Shout out to cashier Sandra (with very interesting hair) who was the nicest, most friendly, happiest cashier I have ever seen at a Kroger. Wow. Because I usually try to avoid this location as the folks here are pretty depressed and sad looking. But go Sandra. If I saw her every time, I would switch to this Kroger instead of Blue Ash.

Good place to shop, especially in the early afternoon. Found everything I came to purchase, and got out quickly.Also, returned a lost cellphone to the woman who'd lost it, and was glad to do it. It was in the top section of my cart, and starting ringing...with the SAME ringtone I use 😀. I knew it wasn't mine, because my phone is never out when I shop, and turned it in to Customer Service. I then noticed a woman walking around, looking for something, tracked her down, and told her where I'd dropped off her phone. Glad to have helped her out 👍🏻

Me and this lady came into Kroger last night at 9:55pm. A girl came yelling at another coworker saying why did he let us in. He replied to her and said it’s not 10. She said some cuss words but I continued to grab what I needed before closing. As I went to the u scan the lady ask her a question and the girl just insulted her so bad. I was disgusted

Shopping here is a nightmare deli never opens when it supposedly then they have you stand around waiting on them for 20 mins or more. Then the bakery employees stand around gossiping instead of helping. I will not return because you can never get everything at once..

It's a Kroger, and its fine. It's a smaller store with limited inventory. I am only giving this 3 stars because there are ALWAYS people outside or inside the store trying to sell you on something. Usually Spectrum

This is probably the worst Kroger around they never have lanes open operated by people then out of I believe sixteen self checkouts they only ever have maybe four running. I don’t believe they clean or anything to well either because it’s always so dirty and they hate stocking apparently so I always have to make extra trips back for everything I need. I only still go to this one because the next is thirty minutes or more from where I live.

Shelfs are being stocked more and more. Always clean. Great staff. The pharmacy staff is great. Some new ones are on the just ok side but all in all a great place to get everything on your shopping list, get your prescriptions filled. Fast and easy check out.

I went to kroger in hartwell this morning to self check out I had not planned on going back to that store cause my experience there last month was horrible they had a new young lady at self check out she was excellent she said good morning and ask if I needed help with anything and was very pleasant thank you hartwell kroger for stepping up your game that’s the way you greet your customers I give her a 5. *****

I used to love this store. Small and accessible with a decent variety for a smaller store. However, the customer service has been HORRIBLE the last 6 months. Employees could not care less if they help you. Always angry and unwilling to help. Never see a manager around. Was just there with one lane open and eight carts waiting in line. Employees just wander around in slow motion. I/4 of the coupons that I download onto my card I can't use because they do not have the items in stock. This place is going downhill fast.Wondering if anyone from Kroger even reads these reviews...come on Kroger management, prove me wrong. I am almost done with the Kroger brand all together if this is the way you allow your customers to be treated. Even if it is only one bad store, it has your name on it and that is what anyone who goes into that store will think of your brand. If you cannot improve one small neighborhood store I am done. There are other brands to shop and I will be more than happy to drive extra to at least have a moderately decent shopping experience.

Good morning, fyi on June 29, I got gas at Harwel Kroger, and after checking my account I noticed a difference in the amount of gas the actually got. I contacted my bank which they told me to contact Kroger which I did. The manager did absolutely nothing, gave me corporate number, the corporate representative assured me that she talked of which she did not. I called back, there were notes on the issues however no refund to be given. Shame on you clerk for stealing from me, and double shame on you Kroger for no one even responding back to me. What you have taught me is to use cash now. What I will do for all all of you is give to God and let him deal with you accordingly.

Not a big selection, a lot of employees who don't care. Meat department always has meat going bad. Grocery side is good, usually having almost everything in stock as well as the frozen and dairy departments. If you want good service after 5pm forget about it because it does not exist.

Why is this store still open? Rude people work there, customer service is never open, dirty nasty mice running around everywhere, can never find any manager's and the place just suck's in general, it use too be such a nice store but not anymore. Peace.

This Kroger's is nice, but they need to have more lines open for checking out! There were two 15 items or less lines open and one regular line open😕 Other than that, it's nice! It not a Super Kroger's but you can get all of your groceries there😁

I love this location! The store is smaller so there is less selection than some of the other stores. I love this place to pop in and do a quick loop of the store and grab a couple things I need. The employees are always friendly and quick to help when needed.

This store is very small in comparison with the other Kroger's near by. However, the lines are shorter and you're not constantly fighting your way through crowds of people. It puts me in the mind of an upgraded convenient store, it sells basic items for grocery and household goods. Love the convenience of being in and out and not spending your whole day fighting traffic, lines, and crowds of people!

