I made a large purchase with Jones.... $13,000 in total. That is a lot of money to spend on fish and supplies with someone you have never done business with. Like any business, there was mistake made. I wanted to meet them onsite for the delivery and somehow a phone number was swapped and I was not informed. I was quite disappointed. I called Jones and spoked to Adam Hater, the COO. He was extremely understanding at the great level of disappointment. He went above and beyond to make it up. At our next delivery he hand picked very nice, very healthy XL fish and gave extra fish to make up for it. As a business owner, I totally understand mistakes... what matters is how you handle them. Adam and Jones have made it right and they have earned a loyal customer for the next 50 years. Thank you all for what you have done! Great job Jones!

If you have a water feature/pond and need a plant or koi then this is the place to go. Quick and easy to get to and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable.

I purchased a home that was being serviced by Jones Fish for many years. During my real estate closing, I was told that the season had been paid for, for the entire season. Once I moved in, the services stopped. I was contacted by a manager who told me that the information I was given, was incorrect. I told him it was fine and that I would transfer service in my name, and put a card on file. A few short hours after that call, a team member showed up to service my pond. I was charged for July, for service 2 times per month, biweekly (or at least close to that). That communication was clear. My card was charged for August and then no one ever came back for service after the second visit. When I inquired about this via email to Christina and Alex, asking why I paid for 4 treatments and received 2, I was flat out ignored. They owe me $151 and I am not ok with being ignored. I paid for a service that I did not receive.

It's almost an hour away from my house but well worth the drive. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I thought the prices were reasonable. And even though I didn't ask for it they carried my order to my truck. I will definitely be back

If you have questions about your lake or pond these people know there stuff. Sent them a picture of green stuff growing in our lake. They were able to tell immediate what it was. Ordered my treatment and was delivered within a few days. Completely solved our issue.

I bought a bunch of fish and minnows to stock a pond and they are very helpful throughout the whole process. They happily answered my many stupid questions.It was an hour and a half drive plus acclimation time and only had two minnow floaters and those I probably pinched when handling the bags. All the rest of the fish were happy and healthy swimming in their new home.

Found exactly what we were looking for to add to our pond here. Some new fish and a few plants. The staff is always so helpful and the fish are so unique. We got a gold fish and a silver fish to add to our pond. Our kids check on them daily.

I know nothing about ponds, and I bought a property with one. I was certain I was killing the fish through my ignorance. I heard about this place and stopped in to ask questions. I spoke to Makenzie (sorry if I butchered the spelling) and she reassured me, looked up the acreage of the pond and made recommendations without the hard-sell so many places do these days. I left with reference materials in hand and feeling empowered to make informed decisions, but I hadn’t spent a penny.I’ll be back to purchase the things I learned about, and I know I’ll be a lifelong customer. Great job, guys!

Good selection of fish and advice for stocking etc. Available to a large area, however I'm not convinced on the fish care. We had some fish (hybrid striped bass) were dead when introduced to the lake. The delivery driver had their water much colder than our lake, not trying to match temperatures, and just wanted to offload them as quickly as possible and leave. I think the grass carp will have been ok, not sure the bass made it. Have had greater care and acclimation measures taken from other fisheries.

Hands down the best place to go if you need to stock your pond or need a beautiful selection of koi for your fish tank. Employees care about WHO they sell the fish to, and will advise against overstocking your set up. Koi prices are very cheap compared to other places and they have a very good return policy if something happens to go wrong. I take all my friends who never been because its quite a sight to behold the thousands of huge fish they have there, even for those not in the hobby.

We visited on June 14, 2022 for our first time & they did not disappoint! We got home with our purchases & realized we didn't get our complete order. I called them & asked if they could mail them to me because we live an hour away. I received a call from the manager Monday morning & she was so kind & offered to mail them to me. We received them the next day & they even threw in an extra plant and a couple Jones Fish Coolies. They outdid themselves! We will definitely be back!! I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THEM FOR ALL YOUR POND NEEDS!!

We picked up some weed carp for our farm ponds. It was a very smooth process. The fish were prepared in plastic bags with enough oxygen to be comfortable for 6 hours. Ours all survived a 4 hour trip in fine form. Jones Fish is very professional. BTW, Their farm in Cincinnati is a beautiful, calm place. A nice place to just visit and hang out! You can see the different species of fish in tanks ready for sale.

Love this place!!! Wether you have a backyard koi pond or a large pond your trying to stock for fishing. This place has it all!! Very informative staff with all sorts of fish and or accessories for any of your pond needs! They have fish,food,pumps,chemicals,fountains and lots of plant options. I've been coming here for the last 8 years for my koi pond needs and always leave happy!!

Terrible customer service, spent $1000 on a restock. Three weeks later experience a massive fish kill. Never before in the 15 year life of the pond have we ever experienced anything like this. Then trying to get someone to check out the issue. Never happened would not recommend this company for any pond products. Nor will I ever do business with them again. 1/5 of the fish they delivered and introduced to the pond died. Buyer beware. I'll look elsewhere in the future.

My family drove an 1hr and 15min, my husband had purchased some channel cat fish (bigger ones)some how ended up with small ones . Fish are unhealthy. Bought one koi and a dozen mosquito fish. Within a couple of months more than half of the fish died, including the koi. All other fish in my pond not from this company are healthy and thriving.

Great place to get fish and aquatic plants for your pond. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they offer lake management services if you have algae or other water issues as well as pond stocking.

We had Jones treat our pond for a growth of algae. It was a mess. They safely got rid of it while not harming our fish and other wildlife. Then, they replaced an old fountain with a beautiful new one. All the while they were respectful and easy to work with. Lastly, the fish they sold us a few years ago have grown and provide plenty of catch and release fun!

Been going to Jones's for 20 some years the staff is helpful they are well-stocked, prices are reasonable. Lots of beautiful water plants , I always seem to buy a couple fish for my pond and for my clients ponds.certain times of the year you can see the eagles nesting there are swans there are ducks and unfortunately there are great blue herons

A great choice if you're looking to stock a small lake or you just want a few fish for a small outdoor pond. They have some beautiful premium koy, as well as a nice selection of comet, shubunkin, and fantail goldfish. They bag them up for tranport very securely. Don't forget to stock up on the koy/goldfish food before you leave! The staff are friendly & knowledgeable, and the prices competitive. Well worth your trip!
