I love Dogtown, and so does my dog Rosie! Rosie has a membership, and goes to daycare at least twice weekly, sometimes more. Every time I drop her off at daycare, she bolts through the door. My dog is very social, and Rosie loves to be around all the dogs and employees at Dogtown.I also exclusively board and groom Rosie at Dogtown. As long as I live in Cincinnati, Rosie will be a member at Dogtown West. I cannot recommend it enough!

Our pups love going to dog town. They get lots of attention and have so much fun when there. They are worn out from continuous playing. The friendly staff loves the pups like their own.

My dog peaches loves dogtown. She is always super sleepy when she comes home. The dog groomer Skylar is very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend bringing your dog here for daycare, boarding, and grooming.

The most horrible experiences I ever had. We tried to give them chances so many times, but all they did just made us disappointed and upset.First time, One night my husband picked up our dog, any of employees there didn’t tell him my dog got a cut on her face. Until I got home, I figured out that. My husband called them next day, what the manager’s answer was “they forgot to tell us that night, but they actually wrote it down in the journal. This won’t happen again.”Ok, that’s fine. We tried to understand. But honestly, that’s their everyday work, how come they can forget? Not even professional about their service.Second time, we checked on the camera. Quite while I couldn’t see my dog. So we called. They said my dog was at the hallway, she didn’t want to go into the room and play with dogs. Actually it’s kinda scary if you can’t see your baby for some time. The last time, which totally ruined our trust to this team. From the camera, we saw our dog was put into a smaller cage compared to other bigger ones. She is a German shepherd, a big dog, when she was in the cage, she couldn’t even straight her back and stand up and barely turn her body around. We kept checking on her about an hour, finally we called. The manager said “from our angle maybe looks smaller, but actually it’s not.” When my husband asked the reason why they put her into the cage for so long, they said ”just give her space for nap, we only let her in like 15 mins, every dog have their turn.”You can see the pictures, the dog at the corner is my dog. Look how uncomfortable she was.And the pictures with their cages, smaller ones are on the chair, bigger ones close to the window. The sizes you can count by the floor tiles/squares. I think maybe they think I am blind or a fool, so they tried to convince me I was wrong.Well, anyway, maybe because the price is cheap, we only deserve this service quality. If you have no choice to accept this team for your daycare, don’t forget to check on camera as much as you can. My advice.

Our family loves dog town and our sweet husky gets so excited when he knows we are heading there! The socializing he gets with other dogs has really helped him have the best SOCIAL SKILLS! Super important with big dogs. I love that we can check in on him throughout the day on live webcams too! He went today and is so tuckered out! Helps with his behavior at home too! I'm glad we found this place and HIGHLY recommend it!

I love that they are among other dogs their entire stay. Then at night it's a doggy slumber party. Love that is 24 hours and the possibility of grooming.

Thank you DogTown for taking care of my fur babies 😊 I am recommending this place to my friends. I was totally comfortable leaving my little dogs for 5 days. The employees I had contact with are very kind individuals…loving all dogs! One of my dogs needed medication twice a day and they were more than willing to handle this. However, my chihuahua wouldn’t take her pill (in a pill pocket) from anyone other than me! I did get a phone call concerning this issue. They did manage to get her to take the pill one time! I was fine going to the facility in the AM and PM to give her the pill. They followed my feeding instructions perfectly. When I decide to go on a trip, I will definitely bring my fur babies to DogTown West!!!

Our dog has been going to Dogtown West three days a week for the last year. He loves it! As soon as I say it's a DogTown day, he bounds down the steps and leaps into the car. We were a bit anxious at first as he is a bit introverted, but the staff has been incredibly kind to him. My college-aged daughter enjoys watching him on the webcam. I highly recommend them!

Don’t take your dog here unless you want to spend lots of time on the phone with the vet or in the vets office. They leave plastic ziplocks of dog food just sitting out, easily accessible to the dogs. Our dog cannot be the only food driven dog and we have now had at least 4 instances of him eating ziplocks while at Dogtown West. Not only did it happen multiple times, they also didn’t tell us of the incident until we asked them on multiple occasions. After our dog has either started acting sluggish or vomited up a bag, we have called and there has been little said in regards to an apology. Today was the last straw. The staff here does not have your dogs best interests in mind. If I could give less than a 1 star review I would.

I wish I had done more research 😔 the video and the waiver they make you sign..I thought was just a formality but as it turns out...there's a good reason. While on vacation, I called because I could not see her on any of the video monitors. The lady I talked to said they put her in a hallway because she was being noisy and keeping the other dogs awake. The second time I called.. she was literally being chased by two much bigger dogs and they were trying to mount her. She was CLEARLY PANICKING.. all the while the worker was on his cel phone. I asked the worker that I was speaking to if it is a requirement for the dogs to be spayed or neutered and she said yes. I asked for her to be moved to a room where she could rest. They did that. I have screenshots of her being mounted by a pitt..and pictures of the worker asleep. Oh and they must have forgot to tell me about the gashes on her stomach and leg that apparently bled at some point . I feel horrible. she won't be coming back.

