This is usually my favorite Kroger but today they made it clear that they don't want to assist people with disabilities.My boyfriend and I were attempting to check out. It was late and this particular Kroger makes it very stressful by stating things like the registers will shut off at exactly 11pm.We had 16 items with most of them cases of soda. In other words heavy items.Sharon was extremely rude to us and directed us to use the long conveyor belt self serve machine. This is something that would have been much easier to do with a hand scanner.We began scanning the items one by one. After we had a half a dozen items Sharon started grabbing the items and pulling them to the end. This caused the self serve machine to stop allowing us to scan because items had been taken off the belt.We didn't know what was going on when Sharon blurts out something very rudely to the effect of you only scanned x items and their are y items. We looked down and counted and it didn't make sense because one our items was hidden behind something else.So we're like ok, let's look at this and confirm the items (did I mention we were told the registers would shut off on us if we didn't get done before 10:59pm exactly).At that point, Sharon says something derogatory which I did not hear correctly and then commands one of the other employees to come and help us because she's and I quote " I am not going to work around someone with a dog like that "For the record, I have an ADA service dog. She's a tiny 13 pound havanese. She was sitting quietly at my side doing absolutely nothing. She had zero interaction with Sharon and was at least 10ft away. Elsa is a trained service dog and was on a lead. In this case she even had her red service dog vest on.My boyfriend gets really upset when people get discriminated against and made his displeasure known.Once made aware, that Elsa was a service dog and reminded of the fact her actions were violating a federal law and discriminating against us Sharon proceeded to argue with me about it. She incidently still refused to do her job and more importantly made us feel very unwelcome in the store.We did eventually get someone to finish helping us out.

This store is awful. The manager needs to be replaced as soon as possible. It’s pretty bad when this store has a reputation for always being out of items. If I prefer shopping at one of the sketchiest Krogers (Ferguson) over the Delhi store then there is something wrong. Today they were completely out of bread. Literally no bread. Please demote the current manager.

Very upset with this store I've bought six gold stars this past month that are broken open. Seeing as how it's all my son will eat I can't not buy them. It would be nice to get an in store credit when this happens but I can't even speak to anyone to fix the problem.

Nice little store. A bit more than Price Hill, Ferguson or North Bend and a bit less than Western Hills.Like all locations, staffing issues lead to long lines.

Customer service at this location is horrible. They close the front desk down prior to 8 all the time. The Deli always has a long wait. Go ahead and shop come back and they still haven’t called your number. Management needs to fix this location asap.

OPEN YOUR LANES FOR GODS SAKE!!!! Terrible customer service at the deli counter. There is no number counter up nor no way to tell what number is up. The lady at the counter stood n stared at me knowing i needed help. So when i finally asked can u help me she says do i have a number? Im honestly sick over how rude your workers have been. Not only was I standing at the counter but there were 3 other people waiting some with numbers some not with numbers. Now mind u the number counter was pulled out n numbers down to the floor. And after all of this She still did not help anyone. So I walked away. I dont understand why it was so hard for this lady to help me. The other man was doing everything n helping everyone number or not. Its the lady with brown hair that was working on Tuesday night the 25th. Lady please do your job n cut our cheese plenty of jobs if u dont like this one!

I was in Delhi Kroger over the weekend and noticed this rotting fruit by the frozen food section. Management here, just does not care.I tried click list for the second time ever and it was worse than the first time. I received chicken that had been expired for over a month. I called and the girl just said sorry about that. Now I have to drive back up to this horrible place and pick up something that should have been right the first time. I cannot believe that a product sat around the store for a month, being expired. No quality control in this store. You would think they would have covered the cost and delivered it to me but that is asking too much. Terrible products and lack of management is very typical of this Kroger. I even attached a photo of all the expired Perdue chicken they were still trying to sell. This store is terrible and because it is the westside of town, they think they can get away with it.Prior Post:The checkout lines are long, very long, very very long. The workers that do the clicklist shopping are in your way and are a little rude, they think I am in their way. Their big carts take up the entire isle and they do not try to move things to help you get around them, rude. Baggers are not always at every check out and I do not get a discount for bagging my own groceries that I just paid a high price to purchase. I feel like they have a monopoly on the west side of town. Especially since the Remke's across the street is closing. The shelves are not stocked properly and they are always out of stock. Giant Eagle needs to save us from Kroger.

They are quickly going downhill. Not only did they rearrange all the isles so I can't find anything (and the Kroger app does not match the item locations), The cart corral is more often empty now so you have to go back out to the parking lot and get one.

