Their bathing area needs a hose with a dog wash system attached where you can turn on and off the soap (see image).1) Water pressure is poor.2) Difficult to get the right and consistent temperature.3) When 2 people are bathing their dogs the temperature is cold!4) They took away their pump soap.5) They took their hose away, please bring it back with a dog washing system attached.

LOVE this store! The people working there make it so fun to visit with my dog. They know their stuff! They are not only very knowledgable, but also helpful, professional, kind & clearly enjoy being there. Tons of quality products and favorite bulk treats make this our favorite.

I was very low on dog food but due to illness I wasn't able to purchase in person. They happily took my phone order and delivered the food that day! I'm so thankful for these good people.

I always like visiting this store when I am in the area. I am always welcomed warmly when I enter and am asked if there's anything I need help with. My dog really likes the new flavor of the No-Hide by Earth Animal in Peanut butter! This is the first time he's actually finished one!

They are really knowledgeable about cats.They suggested a food that my newly adopted older cat just loved. So good for him too.Yes, the food is pricier, but it's worth it and you can return it if your pet doesn't like it.

We are always greeted with a nice cheerful smile by their staff. My dog misses the free treats that were available earlier. The bath area has cut corners. Earlier, there used to be a great selection of shampoos, and now they have just 3 options.

My dog Cambria and I LOVE coming to this location of Hollywood Feed, largely because you guys have the most knowledgeable employee in Kayla! She has an answer to every question, and gives the best advice! Through following her suggestions Cambria has become the softest, most gentle puppy and I shudder to think where we would be without Kayla's advice!

Great, wholesome food for dogs and cats. They have a wide selection of frozen and freeze dried raw which is the best diet for them and great for picky eaters!

One of the best pet stores I have ever been to! Their staff is top notch! If I have any questions they give me the best answers or suggestions about my dogs' needs, since I have five dogs. My two Cavaliers love going!! One of which gets nervous easily but he absolutely loves the staff!! I have no complaints about this store what so ever. They are the BEST!!!

The staff here are super friendly and knowledgeable. They are more than willing to help you with any questions, greet you immediately with a smile. Just today I was holding a 33# bag of dog food while checking out the treats section when a friendly staff member spotted me and insisted he take the food to the front for me while I continued shopping! Great customer service!

Picked up a bag of dog food for a new puppy in our home. The staff was really friendly, helpful, and even carried the bag out to our car. For This particular bag of dog food, their price was even better than Amazon. Happy to buy local with such great service. Will definitely return.

Super friendly and well informed staff. They very kindly gave me several cat food samples when I explained how my picky cat is driving me nuts trying to find food she likes. Fromma is the winner! This store carries a number of top quality premium pet foods that aren't available at the standard pet food stores.
