Stopped in today with a specific fish problem. I called and asked for help. Very friendly staff and the place once completely done will be awesome. Love the 2000 gallon tank in the front. Excited to see what they put in it. Glad they opened since House of Tropics went out of business I havent found a private owned business to support. Give them a try they won t disapoint you. Thanks for the help today! Ill be back soon

I hate doing this. I don’t want to leave a crappy review but two weeks ago I purchased an albino pleco to add to my tank to help control the algae. The staff was very nice to me, I have no complaints there, they did have really nice looking fish that seemed taken care of.I’ve owned fish for 7 years so I know how to properly acclimate them to a new tank and how to reduce the stress of the other fish.I had 3 three-spot gourami’s, an angelfish, a blood parrot, and a golden nugget pleco in my 55 gallon tank. All the fish were about 3 years old and my angel was 7 years old. My gourami’s and blood parrot ended up getting stress ich so I was treating the tank for that, doing everything I needed to do to help them get rid of it. In two weeks I have lost all of my fish except the albino pleco I purchased and two gourami’s. It’s very devastating this happened and I’m not blaming the store but would like to spread awareness about the situation so you don’t lose your babies you loved and raised for years. My heart is shattered and I don’t know what to do from here. My blue gourami looks healthy again but my gold gourami has a very cloudy look and cloudy eyes. The albino pleco seems to be doing okay as well. I was tempted to take back the pleco to the store because I lost all my fish but it’s not the fishes fault why this happened. I’m just very lost at the moment.

Where does one begin. I think it's been more than a decade since Jack's closed. I think it's been at least that long since I've been able to walk into a store and find knowledgeable people! This store not only has an absolutely exceptional selection, but the clean individual filtration to take care of it. Definitely worth the trip exclamation point if you enjoy fish, you need to check this place out! There are fish here but I have never seen in any other aquarium store.

The store has a great selection of fish you don't see in big box stores. The owners take the time to make sure the fish are healthy and stable after receiving them in before selling them too.

My son and I have had an aquarium as a hobby for many years but never had a place to go where we could get something a little different and where the customer service was great. Now we’ve found our place! Just stopped in today (purchased some live plants) and was blown away at how nice this store is! I’ve never seen anything like it. If you are a fish enthusiast, come check this place out. You won’t be disappointed. They were very knowledgeable and super friendly. Highly recommend this place!!

Great store with awesome staff. They have excotic fish along with a few of the common ones that chain fish stores carry. I had my young daughter with me and they interacted with her and even answered her simple questions

They have a really Good selectionOf fish better then your Average pet stores. They also have some pretty neat fish Tanks for sell. They have a really cool set up for all there tanks it's A must see if you have not been there. 5 stars all the way

Great selection of fish. Not happy with the betta care. One container barely had water the poor fish top fin was out of the water. Was hoping they weren't like every other pet store and keeping them in containers.

This is a fish store for genuine fish keepers! They have a wide variety of fish from a large lungfish to a rummy nose tetra. Looking around the store made me wat to establish a new tank! I highly recommend stopping by if you are looking to expand your home aquarium.
