You won't mistake this Kroger for a Marketplace. It is clean inside but feels small. Shelf selection is limited. If you want HP Sauce you will have to look elsewhere

The berries in plastic bowl for $6.99 or $10.00 is a waste of money. Strawberries dried up and hard to chew, also lazy workers dont cut in half, guess that's our job. Cant mix berries evenly. Cat food is much higher than walmart. Sky high prices, tired of being short changed!

My recent visit to Kroger Marimont left me with mixed feelings. While I had initially planned to make a purchase from their meat counter, my experience there was less than satisfactory. The limited selection of meats was disappointing, but I was willing to make do with what was available. However, what truly soured my experience was the lack of customer service.After deciding on my purchase, I patiently waited at the meat counter for assistance. To my dismay, not a single employee came to the counter during the entire 10-minute wait. This lack of attention was disheartening and frustrating, especially considering that I was a paying customer.Customer service is a crucial aspect of any retail experience, and it was sorely lacking during my visit to Kroger Marimont. The absence of assistance at the meat counter left me feeling neglected and unimportant as a customer. While I understand that stores can get busy, a simple acknowledgment or an estimated wait time would have gone a long way in improving my experience.In conclusion, Kroger Marimont's limited meat selection and lack of prompt customer service were disappointing. It's essential for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction, and in this regard, Kroger Marimont fell short during my visit.

Why does this delli close so early? Why?!!! First if you're looking for friendly service at the pharmacy don't bother looking here. Second don't bother talking the Kroger co. They are in it for the $$$, not for the customers, we waste our time writing reviews, just letting out steam.

Be sure to check expiration dates as the employees here clearly don't. Just bought a tub of yoghurt only to get home and find it's past it's "best by" date. Kroger used to be the premier grocer around, not anymore. I wish I had better options.

I ordered pick-up from this store for 3pm and received a call at 3:04pm saying that my order wouldn't be ready until 3:30.Okay, I thought, inconvenient but it happens. I try to kill some time by walking around, go back to my car and tell the app that "I'm here" at 3:25pm. 3:30 rolls around and no communication. 3:45 nothing. 4:00pm I manage to stop a pickup employee who says my order just isn't ready yet. At this point I've been sat here for an hour so clearly I could've done the shopping myself and been out faster but I can't cancel the order because I've already paid so I have to wait.At 4:15pm the employee brings out my order.The pickup employee is very friendly (not her fault whoever was doing the groceries inside was so bad) and I finally get my stuff. She offers a $15 dollar credit for the wait. I did not enjoy this experience at all and to be offered $15 when I waited for over an hour was slightly insulting. I hope they can improve the efficiency of their system because otherwise I do not recommend. Very disappointed in my experience.

Reported to Kroger Corporate. Two African American were instacarting at this location were told upon checkout at Upay US and they had to checkout at register only. Sam the Manager lied and stated it was policy yet Corporate said They should have been allowed to Uscan. They discriminated against them because they are Black....

I was just in your store about 30 mins ago s went to the deli. To get some stuff for Mother’s Day dinner both workers just stood there looking at. Me I asked the lady isf I could get some help and all she did was grab a knife and started doing something else my parents are in from florida I don’t get to see them much and I have to go all the way to Oakley to get service when I can see your store from my house it’s upsetting for the lack of service I have not gotten today I will always be loyal to this store but you deli people are rude

I enjoy shopping here! Very easy and fun to see all of the things on the side while shopping. I love That it is all very organized. If I was to say there is one fault it would be that the shopping checkouts are too close to other aisles. Overall score - 4/5! Great place! I like it. Even the milk is in a proper location! Last thing, the parking lot is very good! And the Kroger is in a convenient area! Thanks guys <3

This store is wonderful. I love the modest size. It allows me to get in and out quickly. The people shopping in this Kroger are very nice, and polite. Which is welcoming and appreciated. Small neighborhood stores are the best! I suggest the Madeira folks drive an extra few minutes to avoid the awful layout of their store.

I placed a custom order with the bakery. I said I want this cake exactly as is the only change is I don't want the unicorn piece and in the white middle area I want written in purple "Happy 2nd Birthday Taylor." I'm pretty livid because what I got was not what I ordered. The picture came straight out of the book at their location so it wasn't like I came up with something random. I'm deeply disappointed because it's so ugly. Kimberly took my order and was the one who I picked it up from.

Store is fairly dirty, employees are mostly rude and unhelpful, and food is often expired while still on the shelf or turns moldy and rotten within a day or two of buying it.The new remodel (spring 21) is terrible and pointless. And moving the pickup parking to the up front section of the lot was especially stupid. It was fine on the pharmacy side of the building. Someone at corporate is an idiot for making these pointless changes that do nothing but inconvenience customers.

