OH MY GOODNESS! There's no way a customer should have to wait a half hour to request an order from the deli with only two other people in line. It's ridiculous! Usually only 1 worker who moves like a snail. The whole store needs new management! Fix it Kroger!

*Ferguson kroger*The absolute worst Kroger I’ve ever shopped. I should not feel like a criminal when I use my hard earned money for items that are not even fresh. Went in to grab some last minute items. Pure harassment. I heard over the PA “supplies” then some poor putz has to run out and “assist me” “why didn’t you use a basket or cart?” None of your business. I’m not pocketing items. So, because I have a purse I’m in the wrong? The produce is always lacking. The floors are filthy. Whoever “manages” that location needs to step it up and leave the shoppers alone. That’s why we drive further away to better krogers where we won’t feel like we’re in prison.

The heavy set caucasian bald man waited on me on my friend at the deli department and he rolled his eyes and head when we asked for helped and no one else was there waiting. He gave us our order that should have been 1/2 lb. was a whole lb. at 7.00 that was 4.99 a lb on sale. Rose at the self checkout was awesome. Rose was so friendly, helpful, personable, and accommodating. We were confused about some items and she helped so much. Thanks Rose.

This is a bright, clean Kroger location. They do have high-theft items in a separate checkout, which I understand but don't love. The employees were kind and friendly.

Bad produce. I went grocery shopping here at 12:30 in the afternoon and noticed that the majority of their food was expired. When I asked the employee about this she said that no one had time to check the shelves. When I asked for a manager she pretended like she couldn't find one. I will definitely never shop here again

I love this Kroger especially the older white man i in the deli i wish i knew his name, but i will say this the next time i see him. But i bought some chicken from there and it looks like it was chicken i couldn't believe it, and some of there cashier's are so rude that's why they get 4 stars.

You really want to know? My experience with Kroger's today has been very disappointing they have 12 Lanes for customers to go through with their items and I'm not talking about self checkout I'm talking about 12 Lanes where you go up to the cashier when I arrived at Kroger's it was at 8:45 a.m. when I get ready to check out which was at 9:45 a.m. they didn't have any cashiers available at all the soonest I can get a cashier would have been at 10:00 a.m. the store was full of people I cannot understand why in the world they do not have cashiers there doing store hours why it had to be so late in the morning for store clerks to be there. The only clerk that was there was managing the self-checkout I asked her she's the one who told me soon as the person will get there will be at 10:00 a.m. she saw that was people ready to be checked out with their groceries that cannot go through self checkout so she decided to be a star and allow me to go into check out number 12 and she will check out my items wow she was working with customers in the self checkout lane that is the only reason why I gave a two star and that two star was for her because they don't she stepped up when Kroger stepped down. That woman should get a raise for taking the initiative to help her customers. July 5th 23

Only good thing about this store.It's close to my house morning manager to busy going out side to smoke not doing very good jobevery employee parked close to doors shouldn't the customers park in them spots. I can go on but I will not

First I went to the Kroger on Warsaw to get a few items. I had to get laundry detergent and some Hawaiian rolls. They didn't have the rolls and I thought about have to stand in two lines to pay for my items. I got mad and left and went to the Kroger in Western Hills by Walmart. The had everything I wanted. I still had to stand in two lines. While I was at the counter paying for my detergent, security was called to check a man for stealing. After I went through another line, security was call again to address another you g man. I really didn't feel safe in that Kroger.

It's clean, well-stocked, none of the employees we have ever encountered we're bad. My only complaint is that we usually go in the evenings and nine out of 10 times we go they only have one register open aside from the self checkout.

This is a picture of my TOMATOES in the bag with a half gallon of MILK!! WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?!?!? All I got was "I'm sorry." NO! Retrain her! She would want her tomatoes mashed by milk when she got home.

I shopped this location Tuesday midday! When arriving at checkout... I found only one line open other than self check out! There was a woman closing her line because she was due to get off!! The one cashier open... I believe her name was Nancy... Informed management that she was in need of help! Her line was all the way down the aisle! I witnessed the cashier try to get the managers attention while telling her she needed HELP! Nancy walked over to the customer service desk to ask for help! Which at that time... The manager told her.... SHE DOESN'T LIKE TO BE YELLED AT!!! There were two managers behind the customer service desk.... One manager could've came to open a line! The cashier was NOT yelling at the manager... She was trying to inform them of her need of help without having to leave her register and only line open!! The woman due to get off opened her line back up to help Nancy!! MANAGEMENT WAS ABSOLUTELY WRONG!!!