I have debated on posting because so far every employee has been super nice and friendly and DogTown West has helped me in a bind or two with their convenient hours. My main issue is that there is no separation between common play area and potty. There is a small tiny covered patio with turf, but not an ‘outside area’. I am posting to hopefully help others avoid the dilemma I am currently in.I see people comment on how terrible the place and their dogs smell. This is true. BUT the main reason is my main complaint. The dogs have no ‘designated’ outdoor potty areas so they are left to just potty in the main common room that they stay in and play most of their stay at DogTown. So they play in it until the workers clean it up. Which brings me to, my dog has never pooped in my house. Even as a puppy or when I started leaving him outside of the crate when I was gone. My normal boarder had that separation for potty. I have used DogTown a few times in a bind and since then my dog constantly poops in my house now. I have reverted back to ‘puppy potty’ training and it hasn’t helped. I am beyond frustrated that I will now have to hire a trainer because of this. I don’t know how else to train it back out of him. Again, he never went in my house even as a puppy. He was an amazing puppy when it came to potty training. But now he feels like it’s normal.

Employees are very nice and good to the dogs. The problem is the smell…it was horrifying. I ended up picking my dog back up instead of boarding for the night. I understand that it might be smelly but I have never experienced anything like that. I was told that they had 47 dogs, which is a lot for such a small place.

We were so nervous at first. But being able to watch the cameras and and see how he was doing, was so amazing. The staff were great. Taking care of, and keeping the dogs engaged. Thank you! Can't wait to utilize the services more!

Cannot say enough amazing things about Dogtown West!! Our pup has gone there since he was 12 weeks old and he absolutely adores everyone there. They have taken the best care of him and the sweet notes and pictures we get let us know he’s in great hands while we’re at work.

My K9 companion LOVES Dogtown. And I love how much energy he can burn off while socializing with other dogs under supervision. Madison and the other staff are always super friendly and glad to see us both. And 25/7 no notice drop off is a huge peice of mind if I have to travel unexpectedly.

Horrible. After boarding my dog here for a week I had a $1000 emergency vet bill because he was dehydrated throwing up and had an infection. Should have known better than to take him back for 2 days of day care he was sick, dehydrated, and had another infection. Took him one last time for 1/2 a day with his dinner handed back to me told that they feed them in separate cages ~where?~ and told that he didn’t eat it which is so not like him. He came home starving, smelled horrible, so thirsty. Do not recommend

I'm not sure I would go back. I felt like the lobby had a bit of an odor and the price was not any cheaper than my usual groomer with a much different experience. I was grateful to get in at the last minute and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Our dog goes to daycare twice a week. It is one of her favorite things to do and the easiest way to get her out of bed in the morning is to say “wanna go to daycare today?” and she hops right up. Whenever Madison is there we know our girl is in good hands and getting just as many cuddles there as she would at home.

Terrible experience with evaluation. My dog loves to play with other dogs and this was supposed to be a growing opportunity for him to socialize with other humans too. I took the time to stay at drop off and explain what scares him and what will help him feel comfortable. They then proceeded to do exactly what I told them scares him. Leading to him being locked up in a room alone for 4 hours before they called me to pick him up for failing the evaluation. What I expected was going to be an exhausting day of play for him turned out to be traumatic and when he got home, he went into his crate, where he normally only sleeps and stayed there. This place is run by young kids who want to play with dogs all day but don't know anything about them.

Not only did I see my pups with the attendant overnight, she complimented them on how good of cuddlers they are. You won't get this level of care anywhere else - this places shut their cameras off and go home. I've looked in on them at 2am.Best part is there's no 6 or 7 pm cutoff to pick up. They're a 24 hr outfit. Wholly recommend

My dog was bit on his neck. I immediately took him to our vet where they shaved and and cleaned it throughly. There was a large gaping bite. The next 5 days following I made over 20 phone call, emails, messages with no response. I finally got through and the manager apologized. I was informed they would review the tapes and call me back with information. I asked if they would cover the vet bill of 53.00,. Manager didn't know but would call me back. Well, it been over 2 weeks, and no response. Beware of overcrowding and understaffed.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!! This place is a nightmare! Took my pug mix there today for an evaluation for daycare. First, walking in it is dirty and stinks worse than any dog daycare, groomer, etc. Gross. They took her back to the small dog room (which is only separated by glass from the very large dogs) and there were large dogs ferociously barking at her up against the glass while she sat shaking in the corner. The worker did nothing. She sat in the opposite corner while 2 medium size dogs cornered my dog and started biting at her starting to gang up on her attacking her. I called to alert the front desk girl to grab her out of there til I could get right back to get her. Asking who I could reach to get my money back the girl actually then told me that MY dog wasn't suitable for daycare anyway bc she was growling at the dogs!!!! If I had not called, my dog may be severely injured or dead right now!!! Even with that worker right there in the room!!! At best this place is stressful, like a prison environment for dogs... at worst your dog could die there. Please do not leave your dog there!!! There are better places out there.

Love taking my dog here while I’m working. Cameron is great and always has my dog on his leash ready to go when I walk in to pick him up. I really appreciate that extra mile she goes to make her customers happy.

Karli has been always helpful and friendly. She goes out of her way for the dog and customer. I might not even be a customer if it were not for Karli. Thank you for making it a great place for my dog to meet and socialize with others

Kaylyn, the general manger, is great. My dog is older but still loves to interact with the other dogs and the staff. I could tell he had an awesome day and loved all of the attention he got from the handler.
