I shop here for my pets & the staff is always VERY helpful! I had Covid last year & they helped me get my cat food delivered, Amy even sent a little get well note❤️. I also work at an animal shelter & they are SO accommodating when we come out. They are so kind to my shelter pets and volunteers and they donate food to our pet food pantry. I was hesitant at first because my past experiences at pet stores is that they are often more expensive than the general grocery store for all things pets, but I was pleasantly surprised with their prices AND had a wonderful experience with their team members. Highly recommend!

Pet People is amazing place for all your pet needs. We have been going there for a few years now. The quality of their products is miles above any place I have ever been. We love the transparency in the ingredients used in their dog food brands and dog treats. We always know we are getting the absolute best for our dog from Pet People. The staff if extremely friendly and knowledgable. It is the only store we go to for dog food and dog treats. Our dog loves it and so do we.

I cannot say enough positive things about PetPeople. They are absolutely wonderful, and I have never gotten such great customer service anywhere. They go so far above and beyond and are staffed with knowlegeable people that love animals.When my normal pet food had a recall, I went in searching for something new, and was met with great, knowledgeable advice. I ended up with two new things that our pups love.When we found out our 18 year old pomeranian had advanced cancer and only a few days to live, I went in desperate to find something he would eat since his appetite was dwindling. Somehow, I held it together, but when I was trying to explain what I was looking for, I started to cry. The wonderful girl working gave me something "on the house" and was far more concerned with our pup than the money they were losing. The next time my husband went in, she looked up our account and immediately knew who he was and asked how Hurley was doing. He informed her that he had passed away. They sent us a sympathy card. When I went in today, she called me by name and asked how I was doing since losing Hurley.This place has great prices, an unbeatable staff, and they are so helpful and knowledgeable. They always insist of helping carry stuff out if I got a bunch. Always eager to open doors or help in whatever way they can. And they have a great selection of good quality food and treats and toys. I genuinely adore this place.

Great to have in the area! Friendly staff. Kind of small, but the selection they do have is good quality stuff. One of the very few shops I've found that sells Gorilla wooden dog chews, which actually last a long time for our extreme chewers. Also a surprising amount of refrigerated dog food and food mixes - I don't use it, but if I ever did I'd check this place out. We'll be back!

The young men at the Montgomery store location make each visit with my dog a good time. My family's standard poodle Luke loves to shop at PetPeople. He is fussed over and given yummy treats, which makes him very happy. Better yet, I can always find high end and healthy food for him there and the guys always have wonderful recommendations.
