out. It is a nice improvement so far.

The store is usually out of a few things here and there. The store is generally kept clean and orderly. It is usually easy to navigate through the store. This location has a starbucks. You can get your food alcohol clothes prescriptions...almost everything in one stop. I just wish Kroger would lay out every store the same way.

The girl working at the Starbucks this am morning. Very poor attitude very poor customer service interaction lazy didn’t want to make my drink or try to help me in any way couldn’t even put my money back on my Starbucks card gave me cash back very rude didn’t ask if I would like something else so I Went to the manager well he said he was a front manager whatever that means He was no help no managers are there this early in the morning at 745 am I waited for like 20 minutes trying to get a drink like this was so frustrating and uncalled for you don’t mess with the girls coffee first thing in the morning like she didn’t want to be there if you don’t like your job find something else I have worked at Starbucks it’s not easy I get it but for you not to even see if I wanted something else. Just hurry up and jump to give me my money back.

Don’t use click list. Due to the virus issue it’s being used more. But they are not staffed for it and opening more lanes. We went from 4 spots to 10. Going from 8 cars to 20. When I ordered I had to wait 6 days for pick up. Day of pick up was called two hours prior told to pick up the next day at 10 am. Got there at 9:40 am and waited in line for hours. Once I was in a spot I called four times and was put on hold then disconnected. Total trip was over three hours waiting. When I left the line was back to the old building. I’m hearing people in line over four hours now. Grocery’s then not bagged tossed in trunk.

The worst managed deli in the tri state! It's not even the poor 2 people they staff for the shift's fault. It is directly management's fault as they are in charge of staffing. I got into kroger for 4 things and 1 of those things was from the deli. The Trip went from 12 min to over an hour 15, because of 1 item at the deli. This would be unacceptable if I were in charge, and this is a pattern. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you do not feel like wasting your time.

I arrived at the little clinic around 3pm due to them having lunches which I do understand. And even though it says walk ins welcome I found that to be incorrect! I signed into the kiosk like your supposed to as I'm signing in a lady was speaking to the assistant at the desk. The boy was 18 had no valid ID but I guess since his mom was with him that made everything okay. I have been running a fever and sick for over 4 days and just wanted to know if I needed antibiotics or something to fight whatever it is I have. I couldn't get into my doctor so I thought oh yeah little clinic. Never ever ever again I was told there were two people with appointments before me and if they didn't show I could be seen. I waited patiently then was told they showed for the appointment okay fine. Why did the person that just walked up get seen and I couldn't? Although the little clinic may not be nice or compassionate as I walked out to buy all the over the counter medicine I thought I needed. A very nice woman did compliment my vest I wear at work because I had to go to work and took Time off to go to the little clinic. She was the only reason I might or even think about going back in there. But as far as being seen don't do a walk in or you might get turned away and waist time like I did. Which is not a good feeling. So thank you to the worker who complimented me. But I may never go in that store again. I used to shop there all the time and my family. They've lost about 10 shoppers now due to treating me like I didn't exist. Again thank you to whomever they were we need more people like the one nice one I've met there. One! She deserves the one star I'm giving.

Ive been living here for about 9 months and overall its pretty nice and i like the cheese selection but sometimes there are a lot of spiders between the walls and at night theres an occasional beeping sound that idk where it comes from. Otherwise great spot.

Huge store with so many departments. Everything seemed fresh and well stocked but very little customer service. One employee was just leaning up against a u-scan, blocking it from use until a customer asked if it was available.

I waited in line with two people ahead of me. When a spot opened up, some guy behind me was waved in (there were people in line between us). I was told that because I had three items, and he had two, he got to go first.That's quite annoying when you're already exhausted and you're in a hurry (because you have that much more to do when you get home from work). Employees should not trying to judge who gets to go when. If you're in line first, you should be able to go first.

I had a great experience at this Kroger. Jane was working the self checkout and was so helpful, kind and a treat to get to know during my brief stop there and made that a such a great experience. She embodies what it means to be a Kroger employee and will be the reason I come back to the Dent location over others. Thank you Jane for taking a regular stop to the grocery and turning it into a fun experience! We need more people like Jane in this world!

Your average Kroger. They do have a problem with the way they treat people with disabilities including their own employees. They need much better training. The manager was no better. We should be able to go into a store and not have rude questions asked about our son from your employees