I forgot the cat food I bought at the self-checkout counter. A very nice Kroger associate brought it to me in the parking lot. I appreciate her bring it to me in this freezing weather! My cats and I say Thank you! :)

I really love shopping at Kroger !! They have items in stock and run great promotions. The employees are always very helpful and friendly. The only reason I didn't give Kroger 5 stars is because I have a shopper card and look forward to seeing the new item that they will be carrying weekly. I see this with the Free Friday Promo, but for the last few weeks there has not been one. Did they discontinue this? I don't remember any notifications about this promotion stopping. Was a way I got others to get a card and we would look together on Fridays. I still shop there and will most likely continue to in the future.

Nice enough Kroger, but the food isn't always fresh. Berries here are frequently moldy. Cauliflower is usually browned. Avocados feel firm, and then they'll be nasty and brown inside. Food is kept on the shelf beyond expiration. Even the frozen vegetables are freezer burned.We once got a clicklist/pickup order with 100% melted ice cream. They said they were having trouble with the freezer going on and off but "it never got above a dangerous temperature so your food is fine."

This place has become very bait-and-switch. They leave shelf tags on things like cheese from previous weeks sales and then it charges you twice as much as it should. You do five for five and then they don't give it to you. Please Amazon, bring a grocery warehouse to Cincinnati and put Kroger out of its misery.

I always feel like I am a bother to the people here. There is one gentleman who greets me without fail each time I am in, but the rest of the employees are pretty snippy.The other day I was shopping for cleaning supplies. I selected a bottle of cleaner that was leaking, unbeknownst to me, and put it in my basket. A moment later I realized it was leaking just as an employee was coming up the aisle. She pointed it out to me, argued with me about what was leaking, then huffed, "now I have to go get a mop and clean this up" as though she thought I had done it just to ruin her day.I apologized profusely and felt really bad, but I didn't feel like I needed to be scolded for it.This pretty much encapsulated my normal experience at this store.The pharmacy is the worst I've ever experienced. They have called me twice to tell me prescriptions were ready only for me to find out upon arrival that they are not. I stopped using the drive thru because sometimes I would wait forever just to get service.

Staff is always friendly. Most know me from shopping there all the time. If I ever have a problem I can go to them and they will fix it. Great selection. Produce is always nice and fresh. Lots of great sales and clearance items most times I go.

The new set up is awful by the bread. There is less space so you can add more space somewhere else. Makes no sense. But I love the store because it's simple which is hard to find anymore

This store features an employee who does not observe government-mandated mask orders, which are prominently displayed at the store entrance. The CDC and other medical experts have indicated that the most effective way to prevent virus transmission, particularly among pre-symptomatic and asymptomatic carriers, is to wear a mask. The WHO states on its website that wearing a mask “does not lead to...oxygen deficiency”. If an employee were to have a documented medical condition precluding a mask from being worn, a reasonable accommodation, under the ADA, would be to relocate this employee to a non-customer facing role, rather than risking the health of other staff members and customers. We are all in this together, and we all need to adhere to the rules that will keep us safe, including Kroger’s employees.

This is your typical Kroger. It is nice and clean, and is your average size Kroger. The layout could be improved and this would be a top notch grocery store if they renovated it into the newer Kroger superstore.

Horrible customer experience at the mariemont location. 1st time using click list and never again. I waited 20 minutes only to be told my order wasn't ready and wouldn't be for another hour or until possibly tomorrow. At least have the courtesy to text me ahead of time and save me a trip.

It's a small Kroger, but it packs a lot into it. Great fruit/veggie selection, fresh sushi, delicious confectioneries, hot/cold bars, fresh bread and bread slicer, craft beers and quality meats. On the outside, it looks average, but the inside is attractive and space is well-utilized.

This is one of the worst. They are sometimes out of basic items such as half & half. They finally even had to abandon their deli kiosk because instead of saving you time it was guaranteed to cost you more time (orders didn't get filled within 30 minutes, and then they were wrong, or they couldn't find where they put the bags). There has also been an ongoing decline in the quality of their produce over the last six months. You will find flavorless fruits and vegetables and often there are items on the shelves that are so old that they should not be for sale anymore.

The past few times theyve hardly had any Kroger brand items on the shelves, so it's either expensive name brand or nothing. For Some items, my family prefers Kroger brand (like Frosted Mini Wheats - Kroger is the best, Chocolate Chips used for baking, croutons). And the milk selection has been slim pickins. It's either Skim, 2%, or Vitamin D mostly all in Gallons, limited milk selection for size and type.The staff are usually nice and helpful.
