Had coffee pot I wanted good fair price..But only one??it's a little ruff,,But employees are concerned an very polite..I wasn't in the store at the time had I been I've would have payed this poor girls extra 10+$$ to buy a little food for her kids.My daughter and grandson live with me so..You get it,,,God bless your day....

Asked an employee Dontay if you carried carpet cleaner and his response was “I don’t know”. How is this an acceptable response to a customer inquiry? Especially from management? What exactly is his purpose for even being there? You may as well just have a self checkout system and a security guard with such poor customer service.

They are never open! When they are open it’s after 5pm and then their closed by 9pm. How is this the neighborhood family dollar if it’s never open?

They store stay closed, and the manager matt or Mathew, what ever his name is he is extremely rude and unprofessional, including the girl name Quanisha, I also was kicked out at 3pm on my son Birthday by these same 2 workers that said the store was supposedly closed, I always call In advance to see if the store is open, and never no one answer! I just waisted my time and gas money to find out that they are closed at 6 pm on Sundays, and they also promote false advertising prices, this place should be shut completely down!!!

The website says the store opens at 9 am and while I waited until 9:30 am, I saw several employees enter the store from a different door (some with their young children).At 9:00 am what I believe to be the store manager went into the auto zone next to the store, came out ten minutes later and walked behind the building.They're lucky to get 1 star.

Down right ignorant, I was ridiculed for spending 100 dollars there, the young boy was even cussing about it. When you're grown, and have your own, sometimes you have to buy your own toiletries and kitchen supplies. While it's nice to live with mommy, some of us is independent and have to BUY what you would normally raid your mother's house for. I will not be returning to this place ever again

I was in there this morning Ty was my cashier he was very polite & professional. Also the manager Sherry (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was extremely friendly with my return questions.

Customer service was great, spot on, but poor employees, they have a lot to do, its a lil messy, but neighborhood is not the best, its hard ever keeping good employees, but that's everywhere. 5 stars for, employees, trying her best, and not stressing

This store needs some serious attention ASAP!!! The whole store needs cleaned up the floors are practically black from so much dirt built up. No organization at all in the store. Its impossible to ask for any help finding anything because the manager is very rude. Only gave one star because it wouldn't let me post until I clicked on a star. The store doesn't deserve any star's

Says they close at 9pm here it is 440 and the store is shut down, ridiculous, came back the next day and they have a sign on the but the lights on saying they are closed because the system is down, they just need to go ahead and close this store for good

I go to this store for conscience because I didn't have a car and the majority of people that work here have the worst attitude, unfriendly, they never have anything stocked and the prices on the signs and what rings up are by far almost a $2 difference. I will not go back to this store if it was the last family dollar.

The people working were nice. But the prices listed threw out the store are wrong, when you get to the register everything rings up higher. No real savings, i will go to Walmart.

Slow. The cashier in the front was not friendly. They had a line and she ignored customers asking her to get some help. Finally somebody came from the back to help. The second cashier was friendly.
