While the store does need more items. My children had a great experience, Ms. Shawna was able to assist them as they were learning to shop on their own. I was not at the store yet. One of the coupons my son(13) was trying to use didn't match the item in his cart. She was able to direct him to the appropriate item. My daughter (16) was looking for some specific hair care item that she had only heard of. Ms. Shawna was able to describe the packaging to my daughter. She was able to locate it. I appreciate her patience.

I do DoorDash, and if this store comes up I decline all because this store is very unclean, 9 times out of 10 they don’t have what the customer wants to include substitutes, Store is very unorganized. I think all Dollar General stores should have the same layout to make shopping easier for customers

The night shift is terrible the cashier Laura was very rude with me and used ghetto slang it was very hard to understand her I'm surprised she was able to get the job and count money. Her English is broken and she has an attitude problem I think this store could use happier employees. I will be sure my friends and family don't come here to shop if I could give less stars I would. Walgreens right up the street has much happier and helpful employees

The one in Delhi is disgusting. The floors look like they've never been cleaned. Carts with merchandise blocking every aisle. Everything is in disarray. The staff seemed pleasant but the store is in horrendous shape. I've never seen a worse store. Also, according to the website they should be open until 9:00 but they have a handwritten sign saying 6:00.

One word for this location and one comment. First the one word; nasty. Comment= they need to clean this store because it is disorganised, nasty and the employees are rude. Worst of their stores. I would recommend going to another location.Also, the employee named Laura at this store is honestly and I don't like saying nothing bad about people but she is a rude and mean and nasty employee. I know at least 20 people in the neighborhood that avoid this store just because of her.Just listen to the feedback from your customers.Yes this is a dollar store but that does not give employees the right to be disrespectful and never clean.This store is a joke.Laura and the rest of the staff at this location should be fired and used as an example in training of what not to do.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store and please complain to corporate so maybe just maybe things may change.

I like coming to Dollar General. The Employees Are Always Very Friendly. However, I think there needs to be more staff. There's usually two staff. One at the register and one stocking and I don't think that's enough. I also think the shelves could use more organization. Usually when coming into the store some the shelves are messed up and I believe it's do to not having enough people staff. Also some of their things are overpriced, you can find the some of the same things at Dollar tree for a dollar. But overall I like purchasing from here when I need certain things that I can't find anywhere else, because they have some things that other stores don't. Their just needs to be a staffing adjustment. I think it would make the store function much better.

It was a complete nightmare until we checked out!. Deana tried over some boxes that were just WAAAYYY overstocked, the lady was supposed to write an incident report, UH NO! She ducked us! I had the dude that was supposed to be stocking that mess stalking me, he accused me off trying to boost some damaged cover girl blush, I even told him he could check my purse that I had nothing to hide!! I was so so very offended!!! Grrrrr! The one positive out of this hot mess was or check out last she was polite, friendly, and good at her job, I wish that I woulda got her name is like to give her a compliment when I call their corporate office on Monday! 💯💯 Nasty people, Price Hill has lost its mind!!!

Don't think about buying make-up here but most importantly there's a cashier that acts like shes handicapped & I don't appreciate anyone that makes fun of others..its not at all funny however she thinks she's hilarious..I'm about to get her name...Laura..she has red hair & needs

I went for a hundred percent silicone caulk which they sell at an extremely great price of $3.50. They have a lot of items that they sell extremely cheaply. I'm just not that desperate to make it a regular stop. I do understand that it helps out a lot of people though.

It's very unorganized, isles are over packed and it's hard to Miniver. The store also needs clean. The won't allow anyone to use the restroom I seen them turn down a little bitty kid and u can see the bathroom from the register. They told us to go nextdoor to goldstar ant they getupset bc they send their customers over.

This store and the parking lot wall area are absolutely horrible. The store is dirty and disorderly. The dumpster is very seldom emptied so they pile trash beside it. When that is full, they pile the trash along the back wall. I have and will continue to report them to the Health Department. I know they have been fined numerous times for not discarding their trash properly. Any business who has trash laying around will attract bugs and other pests.

This is a small #dollargeneral store located on #glenwayavenue. You do not get any internet service in this place. Even my #5g doesn't work very well. This store is a valuable part of the local community with the groceries, personal care & household basics that it sells. You can tell it is frequently shopped by the locals due to the weekly low stock of some of the very basic items like laundry detergent pending the next truck delivery. There is a big parking lot. The manager and employees are friendly and helpful. All the appropriate #covid19 safety precautions are taken here (so wear a mask). Despite the large amount of shoppers it is kept relatively organized during the week. With low to moderate prices and lots of your favorite snack and food items this is a great place to quickly pick up what you need! Until next time be kind to each other. #dollargeneral @yelpcincy

The store has upgraded since the previous store...at least this one has product and (a) courteous employee(s). However, it is always shortstaffed and there is always a long line to check out. Do NOT use their "digital coupons " app. I've made 3 visits, each one downloading the coupons at least 24 hours before visiting. You are asked to enter your phone number in their keypad . When done, it NEVER downloads all the discounts. (This trip cost me an additional 15$, the previous trips 7$, & 12$- I should've put the products back, but all this is done at the very END of the transaction---with the long line behind me).. There "is nothing the manager can do" and when asked if there was a corporate office I could contact I was told, "there's nothing they will do. Because the customer has to "clip" the coupons. (Ummm. I DID!!! AND checked expiration dates!)In other words, yet another digital scam that can be blamed on the consumer when something goes wrong!

Decent deals on some stuff. Buying things inn a retail environment always makes me feel like I'm getting ripped off, because I know they aren't paying nearly as much as I am... But I wanna pay what THEY pay. Yeah.

Just moved to the neighborhood & needed to pick up some things. HORRIBLE! Boxes blocking most of the aisles, shelves were empty. Normal (non-pandemic) stuff like shampoo. I'll just go to Walmart.

I've always shopped at DC and in many States, but I recently moved to Price Hill, Cincinnati Ohio and received the WORSE service and ghetto attitude from not only the cashiers but the manager as well. Dollar General has it policy on all electronic items, cannot be returned, refunded, store credit nor replaced by anything other than the item that you're actually returning which is crazy. Yet, there are no signs no posting of this policy nor any of knowledgement other than the word out of their mouths that this is actually standard. Like I said I have shopped DG for many many years and I have returned and replaced and actually got refunds for electronic items and other states and another stores with absolutely no issues especially when you come with a receipt. I am never stepping foot and another Dollar General Store ever again.

Will never shop there again. Over charged me but wouldn't refund my money even with my receipt. Tried several times to contact the manager, never received a return phone call. Emailed Corp. HQ, same result.

Says they open at 8 o’clock. They didn’t open doors until 8:30 am. They had employees there. This is a reoccurring problem with this store. Horrible customer service. Employees all have bad attitudes.

This one in Price Hill is one of the cleaner ones. You can tell the employees are hard workers. Best place for household cleaning & personal care supplies

The cashier was rude because I gave him 9 dollars and 30 cents in change and I gave him a ten dollar bill my order was 16 and some change he then closes the draw and told me I couldn't bring change no more.i had to tell him he stilled owed me two dollars then he opened the draw gave me two dollars but kept the rest that he owed me and told me I couldn't spend change no more.i thought money was money he didn't even greet me he's rude he has no costomer experience what so ever