I moved to this area in 2018. I grew up, and then raised my children in Loveland, Ohio. When I first moved here, I didn't know the area at all, and in looking for the nearest grocery store, kroger on vine was the first and closet store that I saw. I went there once, and did not go back. It was a mess, dirty, unorganized, unstocked, terrible produce and the staff wasn't so friendly. I didn't realize there was a kroger on winton initially, so I started shopping there instead. Where I'm located is right in between both krogers, equal in direction both ways. Recently, I started doing grocery delivery and kroger vine street was one of my first assignments. I went reluctantly due to my past experience, but when I walked in I was amazed! Whatever changed since 2018 has dramatically improved this location! Although a smaller store, it is ran and staffed with an amazing team! Every employee is super friendly, welcoming and helpful above and beyond expectations! It's always clean, organized and stocked (as well as it can be with the current state of things). Going between winton and vine for my delivery assignments, I've noticed that vine is the better of the two hands down! Winton is so low on stock constantly, and the employees aren't as friendly (some are, not an all inclusive statement) but as a team, vine employees rise above! The shelves at vine are way better stocked than winton, and I consistently see employees at vine restocking throughout the day! I don't see that at winton, ever, only early in the morning. I'm not knocking winton, but I think vine deserves the recognition for going above and beyond! Whatever has changed since 2018 was a great move! I do my personal shopping there now as well! Your store and all the exceptional employees deserve recognition! The community surrounding you appreciates each and every one of you! ...and the new shopping carts are appreciated:)

Saved the day for me. Needed a quick stop at Kroger while making a series of deliveries and needed to get gas using Kroger points, so this was in the right place at the right time. Kroger store layouts tend to follow one of a few basic patterns ( with exceptions for the super stores that make me crazy ) so it is fairly easy to come into many unfamiliar stores and still navigate fairly easily

Out of nowhere they started opening at 7 a.m. instead of 6 a.m. which completely throws things off when you have a busy morning. I normally shop early morning.

Customer service is REALLY bad. I watched multiple manager and employees, namely Nate and Mary ignore people in the self checkout that needed help. I waited for literally 20 minutes for someone to unlock the case just for q-tips, and eventually gave up and left after asking three times. The last dude I asked just shrugged and said he was going on break. I saw one dude steal his stuff because no one came to help at the self checkout and I honestly don’t blame him. I don’t know why $2 q-tips are locked up anyway

This is my "go to" Krogers when I need to get in & out quickly. This is a smaller store so, there's less territory to cover. They usually have everything I need. Sometimes the larger stores have deeper variety choices such as more flavors or more sizes but all the basics are here. I prefer this pharmacy because there's rarely a wait, they know me & are very helpful if I have questions. I would really miss this store if it went away.

Avoid at all costs. By far the worst Kroger I’ve been to. Rude staff, condescending management, never enough lanes open. I could elaborate, but what’s the point. Kroger seems apathetic to its smaller community locations. I’ll pay more at the Farmer Fresh Market up the street but the better service and environment are worth it. Never again.

My neighborhood Kroger. Love this store. It's not one of the ginormous Kroger stores. Everything is easy to find and most of the employees are so friendly and helpful. Can't really say the same for their security staff though. Mike is the best. Most of the rest are snobs.

It is a normal Kroger. Reason I rank it so low if I have been used to my Kroger having all my international food choices, and this one has tacos. That's it. No sushi section bear the deli, and even their beer and wine section is a tiny thing. Miss the huge one I used to live near.

I go out of my way to come here because the size is perfect. Sometimes I have to ask if I want an unusual fruit or vegetable but they often have a couple tucked away somewhere. I shop usually during the day and have never encountered long lines. I have noticed, though, that the self check often takes longer than regular lines.

8/31@5pm. Cincinnati Hartwell-Vine street location #405. I purchased approx $45 in gas and printed my receipt for purchase at pump #6. As soon as I hopped into my car, I received a bank notification (set up on credit card) that showed $125.50 pending charge at kroger fuel #440.The bleach blond hair cashier came out to supposedly empty can at this specific pump #6.I immediately a placed decline on all transactions based on this and waiting to speak with fraud dept at bank institution.I have receipt and pic of pump verifying my purchase.DON'T TRUST THIS LOCATION. My advice? Utilize your bank alerts to keep an eye on your bank transactions. Lot of folks trying to get over.

This store has progressively gotten worse over the last 2 years. Now they've started closing customer service at 5pm without notice. The customer service is non-existent, and many long time products are no longer offered. The store has also slowly been getting dirtier and dirtier. Almost as if they stopped caring altogether.

Me and another family saw a rat running from the meat section to food isle. Ran right in between us. I told the man that was putting meat on the racks and he blew it off Like , "yeah yeah okay". Well yall can keep your rat infested food. I will be contacting someone about this issue. FDA, USDA or news channels this is ridiculous.
