From the quote to install everything was exactly what they said it would be. The technician arrived exactly in the window they provided me and when I paid for the services I had installed it was exactly what they quoted me. The technician was knowledgeable and answered every question I had. If you’re in the market for a humidifier for heating and air or any other services, don’t hesitate to give them a call. I paid the same price to have them professionally install one as I did for a Dyson. Top notch !!!!

Awesome service. Tech was not over selling and actually did a really good job trouble shooting my AC that just needed a coil cleaning…Many companies would have charged me some Freon charge and other things but not this guy. Today Justin told me my air conditioner is leaking fluid. It is 15 years old. They have kept my Carrier furnace running perfectly for 26 years. Very honest and trustworthy company! Fine people working there. I have to ponder replacing both.Seven years ago, on the coldest day of winter, my furnace went out. They came in the middle of the night and tried to fix it. A major part went out. They could have tried to sell me a new furnace then. Instead they told me it was a manufacturing recall and under warranty. It cost me nothing to replace. I called Jansen multiple times between May 26th and 27th to try and get a technician in my home to determine why there was water all over my floor from my HVAC unit (furnace).On my last phone call of the 26th, which was after hours and after I had called other companies trying to find someone available, I was told that I would be called back in the morning to schedule an appointment. I was not and I had to call myself.On May 28, a technician was sent to my home and he determined my pump had failed. The drainage pump was replaced and the drain was checked to make sure it was clear.On June 6, I found water all over my floor again. I called and the technician arrived a day later, said the pump was faulty, and I'd have to get a replacement. He did not have a replacement for me in his truck, and he told me that I could wrap a towel around the pump and it would be okay until another technician was sent. I was under the assumption I would be called sometime in the same week to create an appointment to fix this problem (again, for something Jansen installed and determined broken). I was not called back.On June 15 I called and was told the only availability was June 24. I made the appointment, trying to be patient as there's a pandemic.Once I noticed mold and water damage, however, my patience went out the window.Multiple associates at the Jansen front desk were rude to me when I would call, and did not take me or my concerns seriously. The technicians are nice enough, but their pleasantries does not change the fact that I:- Paid $457.16 for a water pump to be replaced, which was determined broken on installation by the second technician.- Was never called by their office to set up a follow-up appointment after the second technician informed me he did not have a pump in his truck.- Now have damaged floor tiles, water damage in my walls, and damaged trim from the water leaking from the pump that Jansen installed.- And to top it off, the issue was a ripped tube that took ten minutes for a licensed plumber (unaffiliated with the company) to fix.As of this time, I have not been issued a refund.Edit 6/23: Still no refund and no attempt to contact me to correct damage that Jansen's technicians caused. But I'm glad the owner has time to comment on five star reviews.

Our furnace was blowing cold air on one of the coldest mornings of the year ( no heat). One call to Vickie and Christie got us on the schedule for same day service. Justin arrived at the promised time and had our heat back on within 30 minutes. This is exactly the reason why we switched to Jansen and will continue to use them. Everything was communicated ahead of time and all involved were friendly and professional…5 stars all around…Thank you Jansen Heating & Cooling

Love having the contract/membership with Jansen’s. I know I’m always covered when it comes to my heating & air conditioning system. They call to schedule my checkups, keep everything in good order. They also make great suggestions for getting the most out of my system & making my home comfortable. Technicians are always professional, friendly & on time. Stephen did the check up this morning- called & came on the early side of my 2-hr arrival window (which was great), very efficient & made excellent recommendations. Highly recommend using Jansen for any of your HVAC needs.

He checked out the wireless connection on our thermostat for any errors, maintenanced the system checking out our concerns on a ‘hum’ (was a different appliance) and was very clear about our next yearly renewal of the meantenance contract. We went with Jansen for our new HVAC system after disappointing experiences with several other companies. Jansen is first-class all the way! Everyone involved (sales, receptionist, technicians) was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. When we switched to heat at the end of summer and had a problem, our Tech (Stephen) not only got the heat working, he solved a very serious problem that no other company or tech we've had here was able to figure out.
