I just walked out the store. Went to purchase items and then when I got to the cash register the cashier ( Black lady with a short haircut ) say. “ let me turn up my music up because the energy just switched then proceeded to turn up the music “ my response “ your energy just switched? “ she ignored me. I told her I didn’t want any of it and walked out … so unbelievably rude, I did nothing to her

I went there today and saw some Red Moscato 4 pk. The price in front of it said $1.35. There were others different flavors that said $1.95. When I took it to the register it rang up $7.00. I told the lady what the sign said and she said it was probably for 1 bottle. They are sold as a 4 pk so why would someone breakup that 4pk. I showed another lady what the sign said and it did not say per bottle and the sign did say Red Moscato. She told me the vendor probably put them there and if I wanted it it would cost me $7.00. She was not very nice. I feel because the sign said $1.35 I should have been able to purchase it for $1.35. Needless to say I told them they could keep everything I was going to buy. I will not shop there again.you just lost a customer and any money I would have spent. I guess you can afford for people to do that.

Staff is ignorant on return policy. Very rude & the attitude of a little kid throwing a temper tantrum on Jerry Springer. Nonprofessional & empty to rational logic. Empty store shelfs with hours of operation is always a guess.

This’s place need qualified management. The Person who call himself a manager in here don’t think knows the meaning of management or management skills, really unprofessional, and very disrespectful. I don’t think he knew customers had a choice to go somewhere else.First of all most shelves were empty, unorganized and the price was higher than anywhere else but they were 4 cashiers and him in the store chitchatting behind cash register doing nothing.

I did get most of what I wanted but stock is pretty sparse in many aisles like gift wrap. Very few choices there. The pirate hat I was excited to find was only $5 but double the price of Walmart. My cashier was nice and fast but very quiet so I could hardly hear her.

Very DIRTY!!!! Out of date stock. I bought 2 bags of Nachos 1 expired 4 -2019 the other 10-2022. Didn't see it till I opened them. Don't want to go back it needs to be closed and cleaned.

I waited in line for about 5 minutes to load my cash app just to be told the register didn't do it. Had to wait almost 10 more minutes because it was shift change just to load my card. Why is there only 1 register to do that on😠. I'll just continue to go to Speedway

I had a return purchased without a receipt and the staff there was very rude about it. I just wanted to make an exchange because the clothing I purchase were too big. I have three items and I just wanted an even exchange. She told me no they can't do that even though it's their policy and told me to go find the receipt. I asked as she just look it up on register can tell you the exactly what time and day and give you the credit card that was used to purchase the items. Of course she said no. So what am I supposed to do with shorts that are two sizes too big

Early here right now and I had both of my nieces or two year old and a four-year-old and it's only 8:48 and they literally said that they were closed and there's supposed to close at 9 and this is the 3413

Very slow service. Only came in to get a few small items and, 30 minute waits in line for everyone in-store. Management did not help the only cashier on shift until everyone was ready to just walk out.

store was well-organized... Line went quick... And they had beautiful mylar Valentine's Day balloons that were 899 everywhere else for $2! Solid work Family Dollar!

This place is horrible! It's dirty, and unorganized. The workers do not care at all. They walk around dressed inappropriate for any type of work environment. They use profanity in front of any and all customers.