I was very impressed by the produce manager Tez who immediately asked if I needed help finding anything and proceeded to direct me to the correct location. Tez went above and beyond with customer service, seems like a rarity these days!

Useless. Everyone one of them. Cassandra put my money on the wrong pump, someone else pumped gas on my dime.Not only did they refuse to give me the gas but then called me a liar that was trying “double dip” (quote from the store manager Christy).Go to Walmart instead. At least the people there have more than kindergarten education and don’t STEAL from their customers them tell them it’s their own fault.

Only needed to pick up a few small items. At 6pm they only had one register open with a line almost to the back of the store. People with overflowing carts were using the uscan. I put my stuff back and left. I miss the days of 15 items or less express lanes.

Waited from 9:35-9:40 at Delhi, directly in front of the sign stating hours of operation. I asked my son to find someone at customer service. While he was up front I was told by three employee's "Deli's closed!" When I asked; "What time they closed?" I was told by the employee in the deli no one was there to take care of me. A page came over the intercom for customer service in the deli. My son returned. I went to customer service my son stayed in the deli. The friendly representative in customer service called the deli. Someone answered and hung up. I asked for a manager. She seemed confused and with a shrug of her shoulders said, "they must not have anyone back their, that's why they closed."I returned to the deli to retrieve my son and our cart and he informed me he had watched an employee in the deli transfer the call on the customer service representative. The employee in the deli did ask the employee who had transferred the call, "why?" He responded ,"we're closed."Talk about the run-around just because your employees want to leave early.The only reason I stopped by was for deli fresh meat so I could prepare tomorrows lunch for our school aged children. My only question now is: "What time does your deli really close?"This is not the first time I have ever had trouble with Kroger' s deli. Perhaps it's time to find a good mom and pop shop that still cares about customer service.

The deli has changed and the service is poor. Also why sell fried chicken when it is always cold. Today the area where the roasts were 2 for 1 smelled like the meat was spoiled . I have been shopping at this store since it opened and it has definitely changed for the worse.

I've been coming here for years and I haven't had a bad thing to say about it. However, the bakery has ruined it. I placed an order for a custom made cake on Wednesday 10/4/17 and it said the cake would be ready on Saturday at 9am. So I called on Friday to see if maybe it was already completed, I sat on hold for over 10 minutes while no one answered the phone. So I went to the store in person and there wasn't a crowd of people or anything. Just one person who continued to ignore me standing there while she put things away. She finally walked over to help me and I asked if possibly the cake was finished early. She said it wasn't and that I would have to come back at the scheduled time, which was fine. So I couldn't make it to the store because I had something to do, I sent a friend to get the cake and they had no idea what he was talking about, the cake was never made. So I had to go back to the store only to be greeted by the same person who told me the cake would be ready, what I got was a rushed cake that looked like it was thrown together Nd not what I asked for. So not only was I given a cake with mild effort, I was still charged full price. I'll be sure to go to the Glenway Krogers from now on.

Shopping here lately has been frustrating. I’ve been approached my last three visits by people asking for help purchasing groceries. Two of them I did get groceries for, one balked when I told them I had no cash but was willing to buy their groceries. I can’t keep buying extra groceries every time I shop here! :( Its not Kroger’s fault. I love the staff, they are always wonderful! I just feel shoppers need to be aware they may be approached.

I shop at this location a lot because of convenience however, after today, I'm thinking to drive a few more minutes to the Glenway location. The customer service line is always slow. When it was finally my turn, I overheard the cashier ask another employee to help a customer find a product. The employee rolled her eyes as if the customer was bothering her. At the self checkout when I was gathering my bags to leave, three employees stood right next to me expressing their utter discuss in helping customers! Excuse me?? I spend hundreds of dollars her per month and expect great customer service as any loyal Kroger's customer should. I would think that customer service is a big part of the Kroger company and I don't understand why hire a bunch of people who clearly lack in that area.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Usually stocking shelves any and all times of night and day making it difficult to get to shelves or even down isles. Also very poor accommodations for handicapped patrons..... Never any carts available and if they are they are dead from all the young kids playing on them in the store.... Racing and smash derby. Not the caliber of store I am used to from kroger.

Overall, one of the nicer stores in the area. However, be careful going at night. No one seems to give a damn about masks anymore, even the security guard just wanders around with his nose uncovered, walking right past people with no masks on at all.
