This seems like a good Kroger location. The store was well-stocked and the produce looked fresh. The employees all were working hard to keep the store going. It's a little further than my regular store, but if I was headed home from the area, if consider stopping here. They have a larger-than-average area for office and art supplies.

I go to this Kroger almost every 2 weeks, there is this one employee who works the self checkout area and he is the reason I am giving this Kroger a one star review!! I don’t know his name but he wears glasses and has some accent. He constantly tries (he even ran up and cancelled my payment) to scan his Kroger plus card, and it’s annoying and frustrating knowing that my (almost $200) purchase is going to his account!!! If Kroger Company is reading this, please deal with him ! The Kroger is located near Sharonville, Ohio, 45069

I was so excited that I moved within walking distance of my favorite grocery store to be routinely disappointed and forced to change or completely abandon recipes and plans for dinner that night because lack of stock or sometimes just not wanting to enter the store because the checkout line will be 15 people long with children that are openly commenting on people’s appearances with total disregard for others. Just close this down and use it as on online shipping center. After this I will be driving to any other Kroger close to me and others feel the same. Can’t tell you how many times people in line have started conversation with me in line saying the same exact things I just did.Edit: months later and now there aren’t even enough people to properly staff the self check out lanes?? I had to leave my groceries because my dog couldn’t wait that long in the car. Disappointing again.

EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I cannot buy what I came for because the shelf it should be on is empty. Also waited way too long at the meat counter and even longer to check out. Why is there a long line and half the self checkouts closed? Who ever runs this store needs to be replaced. I can’t stand this kroger but its what I’m stuck with because it’s between my office and my house. I don’t think I’ve ever been able to complete a grocery list without them being out of something, every time. I wish I could give this store no stars I despise this place. 7/8/22 Update - still horrible, nothing has changed.7/21 - Unable to complete a 10 item shopping list again.

I just moved to Sharonville. Been shopping at Mulberry (Milford) most of my 65 years. They were always helpful and friendly. Today I asked an employee if they have Kroger dinner rolls. She said ask them, I don't work in the bakery. Asked bakery, she said on the shelf. DUH! Finally said I'll show you, crankilly , they're not part of the bakery! Then I went to get fried chicken. After a long wait a man waited on me, told him I want 8 piece deal. Women that wouldn't wait on me comes from back and says" Isn't there some out there on the shelf?" She stomps out and points. Your employees should be trained to realize there may be new shoppers! I will not be going back to this store, and given your employee's attitude I doubt if anyone cares. Too bad no stars isn't a rating

Every time we visit, same issue happens. You reach the checkout and the price is different than what is mentioned on the shelf. This is not because we don’t have the Kroger card or coupon, this happens even if we have both!! When we void the item, we inform the assisting agent the issue, but they don’t care, they just void it and that’s it.

Every time I come into this Kroger. There is a cashier named Kenny that is beyond racist. He does not speak to black people. But he speaks to all the other groups of peophe does not help black people. When i've told customer service about these things On 4 different occasions they have yet to speak with him and he continues with his racism.I will be taking my business elsewhere where my black dollars matter

Worst Kroger on the planet. Long lines for self checkout with half of them closed. Only shop there when I have to. I live within walking distance but drive to Harpers Point Kroger or Meijer to avoid this train wreck.

Now why would Kroger’s managers at this location think it ok to give us expired food for free?! I was in the deli area picking up something to eat this evening and I was offered FOR FREE a bag of AVA GRILLED FLATBREAD CRISP Smoked Gouda flavor. Silly of me to think they were being generous like Costco. I get back home and cut open the bag and get a wiff of what smells like plywood, or what I imagine the characters of The Walking Dead had to endure with every expired bags of chips they found😂. So anyway I flip the bag around and see the BEST BY: date which reads 11/26/22!!! Tis is NOT the season to be handing out expired food 6 days shy of EXPIRATION and Thanksgiving for Gods sake. I take the bag and say “thank you” and I receive a “You’re welcome” as if it was from a sincere place, when it was clearly not because such losses for expired items are covered. Unbelievable, and whoever thought this was acceptable needs to be reprimanded/fired for handing out expired food!

Hey if you enjoy waiting all day for them to open more than one register this is the place for you. Lines of customers down the aisles and yet management and customer service are sitting up there screwing around joking. I'm not paying $8 for a box of cereal then go stand in a line for 30 minutes because you're too lazy and too cheap to hire workers. Corporations like this or what's wrong with America not people, not the workers.

What kind of managers work there who are no responsible to pay their employees, just cause some employees don't make trouble asking about her paycheck they take advantage of them and don't pay them exactly the payday. I hope some of the big bosses see this in our more attention about their employees. This employees had to pay food, and others things like every body else .

I am so disappointed by Kroger delivery service coming from this location. Most of the drivers were great, I even left a 5 star review for the last driver. I value being appropriate and kind to the drivers. Unfortunately the last driver's manager called me after the delivery to say that they would no longer deliver to me, to my surprise. I asked what the driver had complained about and the manager said that she would call me back and provide more information so that I can be more aware of anything that I could have done wrong. I never got a call from her and when I called back they were unable to give me a reason as to why they decided to not deliver to me anymore. Because they would not give an explanation, and I cannot think of anything that I did wrong with that last driver, I am left feeling frustrated and cheated. I paid for the Boost membership and have spent a lot of money over the years at Kroger and wanted the delivery service to prevent from catching or giving COVID. I will certainly not be shopping at this Kroger anymore and will be honest about the poor treatment that I was given by Kroger management. Because I was polite and left a great review for the last driver, I feel like I've been discriminated by the Lebanon Kroger driver and management.

Horrible customer service when ordering items for delivery. Placed an order at 5:34pm tonight to be delivered by 7:34pm. Received a text that it was moved to 8:34pm. I contacted an agent to find out why and was told it was moved to 8pm. At 8:22pm I just received a text from a shopper who just started shopping for my order! Unbelievable. I live across the street and spend lots money there over the past 14 years. I asked for my delivery charge to be deleted and they said they could only give me a $10 credit on my next order. Really ?? I’m done!!!

I stop here once or twice a week to load money onto my NetSpend card. Any Kroger I've ever been to if the money service counter is closed, you go to a cashier and they load the card. I stopped here around 9:10am and the money service counter was closed and so were all the registers except for the self checkout. So I asked the blonde, middle aged lady running the self checkout area. I explained to her that the money service counter was closed and I needed to load my card. She rudely cut me off and said there was nothing she could do about it. If you're going to get annoyed when a customer asks for help working in customer service probably isn't the best place for you.

The Kroger pharmacy is terrible with customer service. Not because of the people that work there they are wonderful but they’re overworked and since they’re unable to hire it tells me clearly they are under Paying . I have ran businesses all over the country and if you don’t have people waiting at the door for a job it’s because you’re not paying enough. With the profit Kroger makes surely they can afford higher than face wages if not shame on you learn how to run your business just my opinion. And I definitely think the employees are wonderful the one star is a direct reflection of the management of this company.
