I love DT! Cute fall decor, great employees, I went for poster board and got several other items to compliment this fall rainy day. And I always get a balloon for my Grandson for a very reasonable price! Today we got a “GEEEN” balloon 😁

Very little in stock. The place was a mess. When I asked the cashier about an item, she replied, "They send us whatever we get."! I went in for five items. None of the five did they have. Most items that they do carry are no longer a value at $1.25. Dollar Tree will be another store to close soon. UPDATE: IT STILL CARRIES NONE OF THE THINGS I LOOK FOR.

Best dollar tree around by a LONG shot. The Beechmont location is closer to me but the extra minutes to drive here is always worth it. They have hands down the nicest staff of any DT location I’ve been to, including the managers. Cashiers are on the same level as Chick-fil-A employees with how kind and helpful they are. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. The only complaint I could think of is they usually run out of Holiday decor fast (but that’s everywhere, no negative reflection on them.) There is ALWAYS someone here stocking and organizing no matter if I come early during the day or later at night. There don’t seem to be that many employees, but the quality in each employee is definitely there and worth the recognition. This location can always happily get my business.

They were in the middle of moving locations for all their products zo it was kinda a mess, lol, and they wefr out of deug tests, but ehy have awesome stuff here and great employees!

I absolutely love this place. I've gotten to know the store really well and where just about everything is. I have a list of certain things that I will only buy from here. Some items are so much cheaper here than anywhere else. I recommend going in here and walking through the entire store. That way you will know what you can get from the dollar store for a marvelous deal.

Manager “Jess” was called upfront by the cashier (which bless her sweet heart), did not come to help for 10-15 mins, no one could find manager, when she finally come up front she was super rude and rolled her eyes the whole time. She was not professional at all, was also on her phone, not the store phone either. They must be just making anyone at that store manager. Not someone I wouldwant working for me, her attitude was so nasty I sit my stuff down and walked out.

Due to being greatly understaffed there are a lot of things sitting on skids or flatbeds around the store. However they gladly unload it for you on the spot and give you the items you need. If anyone is looking for seasonal work the Eastgate Dollar Tree is looking for stockers. Management and staff are great. 👍😃

All citizens were abiding. Some wearing under nose. No evidence of cleaning high touch spots or carts/baskets. Or check out. My review is mostly due to behavior of worker. Mask was not over nose consistently. I even observed them remove mask multiple times while speaking to elderly customers. My review will improve if efforts are made to keep customers and the community safe

I had two employees laugh behind my back today. I never felt so embarrassed in my life. My zipper was done rather than tell me they laughed. It was a tall male with tattoos and a girl with blonde hair. They were so rude. I feel too embarrassed to even go back into the store. This dollar tree used to be my favorite place but If you’re going to have employees laugh at customers than I feel the need to not come back.

this store used to run great with the old store manager......since she has been gone the store has gone downhill. most of the food on the shelves is usually expired, and everything else including the floors is just a mess. I'm not sure if anyone has ran a vacuum in months. I generally avoid this location and only stop in when absolutely necessary

Love this place but to only have 1 cashier on the weekends is sheer stupidity, people don't like to stand in line 20 people deep with people gaving full carts, I walk out along with many others loss of profits & customers

I've always liked the people working here but today I came through bought two small items and whoever the cashier is that's working right now at this time today 12 30 pm on september 12th was just plain rude. No hello greeting no thank you have a nice day. Nothing. Absolutely horrible customer service I only wish I paid attention to her name so I could put it on here. Everyone else that works there is great but she sucks and I definitely think I may choose another dollar store from here on out. If your unhappy at your job pick a new one lady because your people skills suck!!

This store is a mess ! Trash on the floor! Some isles you couldn’t go down blocked by boxes ! Shelves a mess it really needs some cleaning and organizing!!! The worst I’ve ever seen!

I went today and forgot my wallet. The cashier set all of my product aside. When I can back two hours later. She had it waiting and ready for me . Great service

Great selection and customer service. Can’t beat the prices since everything is a dollar. Highly recommend coming for cheap snacks or crafting supplies.

Always, everything $1. And for the most part it is good stuff, use some common sense if what you are looking at is a dollar and you know on sale it is five dollars at other stores it is probably not as good.Wonderful place 10/10 would go again!

I love Dollar Tree but the Eastgate store always seems to be messy anymore and doesn't have the best product display like the Amelia store. I will not stop going but prefer Amelie store over Eastgate.

Friendly staff...lots of good items... They have name brand items in food section you would pay more for at another store like Kroger, Wal-Mart , and Meyers...like campbells soup , v8 energy drinks,Chex mix snacks in the larger bags...the frozen section has some really tasty items too...they have spring rolls that are actually really good and these mini pizza rolls that i really like...i seem regular size Heinz 57 bottles in food aisle too... Packs of xmas cards are a deal and the birthday and greating cards that are 2 for a 1.00 ... Some things will be hit or miss, but i seem to rarely have a bad item...i even got flash cards for my son today...great place to get stocking stuffers...great holiday selection every holiday.

There's one girl working in the whole store while two older lady employees are sitting out in front of the store smoking and talking. The poor girl Kelsey that is alone is having to answer the phone plus help everyone. Horrible way to run a business.
