This store is located in an area that literally borders the ghetto. Amazingly, the store is clean and well stocked. I would NEVER go there at night because homeless people are in the parking lots all around that area, and many of them look like their Meth users. They have a Security guard INSIDE the store, at the entrance.10/17/23 UPDATEI went in today to drop off a bunch of plastic bags for recycling. I really appreciate Kroger being environmentally responsible in that way.Take an abundance of patience if you go to the deli for service. It’s excruciatingly slow. I don’t believe the staff have been there very long and there’s only one or two people working in the middle of the day, when I went both times. Be kind, bite your lip, and allow yourself loads of time.

If there is a large woman named sharri at the counter. Go to a different Kroger's. She'll take 20 minutes per person. So God damn slow!!It'll be much faster!

I personally like Kroger's especially the new Super Kroger's in a Dent, on Harrison Ave in Green Township. They have clothes, shoes, all types of home & auto products you may need. Download the Kroger app which will help save you money on weekly and other digital coupons. Excellent clean store.

This is a good predictable Kroger store. It's not the biggest but certainly has a great variety to offer.

If your not going to use all those lanes/cashiers you have available and force people to use self-scan, you should AT LEAST have 1 employee monitoring the self-scans to help all the customers when needed!! Literally 5 employees chatting it up, in a group, in front of the self-scan section, not doing anything and customers asking for help and everyone being ignored. I asked for help from all of them and not one could help me. One told me “ I don’t work here” even though they had a Kroger uniform on and walked away fast, I called at another employee from the group & she looked at me, ignored me and walked away fast, the third employee just stared at me blankly and stood there doing nothing with no response, the others wander off because they probably thought I was going to ask them for help... Not only was I being ignored but multiple other customers were as well. My point is that there are so many employees but none are working, none are able to assist customers, none are getting the job done.

Worst Kroger in the area. Only store we go to that employs baggers, that never bag. I don’t work for Kroger, so not really a fan of coming to grocery shop and having to ring up my own groceries, bag my own groceries or BOTH! Customer service has been lacking for years and recently it’s the worst it’s ever been.

While in the produce section this morning I noticed a bird, a robin, flying around, landing on lettuce, eating away. I notified the first employee I could find- two sections away in the bakery. They laughed. "Oh, it lives here! It’s OK, we can’t catch it with our bare hands." WHAT?!? Got in line to pay for the 2 items I decided to keep. All lines were long. Since I only had two items, I went to the self checkout. There are six registers. The line went all the way to the back of the store. 10-15 people deep. After I finally made my purchase, I went up to the Customer Service desk to let them know about the bird and long lines. The employee ignored me, head down, working on paperwork so he could leave on time. I know this because a coworker told him to go ahead and finish, that he’s clocking in shortly. The line grew behind me. I decided to just walk up to him. I let him know about the line to checkout. As he was actually directly in front of that isle I would think he’d notice. Nope. Just smiled at me, not interested in hearing my concerns. So I told him I’m going to notify the Health Department about the bird. I don’t normally shop at this location, and after today, I never will again.

This Krogers is highly racist and a huge oppressive company. I was in self check out with a young white friend of mine we saw a white lady being watched as she scammed items she never scanned anything on the bottom (maybe $100 worth of stuff) then I went through and got done went outside they ran up on me saying I didn’t scan 2 items so they took them back. I never grab my receipt but I wish I would have. He wouldn’t even run the cameras back to see. I’ve never been so embarrassed to have my items taken from my cart and taken back into the store claiming I didn’t pay for them. I had to get a refund from my credit card so they stopped the transaction. No longer shopping with Krogers. They racially profiled a black single mother and didn’t even give me a chance. Im so tired of racist bigotry in these top brand stores. It’s crazy because a woman stood there watching out every move and didn’t say anything. Even to the lady who was actually stealing lots of laundry detergent. I can’t continue to contribute my hard earned salary with such bullies

Kroger's what isn't there to love, or hate about them. However, this Kroger is honestly higher end of medium. The second to only reason for a 4 star and not a 3 star, is the people working there. If you knew Mary or Steve you would LOVE this place, sadly they no longer work here. But the greatness in the workers hasn't seemed to diminish since their departure... which is great.In my opinion this Kroger's has the best gas pump station on the West or in the vicinity (50-75 miles.) The gas pump is another factor as to why this review is a 4/5 stars instead of a 3/5 stars. This place is a good shopping location, and runs some good deals as well.PS: Make sure to check out the scratch-n-dent isle.

