I walk in and the associate is smoking a cigarette in front of the door with it propped open. Keep in mind this is in the middle of the day. Walking around blaring Hispanic music as loud as her phone could go! Lol what a mess. They're always closed at random time's. Bad management & they need to reavualte who they hire and have proper management there.

2 times now I go there and the doors are locked! 1 time 30 minutes after they open, and again yesterday at like 6pm in the afternoon! I call bs on the service of this facility!!!!!Again another day and I cant go to the family dollar!!!!🤬They need to just close the place down if they can only be open for 3 hours out of 4 days a week!!!!!

Always randomly closed when I go, so I've given up on trying to shop there. I used to really like this location but ever since Covid, it's gone down hill fast. Too many other places to go where I know they don't randomly close so I'm not wasting my time.

Worst store ever. How can a store close whenever it wants? Place is a total mess. I've gone there at.least five times and its closed. Never again. Just close your doors for good and save people a.waste of time.

Not very clean or organized. This store was also the hottest store I have ever been in. well I was being checked out the lady at the register was talking to another employee about how the landlord will not replace the air conditioning unit. I hope they get a new one soon..

It is such a CORPORATE SHAME to run a business where the community benefits from it but it's able to close it's door anytime there is a dilemma. If businesses ran like this I'm pretty sure we will never have a placed to shop, eat, etc. The family dollar store in Cheviot on Harrison Ave. have closed out customers at least 3 times in two weeks! With no valid explanation for the customers. Please do us all a favor since we are spending OUR money there WE DESERVE someone who will manage at all levels to operate how a retail store should the days and hours it is expected to be opened! Please and thank you.

They constantly have empty shelves. Nothing is marked correctly. They have multiple of the same item in clearance but it always comes up regular price. I have only had 1 worker be friendly and helpful. More than anything is the bare shelves in every isle.

Store is filthy, nothing is stocked, there are carts full of random stuff in the way and the cashier was on the phone gossiping and letting everyone know her business while ringing people out. Worst Family Dollar I have ever been to.

Ive been to this store 4 times in the past 6 months. I feel I have givin it pleanty of chances but without a self checkout you will be forced to listen to the employees life story as you inch ever so closly to check out. I calculated out of 4 trips there a 7-14 minute wait in checkout no matter how many people are ahead of you. Absolutley no care about costumers valuble time. Its defintley worth crossing the street to Walgreens. Saving a couple of bucks isnt worth the wait.

They had what I needed and it was clean. My lil secret for the last year plus, if u can't find at the bigbox stores the dollar stores more than likely have what u need. Happy holidays

Location was supposed to be open at 9am today. Went there at 10am, doors were locked. All lights and security TV was on. Nothing on door stating they were opening late or any other issues. Knocked and banged on door with no answer or any movement from inside. Was a waste of time.

So I'd like to know why this location says it's open on Thursday August 6th from 9am to 9pm yet at 3:35 pm the doors are locked and no one is there? Super confusing. This isn't the first time I've encountered this problem.

i got a job at the bridgetown location in cincinnati ohio and started on thursday night and everything was a joke1-everything was a mess with liquid and stuff spilling2-i couldn’t login and change my password3-the employee number they gave me was someone else’s name4-i couldn’t get on the cash register5-they don’t have a manager there6-the store is a mess7- items i was trying to put on shelves wasn’t matching prices or the tags8-i was put on the floor to stock alone because they only had one other employee in the store9-they only have one other person working besides me10-the employees order too much stuff and expect it all to fit on the shelves and be straight or you have to find a item that’s similar and put it there12-i don’t know when or how i’m getting paid13-you can’t call the store because it hangs up on you14-you can’t find the number to corporate or an email to anyone15-i mean it’s a joke

the store, when i went in, was a bit of a mess. the floor needed to be swept and mopped, and the toys were barely on the shelves. it looked like a tornado had gone through and rearranged half the store and the employees had half an hour to fix it
