Like other drivers have said.. easiest to come up Elm and then make a left on Henry. Pull across Dunlap and stay tight to the left wall. Check in is through a door facing Dunlap and up a flight of stairs. They will help you dock once you have your paperwork. People are very friendly.

Kind of scary getting to the loading dock in a 53' trailer, you have to drive through a very small neighborhood and then in an alley. The shipping person guides you around a tight turn, then you're home free. Fast loading. I didn't see anywhere nearby to park.

Very nice and awesome employees. Very tight for an 18 wheeler. If you don't call and get ahold of someone, off of I75, take exit that will get you to W Liberty street. You'll take that east to Elm St where you can turn left (one way street) take it north to Henry Street where you'll turn left again, go one block to the stop sign and straight ahead through the stop sign is an alley where the dock door is down it. After you check in, there will be a person to help guide you down the alley and set up for the dock. Keep tandems forward to make it easier

Not to bad ... Be sure to come in on Henry St and stay far left side of alley for tight right turn (backing to small door in left).Be sure to get Receiving papers from office on Dunlap St (there's signage on the right side) before pulling around.narrow streets, but not much a problem, just slow and steady.

The shipper here is awesome! Do yourself a favor , show up on time. The streets are narrow and there are a lot of low hanging power lines so give yourself a few extra minutes and don't try to be super early or late. Appointments are set here for good reason. They load the old school way roadside. There is no room for even 1 extra truck to be on this tiny little street. They work fast , get you loaded within an hour and help spot you to get you off the street. True professional good old fashioned hard working people. This building was built in 1881 a true part of American manufacturing history and I feel privileged to have picked up at this location.

People as nice as this place is disgusting, that’s the only reason for 3 stars. it is too tight getting around, not worth beating the truck, if you can avoid.

Giving 2 stars just cause the professional courtesy of the employees was great... however for a full size sleeper tractor with 53 ft trailer, this place is unsafe for loading. Book with extreme caution

It is a Very Very small alley and a corner to navigate to get to the dock... However, they have one very experienced and excellent fella working that will guide you right into there. Just listen to the man!! Very Nice people..

if you go to pick up the load. 1st it’s hard to find the location and roads are too tight. 2nd to pick up load you choose or broke the trailer parking at door or cancel the load.

Tight place. If you have big rig long nose. I say cancel your load. But they load you pretty quick.

Yes, it's a tight place to get into but it's not impossible if you know what you're doing. It took about an hour to get loaded, pretty fast compared with other places these days.

I was eating lunch in my car across the street & 2 gentlemen came out to attach a hose to the truck outside. I was curious what was in the truck so I walked over and asked. They were both very nice and were happy to answer my questions.

Was supposed to pick up a load here but couldn’t even get on the street because of cars parked along the curb. Avoid this place. Just look at the pictures of the other reviews. Not a place for semis. Box trucks should be the only thing going there.

Only complaint is that it took 30 minutes to maneuver around a alley corner to back into the dock. Back in forth, foot by foot. Finally clearing the corner by a few inches.