1 year later update: Same issue. On a Saturday night, they had one register open, and one section of self checkout. The lines were all 15+ people deep and took a long time to get home to my family.Original Review: They don't have enough staff to open lanes during weekend rushes. It is worth the time to drive to a different store if you are getting a large order. We waited almost a half hour to check out on a Saturday evening with only two registers open.

I woke up at 5:30 in the morning to get to the store when they open their doors at 6. I am disabled I have to use the little go-karts because of lower back issues. Apparently this was an invitation for the stockers to make fun of me. Laughing and giggling and carrying on even trying to get my spouse to join with them until they realize my spouse was shopping with me. Then their heads went down in silent shame. Which is the bully mindset. And the fact that there wasn't a store manager on site because they can't be bothered to wake up and with the store opening is ridiculous. The fact that this was allowed at a Kroger and probably nothing's going to be done about it is disgusting. It is not okay to make fun of the disabled and belittle them and humiliate them. A store that likes the pride itself on diversity and equal opportunity this did not demonstrate that. It was hip hop Christian its finest. Exploitative pure and simple. I have never been so humiliated in my life I'm a human being and just asking for a modicum decency to the point where you can just mind your own business.

Poor customer service. Manager, Holly told me I couldn’t return two pack of Pot Roast because the dates I purchased the meat exceeded 30 days. I thought Kroger was committed to Freshness and Its very concerning that when I’m ready to cook meat purchased from their stores, I can’t because it smells and looks bad. It’s unacceptable. Meat should still be fresh when Frozen right away. Why is it that when Im ready to cook it, it’s bad? I spend on average 1k monthly at Kroger. How is it when I need to EXCHANGE a bad product it’s an issue? I’m confused, frustrated, and feel like their should be better support for customers.

Very busy location. Be very careful when in the parking lot. Either you or your car will get hit! The store is very large with a good variety of foods and goods. The checkout lane staff at night isn't that great and some employees are rude and impatient. The grocery pickup team is very nice and quick but I can never choose or deny my substitutions. I end up getting unwanted, incorrect food often because of that.

We don’t use this location often and when we do we quickly realize why we don’t. Always dirty and looks very run down. The isles are too narrow and full of more and more people that need to learn proper personal hygiene.Every time we go there we feel like something bad is about to happen. This location makes me nervous, its too small for the amount of people that shop there.Most employees seem happy but there are a few that clearly hate their job and I do not blame them.Not sure why but the self checkout lanes are always down.

I generally find nearly everything I'm looking for pretty easily, and the produce selectionis always very fresh. The staff are helpful and the store is clean. I enjoy shopping here!

Store is cramped with garbage to buy making it hard to move around. The order to pick up is still terrible experiences.I avoid the cashiers as well because it is not worth dealing with them as well.They have annoying pop-up ad people in the front of the store trying to sell you something and survey you when I am just there to go shopping. Plus they do not even understand the words NOT INTERESTED!

GETS WORSE EVERY WEEK,THE SATURDAY BEFORE EASTER,2 CASHIERS.SAME ITEMS ABSENT FROM SHELVES FOR MONTHS ON END. LOT IS FILTHY. UPDATE CORPORATE HAS CUT HOURS. ALMOST NO EMPLOYEES. AT 5 PM. SELF CHECKOUTS MOSTLY CLOSED AS WELL. PRICE GOUGING AND CUTTING EMPLOYEES HOURS. LINES TO THE BACK WALL. NOBODY CARES.

The prices are through the roof , we need other grocery store to come to Delhi area , have to watch for out dated food !! Are not set up for senior's not a good store . Price hill has better prices but also a bad store .starve or get ripped off by Kroger, Delhi people STOP going here !!! You know they have higher prices and out dated food !!! Drive somewhere else , there is a Bigs in west Harrison right up river road try it . I go there. They need to close this Kroger !!!

This store along with all the others on the west side of Cincinnati just keep getting worse. Took me 20 minutes to ship and 35 minutes to check out. Items are always out of stock. Management is never anywhere to be found, there is no leadership here. Kroger practically ran all the competition put of town and now treat there customers with indifference. It almost feels like they are trying to make the shopping experience as miserable as possible to try to force people to use the online solutions.

Someone has to have the ability to do something about this pharmacy drive thru always being down and out of service. The Delhi store is making money hands over fist but can’t invest in this Drive Thru. They must use the same guy who repairs the McDonalds ice cream machine!
