I couldn’t be happier with the service at Home Outlet on Ohio Pike and with my purchase of unfinished cabinets. Unlike other home improvement stores, I didn’t have to search the aisles to find someone to help. Everyone I encountered was knowledgeable & friendly. I had 1 small problem with an item & it was taken care of promptly. I’m very happy with the quality of the cabinets. They finished beautifully & saved me a ton on money! (Primed with Bin Shellac Primer & painted with Fusion Mineral Paint.)

Service is great. They help with design and ordering. Unfortunately, I ordered cabinets made in Thailand. They had significant bowing and difficult to understand instructions. When I mentioned to the assistant manager we had a lot of warped wood, he changed the subject and did not want to see my pictures. We should have returned some of them. We tried to flatten the worst door for a week with over 50 pounds of weight at each end without any change. Good news, they are for my craft room and not the kitchen. I wish I had ordered from their competitor! I don't like writing bad reviews and I waited until I had tried to discuss the matter with them.

This place has all kinds of inexpensive items to improve your home. Lots of cabinets doors flooring sinks, you name it. If you are a do-it-yourselfer, you really need to come and check this place out. Just take a few minutes to walk around the store and see what they have. It's worth the time.

Nice people and good deals on cabinets. BUT, if you have to travel very far you might want to inspect them before you leave. I didn't and had to make a 2nd trip to exchange 2 bad ones. BUT the end result was NICE!

Last night we purchased a refrigerator and Victor was our salesperson. Very professional, friendly and patient with us. I had two very large kids running around and my dog with my husband and I and he didn’t seem bothered by any of it and made what could have been a stressful moment a very pleasant experience. Friendliest place for a home improvement place I've been, they had a door slab I needed and they held it for me while I drove for two hours to get it. Prices were great. I'll be glad when they open one up close to Lexington Kentucky I'll be there regularly

Good prices for cabinets, counter tops and other items I use. Pricier than lowes or home depot, but way nicer cabinets. Well worth the difference! Bob is always helpful.

Remodeling my entire kitchen and we drove all the way from eastern Kentucky because of their prices! Couldn't even get unfinished wood cabinets anywhere around my area for the same price.Dave helped with our entire list and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Worth checking. I bought counters. They have glue on end pieces too. The sink they sold me had strange threading that did not connect to any standard hookup. They had some nice doors for someone looking for unique looks.

If you want quality go here.Why pay the same price for press board Cr@p at the big box chains when you can pay the same price for all hard wood quality material.I was treated great at this place, they assisted me with an unconventional project and were very knowledgeable. First time at store with wife and was impressed with the cleanliness and selection. It was the rude passive aggressive female employee who obviously has and axe to grind about men that made it an infuriating experience. Even when I tried to distance myself from her she made it a point to continue her verbal assault. I even walked out to the car as my wife was paying to put distance between this lady and myself to only have her follow my wife out the car after my wife had already told her that we would load it ourselves. By this point she had infuriated both of us. I had finally had enough and called her out on her behavior only to now have her play the victim make another snide comment only to follow it up with “guess I just won my case in court” which made no sense to me as nothing about what was said had anything to do with the legal system. Can’t speak for anyone else at this location but this woman has some serious issues along with a touch of mental illness.
