Arrived for walk in Nail file and trim as recommended (after 9am). I was greeted right away. Technician was very patient and friendly with my anxious little baby. I was very impressed with how well they did with my girls nails (way better than at the vets office). I definitely plan on using them from now on!

I was full of anxiety dropping my fur baby off for the first time this morning My Titus is an anxious dog and felt horrible but he needed a cut bad. Well to my surprise he was good no issues, I was worried for nothing. I give huge praises to the girls who work tirelessly to assure me he would be well taken care of and he was. I picked up a very happy, clean cut dog. I highly recommend Dog Gone Beautiful!! Thank You

Today was our first visit and I think I was more nervous than my dog. The ladies I spoke to were super friendly and professional. Very reasonably priced! We were for a bath and nails today and he came out fluffy and smelling great! I will definitely be back!

It is well known on the Westside that this place is trash! The owner treats her employees terribly as well as the pets! She sends pets home with cuts without notifying the pet parent and has hit dogs with her brush! I don't know how this place has not been shut down! Please please protect your animals and go somewhere else!

We had our Aussie groomed at Dog Gone Beautiful and we can honestly say it’s the best place! Our dog looks and feels so beautiful. They were very nice. We will be using them from now on. Tina really took care of our dog.

The first time we went they did an amazing job. They were welcoming, asked for specifically what I wanted done, and I thought it was a very good value. The second time was awful. Our dog looked like he'd been clipped by someone who'd never done it before. Uneven, patchy, and completely untouched in some spots. His nails were very uneven as well. Also, none of the welcoming atmosphere and good customer service from the first time. Anyone can have a bad day and they had done such a good job the first time we thought we give them another chance. The third time I tried to be clearer about what I want. It was slightly better than the second but still uneven in many spots. You can clearly see where they stopped clipping right in the middle of his head and started with a longer blade. It looks awful. His beard is noticeably longer on one side than the other. Also, while no one was rude they certainly didn't go out of their way to say or do anything other the what was necessary. We won't be back.

First time visit, I walked in with no appointment for my 11 year old pittie to get nails cut, everyone was very nice, service was fantastic and quick and price was Phenomenal. Definitely will have my sweet boy back there again

I lucked out and got last minute appointment for a dog I had just got. This pup needed groomed badly and they got her together ASAP! They offered really great grooming tips and the prices seemed fair. This business legit seems to care about the services provided. I will come back definitely!!!

My dog is not great with getting his nails trimmed, and the groomer here managed to do it so well and even gave him and his sister matching Christmas bandanas, it was very precious. And so reasonably priced!

ATTENTION FUTURE DGB EMPLOYEES. The owner will not pay you for the work you have done. I do not recommend working here. She has harassed many employees. I worked for her more than two years. She has a very high turn over rate with her employees. In 2 years she lost more than 7 employees. She has held my check since early September. I’ve reached out to her several times through text and a mailed letter no response. If you have any questions about the situation or what happened feel free to message me or email me and I’ll tell you all about it.

BEWARE: If they happen to accidentally cut your dog, they will NOT notify you of this. I get that accidents happen, but they put a gash behind my dogs ear and I found this out on my own when I got Home. My dog was susceptible to a wound getting infected that I wasn’t even made aware of. I have seen from reviews that this isn’t the first time this company has done this. It’s a shame because they do a pretty good job. Just want everyone to be aware that it is common business practice for Doggone Beautiful to not make you aware of any wounds they cause your dog.

I explained on the phone and in person as she petted my cat that it had several matted down spots. Accepted the cat and said it would take 2-3 hours. I get a call 2 hours later saying they are not willing nor do they have the skillset to shave the cat. Zero effort. Wouldn't even try to get the 75% of the cat that's not matted down and made me feel dumb when I asked again in person about it. "I already told you on the phone"

Just by the few bad reviews I won’t be taking my dog there. If it’s true they don’t pay their employees it’s no wonder they don’t care for your animal. Not worth the risk.