A clean store and enough register's are open compared to Ferguson who never has more than 4 lanes open which makes self checkout a night mare bc ppl are forced to take full cart's through it

Very frustrated! Stopped in after work to pick up a few items for dinner, only 3 checkouts opened with very slow service. I went to the self checkout with only 4 opened. When I asked the attendant why they wouldn’t open more, she was very rude, telling me that’s all they open with one worker. I am a regular customer at Kroger, shopping there 2-3 times per week and it’s very frustrating for me when I spend my hard earned money at a company that doesn’t have it’s loyal customers best interests.

The grocery part of the store is fine but the pharmacy has issues. They are unorganized, have poor communication with each other and customers, they just always seem lost. I'm there three times a week because they can't get my mother's prescriptions right the first visit. It must be a "training" pharmacy... I will say they are always friendly cause they have no idea what is going on from shift to shift.

The deli department here needs a change. It’s ALWAYS a miserable experience that takes longer than the entire rest of your shopping experience. You can’t make up for it by getting the grab & go bc the bags are taped together and all the cheese breaks from being stuck together. The staff has no empathy for the wait, and honestly seem as upset as the customers. Pay them more, get more help, or fire them and get people that have customer service. Waiting a half hour to be served by an angry, slow person isn’t ideal customer service.

No electric carts for the disabled or elderly all of the shopping carts are in the parking lot or somewhere else. Customers had to walk back out to get grocery carts to shop. Do better

As a 3rd shifter I was very disappointed in the store no longer being open 24 hrs..I understand the safety issues. With that being said you can longer go in and do your shopping, you now have to navigate around the personal shoppers and stockers, to find there are more out of stock items, and your deemed in their way.So I decided to try to not get frustrated with the employees for doing their jobs, I would make things less frustrating and try the clicklist. Get off work pick up groceries no more long lines and angry cashiers! piece of cake...it was easy to set up, a little buggy to navigate site but manageable, placed order and checked out. I was given a pick up time of between 12 and 1. I received a call at 11:30 telling me they were busy and order would be ready 1 to 1 1/2 hrs after 1. SIMPLIER TO JUST SAY 230. So at 230 there is no email and order states still in progress. I called once again and was rudely told my order was ready at 12. So much for this being quick and easy. Managers response was I'm sorry we are busy. We credited the checklist fee.....Not acceptable!!!!

Sundays at this store are a zoo period. I usually go after 10pm where I am not fighting a boatload of people clogging up the isles n people just stopping to use their phone. They tend to re arrange the isles every so often. At least as of the past 3 years at least. Overall good store, nice people.

Raymond "Ray" Brown is the store manager, and he is a piss poor excuse of a manager! He was booted out of Delhi Kroger, which he nearly ran into the ground. Since he has become store manager of this location the customer service has declined! I had a cart full of groceries that I unloaded onto the belt. The line was wrapped around the store! only one lane open besides U-Scan. I felt I shouldn't have to use U-Scan because I had over 30 items! The cashier was friendly enough, but didn't help bag my groceries. No bagger in sight!As a customer, if I should have to bag my own groceries I feel that I should get a discount! On top of that, I've been awake since 4:30am and worked 10 hours. I also have a horrible chest cold. I will not be coming back to this Kroger!

I live in Cheviot; however, hate shopping at this Kroger. Today I reported Toni, who works in self- check out to the manager because this is the 2and time this employee had an attitude with me. This store is "ghetto" and I try to avoid shopping here at all costs because it seems like I have a bad experience every time I go in here.

I shop here all the time. I've had a lot of great experience's here. Only a few of cashier's have issues, other than that I'm good. Most of the people that work here are really awesome people , that care about the customer and work with you. .
