This Kroger is clean and well organized. Easy to park. Produce is fresh. Good flower and plant selection.

Their cleaning standards are not at all up to code. I normally get my dairy and produce here, but after today I don't think I will be. In the specialty cheese section, multiple products were expired. Not only that, but HEFTY amounts of mold, as seen in the images. I spoke to a manager about it, to which I was told it would be "taken care of," only to return shortly after due to accidentally buying expired cheese and finding that only the mold pictured was wiped up. Bits of mold and spores between the grates and underneath the shelves were still very, very visible. I spoke to someone else in customer service about it but if the manager did the bare minimum, I doubt anyone else will do more. For your safety, I'd heavily suggest buying dairy and produce somewhere else. This place does not have any health standards whatsoever.

They are even better what i was expecting they unloaded me within hour very quick unloading also they accepted me 1:50 early from my appointment time only their docks are very tight better if they can find space for the bobtail trucks parked in front of the dock doors no enough room to stretch..

The smells when opening the frozen food doors are foul. Frost all over the products.Update: Look at the pic I took on 7/30/23, milk that is 2-3 weeks expired on the shelves. Folks find a better option, this Kroger is HORRIBLY managed and frankly a public health concern.

They only have self checkout open in the mornings. The store is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful.

An employee at the store tried to frisk me - as I was walking in!That line says it all. I got a cart and walked in. When I entered, someone working there got in front of me, and said "Stop. I need to pat you down."This is on the way in, and I obviously didn't set off any security alarms. I've shopped there before and hadn't had any issues (aside from the extremely long waits to checkout).Then he started laughing. Apparently this is a "prank" that he likes to pull on people. You have to wonder - if he also does this to women, what is his intention when he says he wants to put his hands on them?

On multiple occassions I have found perishable items on the shelves 1,2,3 weeks expired, most recently ham that had gone bad over a month prior and coffee 3 MONTHS BAD with no others of its kind within date. This lack of quality control is outrageous.

You should have more than one person working your front desk. It's been a line for over an half hour. When I worked Kroger and any other retail store, the customers were taken care of then you went to handle other stor matters.

Some prices are high as compared to other neighborhood possibilities. Moreover, they keep constantly raising prices, making it impossible to keep track. The lack of organization that was prevalent during the pandemic seems to remain as the new sub-standard. They never bother to place price tags for some items, or don't update them correctly. Nowadays, customers almost need a law degree to read the fine print of the weekly ad and coupons, requiring to buy 5 in one transaction or 6 or more. Often, they run out. If they want to sell, all they need to do is just lower prices, as simple as that. The Kroger webpage for coupons is awful and never improves. Worst of all is when there is no attendant in Customer Service.

This is a small location for Kroger with less selection than the larger ones, but the staff is nice and the store was clean.

I am stuck going here due to my location being so close, they are reorganizing the store again which would be fine BUT they just have empty isles saying "coming soon." No new location for x is here so you can't find anything. The store is almost always in chaos, the Deli is closed during open hours all the time making it super hard to get deli meat for the work week for my husband. When they are open the lady who slices meat is VERY slow and messes up the order almost every time. They've messed up more click lists than I can count. By far my biggest issue is the produce. My god even walmart king of trash produce has better produce. They constantly have moldy strawberries, cucumbers and other produce or it just doesn't exist. They also always have gnats like crazy all over the tomatoes and produce. I literally picked up 4 squishy moldy cucumbers trying to find one that wasn't disgusting. I am not one to complain this is my first review of anything but its been so frustrating. Not the employees fault who ever is responsible for this location is at fault.

Very poor customer service from department managers to the store manager TOM. I asked the floral manager a question and flat out said she could not be bothered until 9am. When I asked for the store manager her sent someone to ask me what did I want… TO SPEAK TO THE STORE MANAGER. If this is the leadership it’s no wonder why the staff feels as if they too can be rude.

Kroger is the worst. No carts....line a mile long...uscan not accepting cash! Ill never be back. Front of store staff needs to be fired. Unfriendly and not helpfulThis excludes the young man that works self checkout. He is awesome. I will be shopping Walmart from now on. This store sucks.

So many youth walking around the store on their cellphone... but should be working. I couldn't even get help. When the seniors are working more efficiently than the youth...there is a problem. Please fix this issue. However, one young lady Miesha went out of her way to assist both me and another gentleman.👏🏾 Kroger needs more youth like her. Please do something Woodlawn!!! Again, please do something!!

Oscar in the deli is so mean. I literally just asked him for salami that was very thinly sliced and he goes to the back and hands me salami that's already pre packaged and the sell by date was the next day. I asked very nicely if he could just slice some for me fresh and he told its the same thing. But it's a different cut from what I was hoping for. Then as I walk away he starts talking about me and making fun of me with another employee. Then the next time I go in I avoided the deli area because of how mean he is and he still started talking about me saying do you remember her and pointing at me and making fun of me again. All because I just asked him to slice salami for me and I was never once rude or mean to him. In fact I was overly nice to this man.Then at the gas pump an older lady got her credit card stuck in the pump. I tried to help her get it out to no avail. There was no one working at the gas station so she tried to call the store to get help and no one would answer the phone. I went into the store to ask for help for her because she didn't want to leave her card and they acted like I was a big inconvenience for even asking them to go help her.Just don't shop here unless you want maggots in your rotisserie chicken, moldy chicken wings, expired sausage links, and moldy yogurt. I've also had a cashier try to fight me with my baby in my arms bc I asked her what her name was after making rude comments about my kid. I have gotten to the point where I just turn my camera on the entire time I'm in this store because it's just that bad. I have left here crying many times. They leave food ready to be stocked in the aisles for hours which is why I'm pretty sure i keep buying bad food from here. I haven't shoped at any krogers because of this store since December. Here's to giving Aldis and Meijer my $16,000 in groceries a year.

This place is dirty - filthy - and staffed with rude employees everywhere. The manager Missy was especially rude and unhelpful. Her leadership skills - or lack there of - really stand out as the store she manages is literally the worst, smelliest, and rudest Kroger’s I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting. Management should seriously consider letting Missy go to get some better talent, so shoppers don’t have to deal with the tone of her, her employees and the inexcusable lack of cleanliness.

I love Kroger, I hate this location. Employees are RUDE as anything, the store is dirty, place is constantly packed, and the isles are crazy tiny. You go to the deli market and the regular employees are extremely slow and very very unfriendly. Caught them trash talking customers as soon as they walk away like ??? How unprofessional can you get?! Last time I went to this Kroger there was 3-4 sketchy dudes walking around trying to sell mixtapes to people buy IN THE STORE. Like really? And the management did not seem very keen on kicking them out... Find another location if you are looking.

I was in an isle looking for a product. Someone took my cart which had my car and house keys. I looked down the isles and couldn't find who had it. I went to customer service. I made sure to tell several people. I asked them to pull up the camera. They sent one person to help me look down the isles That person treated me like I was making it up. She said to me "why would anyone take your cart". They never pulled up the camera. That same lady said the manager isn't oing to come up here just for that . I had to get the cops involved. They were nicer when the cops got ther. The assistant managers excuse for the lady Donna being rude to me was that the employees have been working over 10 hours. Guess what I've been working all day also. No reason to treat someone like that. I still don't have my keys. I'm supposed to wait another day until they have someone who can pull up the camera. I shouldnt have had to get the cops involved to get any action. I will never step foot back into this Krogers again. They just lost me as a frequent customer due to rudeness

We have been to this location multiple times and whenever Annette is our cashier we get horrible customer service and treatment. She always has an attitude not only once but multiple times she’s our cashier. She is always raising her voice, doing facial expressions that you can tell under her mask and rolling her eyes. She lets her attitude get the best of her and it shows. We have never said anything because we always thought maybe she was having a rough day even though it’s not an excuse at all. She has not only been rude to me and my family but I’ve seen her being rude to other customers as well.

Came in a little after 6:30 this morning and spent an hour or so shopping. Had a full cart. Get up to pay and there's about 10 people in line with only 2 self checkouts open. Wait about 20 minutes to pay only to find out that you can't pay with cash. Thanks for wasting my time.

It's never been a good Kroger location but now they are cancelling pickup orders due to low staff. No option to pick up at a later time or transfer the order to another location. Cincinnati desperately needs a competitor to Kroger.

Had just about everything I needed. Learned lesson that if I need to use a cart, get there earlier...lol. Won't be much longer I won't need.. but appreciate that they do provide them. This may become my neighborhood Kroger! Really helpful employees, really pleasant despite kinda stressful time of day.

Rude lady at the cashier. Went back there for a second time and used self checkout to avoid that lady, guess what, she was there! and she was very rude as usual, treating people in condescending manner. I honestly don’t get it why this Kroger has such high rating. I wish I could give this Kroger zero star for the bad experience. Never coming back again.

Clicklist is ok. Inside the store is overcrowded most of the time and the parking lot is literally dangerous with cars and walking. The workers are almost all nice though.

Employees are not friendly and not helpful at Woodlawn Krogers. I asked Laura three times to get the manager. All she could say was I do not know where they are. She did not bother to page them which is what I would have done. Furthermore, the customer service counter had nobody there and one employee said, "nobody is working there today". SMH...
